Breakfast for seven please. Reservation made. Short wait, loud for a Sunday at 10am. Menu was very straightforward. Got the "hungry man" breakfast. Small amount of eggs, maybe 1 1/2 of them instead of the usual 2. No complaints. Seasoned home fries. French toast and kielbasa. Not a long wait for the seven of us to be fed. Affordable, very much so. Wait line was swelling, so either get there early or you'll be out of luck.

Paul's Diner has been on my list for a while now. We just so happened to be staying in the area , around the corner actually ! We stuck around for the hour wait , I'm happy we did ! We came for a yummy breakfast and that's exactly what we got ! The waffle was delicious, I added chocolate chips and whipped cream. Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Thanks Paul's Diner !

I'm pretty surprised that this place doesn't have a better rating. I finally went to Paul's after living just a few miles down the road for a couple of years. I'm just not a breakfast person. But I heard Paul's was an institution so I had to give it a shot. The result? I enjoyed it. The inside of the restaurant is warm and inviting. Very clean too! And the staff was just as warm. We got sat right away and had Heidi as a server. She was so nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. Anytime a server talks up the food like it's the best around, you know they have pride in where they work. Heidi did all of that. I got the monte cristo sandwich and it was great. I inhaled it. My mom got the chicken and waffles which she liked but thought the chicken was a bit dry (the only reason I didn't go with 5 stars here). This is definitely a place I will go back to especially to try the lunch menu which looks really good. This could very easily turn from 4 stars to 5 in the near future.

Food was hot when it arrived at our table. There was six of us. Great little place good ambiance. Not certain why but it took quite a long time to get our food, over 45 minutes after we received our beverages, still, we will return and would recommend this place for a great breakfast.

Good breakfast! Had the pouched eggs with Chorizo hash. The hash was overcooked but flavorful.

The location has a few tables but mostly everyone was doing takeout. The star of the show was definitely the fried chicken. It was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. If you're a fried chicken fan, it's easy to see why this is one of their most popular offerings. The biscuits were another standout. Warm, fluffy, and absolutely delicious with the butter and hot honey. I could easily make a meal out of those alone. The sides, however, were a bit disappointing compared to the chicken. They were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The broccoli was the biggest letdown, as it wasn't cooked enough for my taste and was still quite firm. While the sides could use some improvement, the excellent fried chicken and biscuits make this a meal I'd order again. Next time, I may just choose different sides.

Well...it's expensive...and not quite worth the dough you're paying for it. First off, when we got there, it was dead. I had anticipated a line...a large dining area...long buffet tables...but no, none of the above. They do have an omelet station which is probably the only highlight of the place. Don't misinterpret...the food isn't awful, but sheesh, for $20 a head, you want to see some kickass brunch with hungry diners clambering to get in...but no. Actually, this was two days before St Patrick's Day, so they did have corned beef and cabbage, (Boiled Dinner), on the buffet and that was actually pretty good too. An abnormally large table of desserts and a chocolate fountain, while sounding great in theory, in practice all of these desserts looked like plastic demos of what a good dessert should look like. I didn't go for dessert. Most of the other dishes *might* have been good had there been a quick turnover rate and fresh batches brought out. The lack of "mouth-traffic" left this brunch as a disappointment at best. Maybe if they charged about $10 a place...it might be a place worth stopping to get your *nom* on some average, but cheap, eats. $20...c'mon now. So two stars...b/c: Meh. I've experienced better.

Banquet seating across one wall and high top seating in the one room dining area with a bar/drink area and coffee station. Lots of great breakfast choices. I'm so glad I went with the Western omelette. It was one of the best ones I've ever had! Perfect amount of perfectly sized ham, onion, peppers and cheese melted throughout and the wheat toast that comes with it is only one piece but it's a very large thick Bread, which was delicious. I ordered it with hashbrowns, which I was excited about, but they are not actually traditional hashbrowns ( shredded potatoes grilled), they're like McDonald's hashbrowns. They were kind enough to switch out for the home fries, which were very tasty. Build your own burrito $12 was nice addition but the hollandaise was lacking on the benny. They also had some breakfast/lunch specials, and who doesn't love biscuits and gravy!? so good! Service was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back soon! One guy-- Rosco himself-- running the whole show. -- Pancakes and Sausage: Very large and thick pancakes, so two were more than enough. Real maple syrup available for a $2 surcharge, but a bargain for the large 5oz cup of it. Sausages fairly humdrum, but solid. It's the pancakes that'll get me back. -- Veggie Omelette and Home Fries: This was my wife's order. I'm not sure if it's because she omitted the toast, but it was a gigantic serving with an equally generous portion of the potatoes. She loved the omelette for its unique flavors (some pickled vegetables involved) and the cooked through eggs. I loved the homefries, stealing several and enjoying the crispness and liberal use of seasoning. No onions involved, but very good. Coffee was standard New England Coffee. Solid enough. -- Pancakes and Sausage: Stack of three, no browning, more of a Twinkie color, and-- come to think of it-- Twinkie flavor. A little dry, needing the syrup. I upgraded to a mini bottle of real maple syrup for $3.99. My wife noticed that the cap had previously been opened and it was refilled. Not a big deal for me, but for those who care, now you know. Ordinary pancakes, but got the job done. The quartet of sausage links were thin but perfectly cooked. No real wow factor, but no real complaints. An adequate breakfast; adequate gets a 3.
