I love five guys but this location has a long way to go to meet the standard that I am use to. The cashier was rude, and not paying attention to my order. If course ended up with wrong order. I went to this location last Friday, spent nearly $40 (for 3 ppl to eat with no drinks), just so they could dump all my fries upside down in the bag and allow the burgers to do the same. Left word on their website but was never called or messaged back. That was the most expensive bag of grease I've ever paid for. The burgers are great but they are literally raping people with those prices ESPECIALLY when they prepare it like prison food. Would have liked to have been compensated for my to-go order last week, but this company clearly isn't concerned with the few folks that have bad experiences at their locations. read more

If you want a "fast food" burger, this is definitely the place to get one. Five Guys is actually a "fast casual", a step above fast food; but still quick and reasonably priced. But, the burgers are cooked fresh when you order and with whatever toppings you like. Fries are hand-cut every morning. Restaurant is always clean. Staff is fast and courteous. You even get peanuts while you wait for your order! The only thing I wish Five Guys had to offer - milkshakes. They go so perfectly with such a good burger. read more

My family and I have eaten here several times, and never once had a disappointing experience. The burgers are a little bit pricey, but they are large, filling, and made with high quality ingredients. The add-ons are great, with around eight to choose from that are free (such as lettuce, tomatoes and ketchup) and another eight that are available for a small additional fee (jalapenos, etc.). Speaking of the jalapenos, these are not straight from a jar- they taste so fresh it wouldn't surprise me to hear they have a little jalapeno garden out back and they just pick and slice one when you order! Most of the ingredients are that fresh as well. My family usually requests one large order of fries. The fries... Mmmmm! Crisp, seasoned just right, and wow! The size of the order! I have three teenage sons, one nine year old who loves 5 Guys fries, me and my husband - and that one large order is enough for all of us and we (regretfully) usually end up throwing a few away because none of us could find room! They give us a large fry cup, fill that up - then throw another two cupfuls or so into the bag with the burgers! All of us really appreciate how generous they are with their delicious fries! Terribly overpriced - 2 single cheeseburgers, 1 fry, & 1 soft drink was $17.00! For a buck or two more, you can get better burgers (and service) at any nat'l chain - Friday's, Applebee's, Chili's, etc. For less $, you can get a better burger elsewhere. There are many local places with better burgers and/or better prices: West St Burger, Bomber Burger, Bionic Burger, Bill's Charcoal Grill (now known as Charbroil Burger?), Southeast Carryout, etc. If you're near this location, go across the street to The Anchor. Great service and atmosphere. Hamburgers - good quality but not my style. Fries - best in town. There is no "Five Guys hamburger" - they offer every addition under the sun so they'll never be a true hamburger joint - just another chain. By the way, if anyone hasn't experienced a true burger then drive to Tulsa and go to Brownies, Weber's, Claude's, Freddies, Ron's, Ted's - see what you're missing and then try Walt's on West Street (pretty good). Wow. What can I say about this place. Ohhh yeah. Best Five Guys I have ever been too. I have been to the restraunt in Ft. Wayne, In. No comparison. Every employee was friendly, happy, and seemed to enjoy what they are doing and happy to making sure every giest feel like they were invited to a family cookout. Awesome quality on food. Fries stayed nice and hot throughout our entire meal. Johnny was super nice and hope I spelled it correctly. We might have to drive from Coffeyville just to eat here.
