When I went in, the restaurant was almost deserted, with only 1 policeman taking a break, I think. No-one was working the take-out window and no-one was behind the counter to greet me and take my order. After about a minute of waiting, a male employee appeared behind the counter, but did not greet me nor acknowledge my presence in any way. It looked like he was making a sandwich for himself. I did not say anything to him, but just continued to wait. Finally after several minutes of watching him, I finally asked him if there was anyone to take my order, to which he said, "uh no. She's in the bathroom." Then at around 12:15 p.m., after waiting for a full fifteen minutes to order, she finally emerged behind the counter, and asked me what I would be having. Still no smile, still no greeting. I told her I had decided not to order anything, and that I did not appreciate how I was being treated at Subway. Immediately the male employee told her not to worry that "he has no patience." I then left your restaurant. At no time did I yell at anyone nor even raise my voice. But I have never felt more disrespected at anytime anywhere in the Valley. I have lived here for 44 years. I was a school teacher and administrator here.
