I really loved this spot! The bartenders are super friendly and the ambiance is laid back. They have a variety of beers snd seltzers on tap. I tried the mango seltzer and it was light and refreshing. I was told that the pizza here is top tier so I'll have to come back to try some. I love how they have outdoor seating! Lots of street parking which is convenient. Def go here! read more

I have gone here many time after walking. Our dog on the El Segundo dunes. Very dog friendly with water bowl and treats. Also nice nice small outside area out back Excellent beers love the Hazy and they also have pizza for snaking on Also have a big screen for sports. Wanted to love this place, the staff was so friendly, beer was good and the place itself was cute, but the amount of kids here was outrageous. I know it's not the brewery's fault per se, but when I go to a place that serves alcohol, I don't want 25 kids running around and screaming as well as sitting AT THE BAR. Reluctant to go back due to the kids which sounded like a typical experience. read more

So we just recently stopped by Five Point Brewing while in the area. They took over the spot of the old Surfridge Brewing and it looks like they kept things fairly the same with the decor. Nice open seating area as well as a walk-up bar. In terms of the beers, everything we tried was great especially the Chocolate Stout which was smooth and refreshing. Great owners as well. read more

First time here, and loved the vibe, beers, and people. It's such a nice interior with seating that is inviting and actually comfortable. And there is a whole outside too, upper and lower decks. I loved the sour, got two of those. Michelada was next up, but it needed more of the mich mix in my opinion. Tried the red nitro ale and that was tasty and different. I finally enjoyed the Hazy and that was a top hazy for me !! Smells and taste great. Stoked that there are other choices in el Segundo besides ESBC. Will be back for sure, the pizza smelled too good...this town sure does love pizza read more

One of my fave breweries in LA! I love coming here before or after top golf since it's so close to each other. I really enjoy getting the sampler but my faves are probably the king kolsch and i love that for you. The pizzas are also yummy, i definitely need to try the jeepney next. Everyone who works at the brewery is so friendly and service is quick no matter how busy it is. Parking is easy and the brewery itself is super spacious. Can't wait to go back! read more

What a great neighborhood brewery! Great indoor seating and lounging with friends. It was raining so I didn't get to experience the outdoor vibe. Don't go expecting Detroit-style pizza. It's more like good focaccia bread with pizza toppings. The brewery clearly states its 'Los Angeles' style pizza. It's doesn't say Detroit any where inside. Yelp is misleading. I will order the Lil' Red Corvette pizza next time (Margherita pizza). I went for the Supercharged Lil' Red Corvette for $2 extra (Margherita + Pepperoni). The 2 slices came with a total of 4 pepperonis. It's a petty ripoff.... Kinda lame. It's also lame that guests who are seated at the bar have to get up and order from the register. read more

Feels like a nice hidden gem in the industrial part of El Segundo. Plenty of seating inside and outside, whether you're with one person or a group. They serve some food if you're hungry. It seems mostly premade then heated if you're picky though...or at least the crust is. I'm sure it still taste good with any of their beer. read more

At 3:30, my stomach finally rebelled at having skipped lunch due to playing outside in the gorgeous Southern California weather. Looking for a place where I could get some lunch and a beer, Five Point Five Brewing came up on Yelp. Always a fan of brewpubs, I headed up to El Segundo to try it out. I enjoyed two different styles of IPA, Pacific Standard and Bungalow, and I thoroughly enjoyed them both. And my stomach was very happy with the half a "Jeepney"pizza. Their pizza is made offsite, and is Detroit-style, meaning thick crust and cut in squares. The thick crust is very light and airy however, so you don't feel overwhelmed by bread. The toppings were on point. They have a deck and a patio, so enjoy the outside in the good weather. Very glad I came in today. read more

Great Brewery! Solid beers on tap including flight options. Also pizza and tots available. One of the few breweries I've seen that has a dedicated kids area with toys and a TV with paw patrol showing. Great vibe and beach furniture, friendly staff. This place is great for private parties including baby showers and birthday parties. Street parking available, overall I definitely recommend! read more

The most welcoming place in the South Bay! It's family owned and family managed and it shows from the love you feel the minute you walk in the door. So awesome that this place is here. They did a great job on the space. It's actually spacious. They have a spot for everyone - someone to do work, someone to relax, kids to have a spot with new toys and books to enjoy, some to meet up with others, big groups, and small groups both indoor and outdoor seating available. Bar seating has hooks for your bag/purse along the bottom. Bathroom is large, clean, and ladies room has a changing table. They provide food that they reheat and it's delicious. Michelle and Ryan are the owners and are very friendly. We brought our kids and of course they have some energy to release. Everyone there to include the customers were all kid friendly. read more

This is such a hidden gem in El Segundo. It is a cozy little spot to meet up friends for drinks and small bites. They always provide different entertainment (comedy night, live music) and food pop ups options (pizza, focaccia, mini burgers). Due to the rotation of pop ups, this place always feels fresh and fun to visit because you never know what they have meticulously planned in store for their guests. Also this 5 star rating is a shout out to them for having the best gathering space for a birthday celebration. The guests loved the patio space, the beer, and the food. Definitely to kid friendly, meaning kids running around (l1-4) maybe we came on a wrong Saturday, not the first thing I wanted to be presented with and I know most breweries are kid friendly! The beer tender and I believe the owner or at least 1 were SO GREAT. Loved the artwork along the wood seating, great photography. Although we didn't have the pizza but smelt delicious. We stopped by because we had the pint life beer pass. Great spot to recommend for families with small children if this is what they stand for. read more

Came here for my husband's birthday, and they are great enough to allow you to reserve a section if you are hosting a get-together or party. The atmosphere is super comfortable and inviting and the staff were super friendly. The beers were super delicious, I definitely recommend the "my spicy valentine" stout which is a chocolatey beer with a little habanero kick to it. I'm not an IPA fan but actually loved the entire flight that I tasted. Everyone enjoyed themselves at the party and would definitely come back for a drink or to host another get together. read more

Not too big, not to small.. customer service is on point! Parking is on the street but it's manageable.. it's not a busy street on a weekend. Food wise:: menu shows pizza options. But my visit today was for an event with a taco stand. BOMBdotcom.. thank you hosts! Ambiance.. casual, family friendly vibes set via top100 hits playing over the speaker. Loud enough to hear, but low enough to still have a conversation with the homies. 2 TVs for the sports enthusiasts of the group. Communal games for the kids & adults who want to play.. a little designated kids are for the 2 and under crowd. OVERALL.. a relaxing place for the family. read more

We had our baby shower here and working with Michelle to get it all planned out was so easy! She was able to accommodate everything we asked for. The space is very comfortable and the food and drinks are really good! Can't go wrong with the beer and pizza from here. Can't recommend this place enough. Was nearby and seen this new brewery opened up in El Segundo! Got "The Jeepney" pizza and it was great! The employees were super helpful and friendly even though they were busy. The vibes are great there's an outdoor patio and indoor seating as well. They even had live music! 10/10 on my list! read more

My husband and I hosted a party at the Five Point Five Brewery on Sunday, and it was a complete success!! All of our guests enjoyed their beers and pizzas that they offer in house. Our favorite pizza was the Jeepney -- which is a Filipino inspired pizza. The workers here are super friendly and knowledgeable about the beers. I loved the Hazy Daisy! We will definitely be coming back and as the holidays approaches this place would be a great spot to gather with friends. read more

Stopped in to check the new brewery in town, and boy am I glad we did. Expansive space with a back patio for outdoor beverage enjoyment. We received wonderful service from behind the bar and really enjoyed our pours and pretzel. We'll be back for the pizza for sure. They have plenty of card and board games if you want to spend some time here. We brought our baby and extra points for the children's area in addition to the changing table and Diaper Genie (definitely the first time I've seen this). Great venue for a semi-private party. It's a nice indoor and outdoor space with free parking, great beer, and even their pizzas are solid. We hosted a party here, and the venue was very accommodating, even opening an hour early for our group. Everyone loved it, and several guests even inquired about the event manager's contact info so they could book a future event there. We had the option to either pay a flat space rental fee or do a minimum tab. Highly recommend! read more

Let's talk about Five Point Five Brewing.... There was a lot of parking around the quiet and safe area. I hosted a birthday gathering for my husband and as soon as we got there, we were greeted by Melissa, who was super helpful in explaining the drink menu and even gave us the food menu to keep for our group. I met the rest of her family, Michelle, Mark, and Joe who definitely matched her vibe! They were all very friendly and you could feel the warmth of their welcome and their appreciation that we chose to celebrate at their brewery. My husband loves hoppy and citrusy beers, and I love red and dark beers. Five Point Five Brewing did not disappoint! Their food was delicious! As a fellow Filipino, I appreciated the Jeepney pizza! There was a lot of space to hang out (great for kids and dogs). I brought my own games, but they have plenty of games at the brewery! We will definitely be back soon! Phenomenal (periodt). read more

Rising like a Phoenix from the ashes of Surfridge brewery, this is quickly becoming one of the best spaces with the best drinks, best food, best company in the South Bay. A perfect neighborhood brewery and our new favorite local spot! Incredible vibe and design, fun and spacious patio, phenomenal beers brewed in house and by the owner himself, friendly staff, pizza that absolutely slaps... really can't think of anything they could do better! You walk in and it feels like home. Games available for the playing (always a win in my book) AND cozy couches (another obvious win). Our black lab Brady approves too- which honestly says a lot as he is El Segundo's toughest beer critic. Might be coming back some would argue too often... see you there! read more

They did not have to do it but the did it anyways. That was definitely a nice gesture from this establishment. This location has plenty of parking and the brewery itself had an awesome vibe to it. Lots of room! Indoor and outdoor. You can even bring your dog or cat to this location. Big amenity to animal lovers. Overall, this place is a go to spot to watch sports. They focus on Dodgers, Rams, Lakers, Kings and Galaxy, nothing else!! My type of bar. I am definitely coming back. The name Common Space is actually catching. It's 45 minutes to closing time and this is the first time this has ever happen to me at this location. Customer service at Common Space used to be great. Not so much anymore.

This was one of the best pizza-related choices I've made in Southern California. Parking is a little tough...I ended up parking a few blocks away on a main street, which was fine, but didn't notice there was a public parking structure available closer behind a building across the street. The place was crowded and lively on the early Saturday evening I was there. That's a great sign...I was just getting a slice to go, but overheard the host telling people it would only be 10-15 minutes for a table. I had a classic cheese slice. (My litmus test for NY pizza at a new location.) It was FANTASTIC. Easily among the very best crusts I've had on the west coast...super thin and crispy...exactly as it should be. The balance of sauce and cheese was also perfect. Too many pie shops seem to treat sauce as an afterthought...too thin a layer, almost not tastable. But not here...it was perfect...the right amount of everything. There are other really delectable looking pizza options, even for vegetarians like me, including a fascinating "Cacio E Pepe" and a Margherita. (I also saw one which looked all sauce like a tomato pie, which looked really good. (Plus other options like Fried Brussels Sprouts or Fried Cauliflower...cheese bread, and salads. The beer menu, as one would expect with "pint" in the name, is extensive with lots on tap and "guest" brewery selections. Lots of wines to choose from as well. Slice and Pint may be local to El Segundo (lucky El Segundonians!) But my experience with this one slice is that it would be worth the drive from anywhere in SoCal to eat here...If you love NYC-style thin slices...like real legitimate ones...charge up the car and get yourself there.

After finding a table, we went back up ready to order and the server responded pretty rudely: "Did you not hear what I said?" I completely understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, especially in a loud environment, but the attitude felt unnecessary over a simple misunderstanding. We ended up leaving and went to Japonica around the corner instead, where the service was much friendlier.

The crew behind the counter is always welcoming, knows their beer, and actually remembers people and what they like. It has that rare neighborhood feel where you don't just grab a drink and leave. You feel like part of something. The rotating food vendors are solid, and being able to bring your own food is a big plus. The space itself is great. It's tucked right off Rosecrans with both indoor and outdoor seating. The garage doors open things up so you still get that beach breeze even if you're inside. Only real downside is parking right in front can be tough, but if you're willing to walk a block, Hawthorne and Rosecrans usually have spots. We even hosted a party here in 2025 and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Chris made everything easy. Communication was mostly over email, super clear and responsive, and they took the time to walk us through the space in person when we had questions. The upstairs area is very nice though can run a little warm. Thankfully, they have fans! We opted for the patio since I like the open air and it gave us extra room. Very helpful and accommodating and a super reasonable minimum spending amount. We had around 30 people and it never felt cramped. A bunch of our friends have come back on their own since, which says a lot. And yeah, the beer. It's that good. There are a lot of strong breweries around here, but this one hits different. The Hazy Lil Daisy IPA is a go to, and their seasonal and themed releases are always fun and creative without sacrificing quality. They also make it easy for non drinkers to feel included with solid options like NA seltzers, sodas, and juices (which works great for my wife)!

LOVE LOVE Far Field…read more I threw my son's 1st birthday party in the upstairs private area last weekend and it was such an amazing experience. We actually found Far Field by chance when scrambling to find an indoor space due to the rain, and the manager Chris was incredibly kind and accommodating to let us move our party there on short notice. They have such a great space to throw a good sized party (and very affordable as well). Our guests loved it. And as a brewery, this place has everything I look for - seriously delicious beers, a relaxed atmosphere, and a really friendly, warm staff. We will be returning customers for sure.

I paired it with a citrusy IPA (I don't remember the name of it because somebody else ordered the pitcher) and it was delicious. The service is always good whether I go with one other person or 8. The music is amazing, (I love quizzing the 20-something's to see if they know who the bands are when the videos come up). There are tons of things to look at (if you have younger kids, a lively game of I spy will keep them entertained long enough for the food to arrive and maybe even for you to eat). I don't understand why they don't actually play live music there except fine, I get it. The neighbors might protest at the noise levels. We will definitely be back and if they are an option at an airport or other destination, we often choose them first.
