Another great meal at Slice and Pint. I have been coming here with my Pizza Club for 8 years and this place is always consistent. The staff is always so accommodating and the Manager Brittany is the Best! So I highly recommend Slice and Pint for great Pizza and beers on Tap..

I love the vibe here, its also convenient. Just heads up to order at the front before sitting or be seated and scan QR code for menu. Once ready you see the front counter. The pizza was yummy and beer also! I got the classic and was perfect for me and as it says "chuggable" on menu which it def is. I recommend as a quick stop or a friendly little lunch. Our server actually brought an extra slice out since one ordered was a bit small. That was very kind of her

Great pizza spot with El Segundo brewing taps. All the pizza chicks are very good with the soft doughy slices. We got the half cacio e pepe and surfin bird that was delicious and not too greasy. The garlic knots were great with the marinara sauce along with the Caesar salad. The staff was super nice and attentive and were quick in getting our trays and trash out of the way while we enjoy the meal and chatted. The atmosphere is very much a pizza parlor shop but with casual vibes and sports to watch.

I'm going to start with the customer service first because it was excellent! The person who took my order took the time to explain some of the more exotic pizzas to me and was so nice about it. The person who brought my pizza was equally nice! Inside there are picnic type tables and outside as well. I tried a slice of White Pizza with thinly sliced potatoes and bacon. It was good, but probably not worth repeating. The Pepperoni was the winner and I really enjoyed it. The crust is thin (the way I like it) and overall the pizza was good.

Order at the counter and everything is brought to the table. Drinks come fast and the pizza takes a minute. But get the pan pizza. It's worth the wait. All pies were delicious and had very interesting toppings. It got pretty crowded but no one had any issues getting cozy. Well worth the stop.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The restaurant was busy, and the service was friendly and efficient. We snagged the last outside table on this beautiful October night. We started with the fancy olives and the garlic knots. The olives had a lovely citrus marinade giving them a fancy and sassy vibe. The garlic knots were so buttery that I had to go back in for another. That doesn't mean the pizza wasn't incredible. This is the kind of pizza I always hope for when I try a new place. It's crispy, it's chewy, it's tasty and no matter how full you feel, you want more. In the the, I had to decide whether to finish the garlic knots or eat another slice and the knot won. This was definitely one of my favorite pizzas of all time.

Good pizza but no Sunday Ticket. Went on a Sunday for some pizza and football. Had some wings and pizza but quickly realized only the locally televised games were available. We had our beers and food, then scooted off to the next place to watch the games. Pizza was good though - maybe on a non-football day.

Everything about this place the food the service the restaurant itself is amazing, I can't wait to go back soon. And all the staff are amazing and the vibes in that place are immaculate.

Had this at a family dinner the other night and came for my own the next day. I've never had a deep dish this good, I am impressed! Great crust

Great spot for some delicious pizza! You can get a big pizza for a decent price and it may be high up there but it is well worth it! Service was great as well. The staff brings you your pizza and orders. The beer menu is solid as well. It can get busy so be ready for that but the pizza makes it all worth it! The shop has a cool vibe as well! Highly recommend!

We can never decide so a split is always a good choice!

For El Segundo, this is our favorite pizza spot! Great flavors, crust and "under carriage" is perfectly structured, and of course there is beer. This place can get busy! The only gripe I have is that the second seating area where you go down three stairs or so always has this weird funky smell. Anyhow, this is a must stop spot when we're around here!

My buddy was raving about this place, and I really wanted to try it. We stopped in on Thursday for some late lunch. He ordered a cheese pizza, and we had Cokes to drink. How was it? Cheese Pizza- Really solid slice. Great crisp on the bottom, pick up and eat without any flop. Could have used a little more cheese, honestly. Crust was good, but was too "light". It didn't really have that much chew. This pizza is really thin, too. So thin, you could probably house a whole cheese pizza in one sitting. For the $25 price per cheese pizza, a little bit steep IMO. All said and done, one of the better slices I have had in Los Angeles, and I would come back to try some other pizzas. Just bring your wallet, son!

Ask the Community - ESBC The Slice and Pint

Is there still a large patio area?

There are about 5 or 6 large tables along Grand, and a patio area out back, off Richmond Street.

Do they play the football games on sundays?

Yes. The second indoor seating section has several TVs that are usually for sports

Are they dog friendly for outdoor seating?

    Yes!

Do they offer any special discount days?

I visit occasionally from outside of the community so I don't really know. I haven't done the research. I do know that their selections of pizzas and beverages are both delicious and flavorsome.

Do they have board games and such?

They do! A few different kinds and shuffle board

I see they have rotating pizza port. Does anyone know if they ever have Mongo IPA?

    Not right now.

Luckily, the store still had some individual slices, so my friends and I were able to grab some. We also ordered a whole sicilian pie. The butter chicken pizza was delicious! It came out hot and crunchy. I do wish there was a bit more of the butter chicken sauce, or a cup of it on the side I could dip into, as it didn't taste too much like butter chicken, more just like chicken and cheese, 8/10. The Sicilian was delicious as well. The big globs of ricotta were a nice touch, 9/10. I would definitely come back again for more pizza as the crust was super crunchy and the slices were huge. The staff were super friendly and kindly accommodated us when we learned the whole butter chicken pizza was sold out. I went through their menu beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted: The Gourmet Pizza. Experience dictated parking can be a challenge more especially during the lunch rush, so I prepped for that. Got way lucky I found one near the front. Came through and a couple customers already waiting for their order. There were also a few takeout orders waiting to be picked up. Didn't see anyone dining in, so they're popular for to-go grub. Put my order in and took a seat. About ten (maybe fifteen?) minutes before my food was ready to go. Made to order is always a plus! Got back to work not too long after and my pie was still hot. Plenty of toppings and the thin crust was crispy at the outer layers. Each bite was savory and flavors from all the toppings came together nicely. I really liked it! I ordered a small but was only able to consume half. There was plenty for a second meal. FOOD: 5. SERVICE: 5. VALUE: 4. PARKING: Small Private lot up front, more in the back. Street also available. OVERALL: 4.5. The only little snag?! The pie was sliced into four pieces which were a bit too big for my personal preference. Will most likely request for 8 slices the next time. There will be a next time! Might take interest in their lunch specials then.

I had the hot Italian stromboli. I don't know much about strombolis, but this was a really good one! My friend had the chef's board. I'd say that's the way to go if you wanna' just snack, sample, and share. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. I was there mid-afternoon on a Saturday, between lunch and dinner, and there was plenty of open seating. By the time we left, people were already in line to get in. Shout out to our server Richard. We started with cocktails. I had the Mary Sue ("Pornstar Martini") with vodka, vanilla, passionfruit, salted lime, fino sherry, and champagne foam. YUM. Dangerously good. My husband had the Rob Gentile, an elevated Old Fashioned, and was thoroughly impressed. Service was great, and the food was top-notch. Let's dive in! Meatballs with beef, pork, ricotta, potato purée, tomato sauce, Grana Padano, and arugula--WOW. Cheesy, saucy perfection. Beef Tartare with tonnato, shallot, marjoram, crispy potato, and toast. Delicious and a generous portion. I ordered Coop's Pork Shank with Lambrusco-mustard glaze, aromatic jus, and potato purée. Tender, flavorful, and that broth was incredible. It paired perfectly with the broccolini... ...which we didn't order. We spotted the table next to us enjoying it with burrata and immediately added it to our "next time" list. My son ordered the Chicken Parm with capellini. He loved the huge chicken parm portion, which successfully fed his bottomless teenage appetite, but declared the pasta "too eggy." Teenagers are basically unpaid Michelin critics. My husband ordered the Scarpinocc with braised beef cheek, brown butter, sage, and saba. They do not give you free refills on drinks, which is ridiculous at this price point--refills should absolutely be included. To make matters worse, you do not get free bread for the table either.
