I worked primarily with Sammy, Joe and Kevin - all of whom were great. I had a flip down overhead DVD installed here along with the installation of an in dash DVD unit. This was a fairly complicated install as I wanted two way communication between the in dash and overhead units. I also had steering wheel controls, Bluetooth and additional USB/Auxillary inputs installed. This required some modification of the wiring as the in dash unit was one removed from my previous vehicle and had different inputs than the output on the overhead unit and the addition of aux inputs to my dash. After the install I noticed some features that weren't working quite to my liking which I pointed out and they quickly remedied the same day. Two days after install I noticed the retractable in-dash cup holder below the new head unit wouldn't stay retracted in the dash - I took the car back they immediately had it in a bay, tore the whole dash apart again and had it fixed within an hour. Instead, I was still charged $1,500 for tint on one truck and one camera, which doesn't line up with the original quote or the pricing I was told. The issue here isn't the work itself it's the lack of transparency in pricing. Quotes should be clear and consistent so customers know exactly what they're agreeing to before work begins. At this point, I would really appreciate the business reviewing the invoice and providing clarification or adjusting the price to match what was originally quoted. I'm hoping we can resolve this directly.

When I refused, he explicitly agreed to a $200 refund for the uncompleted work on Saturday, then promised it again on Monday by 1:00 PM. Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.
