Recomendados .

I wish to thank the team that took such great care of my Fiancé, Mike Phillips who passed away last July 5th. Mike could be tough sometimes and just didn't take to kindly to too many folks, but he spoke very, very highly of all of your attending personnel. This is still a very sad and raw time for me, but I take great comfort in the knowledge that as his life was ending, you eased his pain, kept him comfortable and clean which was very important to him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Brenda Hale

This facility kicked my grandmother out of hospice just because she didn't pass within the 6 month period. They promised to readmit her with new dr orders and they didn't. They have a very unqualified dr who visits patients. Visiting Dr. Sanders has difficulty walking to even get to the patients room to evaluate patients. Owner Mark is full of undelivered promises. Do not trust him. He does anything to bribe you to leave a good review for his facility. Reviews are fake!! Genenia, Rosario and all office staff offer very low assistance when needed.. please investigate Possible fraud.

I urge you to carefully consider this before contracting with any hospice provider. Unfortunately, our experience with Faith & Hope made an already painful situation even harder. In April 2025, my mom suffered a massive stroke. She was placed under Continuous Care (CC), which meant she required critical, around-the-clock nursing support. We were told her case would be re-evaluated after three days. However, the care was stopped in less than 24 hours and we were given only 4 hours' notice that services would be discontinued. At that point, it was clear our needs no longer aligned with Faith & Hope's philosophy of care. We scrambled to hire private help on extremely short notice. That night, my mom was in significant pain & experienced agitation. She needed her medication adjusted and an increase of the dosage frequency to help manage her symptoms. The next day, we made final attempts to Faith & Hope to reassess mom's eligibility for CC, even though the on-call night nurse, when we asked, did acknowledge that we were free to seek another hospice provider. We waited all day for a response from Faith & Hope, but heard nothing. Faced with another evening without adequate care, we transferred my mom to a different hospice. They gave us the right care without hesitation. Sadly, our mom passed away only 4 days later. The only positive experience we had with Faith & Hope was with Nurse Theresa. She cared for my mom with compassion, dedication and a true commitment to patient advocacy. Theresa's thoughtfulness and support helped guide my brothers and me through an incredibly challenging time, and for that we are deeply grateful.

Vanessa who answered the phone answered all my questions and got back to me in a timely fashion. She didn't miss a thing and once we were signed up I felt great relief knowing I had this company on board to walk me through this process. I called on a Monday, the nurse Amanda came to assess mom that afternoon and we had approval for services within an hour. By the next morning all sorts of equipment was delivered; it was amazing how quickly they worked. The next day Juliet the RN came and checked out mom. Both nurses were so kind and gentle with my mom. Juliet went over the transitioning signs and other information that was very helpful to me in knowing what to expect. She spent a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed; Juliet's care was genuine. Communication was top notch; I received text notifications every time Juliet was going to come by. Both Juliet and Joyce the social worker arrived within minutes of my mom transitioning and it was so comforting to have them here. I had interviewed other hospice companies in the past and while the people I met with were nice, they felt a bit fake. I did not feel this way about Unique Hospice. Their attention and care is real and very respectful. I highly recommend Unique Hospice to walk through this difficult time with you. Thank you Vanessa for your excellent immediate communication and support with questions that I had. Thank you Joyce for your attention and compassion and for talking me through this grieving process. The hospice was Roze Room Hospice. When we were driving home the hospice was already delivering the necessary medical supplies and equipment like a hospital bed, wheelchair, commode, walker, oxygen and all her medication, etc. On top of that, she had nurses coming to the house almost daily and a sweet home health aide named Zoila. Zoila would give my wife a bath every other day and was just a pleasure to be around and she truly cared about my wife and family. There was also nurse John who was very helpful for checking my wife's vitals and even the hospice pastor Keith who was personable, friendly and an amazing singer and ukulele player who played beautiful Hawaiian songs and gave great sermons and prayed over my wife. Towards the end, when it got closer to my wife passing away, the nurses were with her 24 hours a day while the medication got more complicated and more frequent. Luckily, my son and daughter and I were all with my wife by her bedside to comfort her and watch her take her final breath while holding her hands and telling her we loved her and to let it go to be with her mother and father in heaven. Overall it was a very special experience and we all felt grateful for the support and help Roze Room hospice gave us. Highly recommended as an alternative to being in the hospital and instead to be at home with family and friends.

Over time, she had another stroke, a heart attack, and eventually had memory loss, spending her last years in memory care. I want to say that not only did my mom get wonderful care, but they also cared about me! They made sure I understood what my mom needed.
