I ordered from 5 star for the first time today. And I will definitely order again! The online ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast! I ordered a large all meats pizza, mild wings and a ceasar salad. Loved the pizza! Lots of cheese and meat! The wings could have been crispier but fantastic flavor and the ceasar salad had sooooo many croutons! Thank you for knowing some people LOVE croutons. All in all a fantastic experience. It sucks I have to say this because their pizza was actually good but the customer service is disgusting especially when you get the wrong order and they have the nerve to give you an attitude about it. I ordered wings but waited an hour for them ... to then find out they were on the shelf for who know how long so I didn't even taste those. Asked 3 different people about my order and got and I don't know answer. Had to stand up and ask and be a bit rude and never even got an apology. 5 Star pizza delivers great pizza with five star fast service. Prices are reasonable and delivery was fast with hot fresh pizza to my door. Flavorful crust was thin and chewy, great tasting sauce with nice amounts of cheese and fresh toppings! Will definitely order from here again! We found Five Star on our way to Orlando, while geocaching. We stopped in and talked with Brian for a while, ordered a pizza, and went on our way. Two days later, on our way home, we detoured to five star to get another pie. We may make a special trip for another one soon. read more

I'm torn on this one. While I found the taste of the items I've ordered to be good, delivery has been hit or miss. We'll start with the food: First Order: We ordered a pizza with lots of meats, 10 hot wings, pepperoni rolls and a few canned drinks. Immediately after placing the order, they called to apologize that they were out of the beverage i ordered. They replaced it with a substitute. Sad that they were out, but pleased they called me to let me know.The pizza was pretty good. I prefer Al's Pizza and Broadway Pizza Bar, but neither of those deliver to me. This is the best delivery pizza I've yet to find in Kissimmee. The toppings were generous and of a decent quality. The crust was decent too. The wings were great. The hot sauce was very good and it appears they baked the wings after tossing them, which gave the sauce a nice carmelization. The pepperoni rolls were great - the garlic basting sauce has a bit of a spice to it and its great. Delivery on this order was fine. We ordered and were quoted a delivery time, and it arrived 5 minutes after the delivery time. Second Order: We ordered pepperoni rolls, buffalo chicken rolls and fudge brownies. Food quality was very good again, however this order was VERY late with no call, no explanation and no apology from the driver. We ordered at 4:20PM on a Saturday and were quoted an arrival time of 5:15PM. The order did not arrive until 6:05, almost an HOUR after the quoted arrival time. Again, no apology from the driver. I opened the door and he said "20.57". I find this unacceptable. Things happen and I understand a delivery window, but an hour late is not cool. So I'm torn on this place. The food is pretty good, much better than chain delivery places, but the service on my most recent order has me concerned about future orders. I may try them again, I may not. This place shld b called 2 star pizza. We were told our pizza (which was mediocre) would get delivered in 45 min. After an hr we called and asked if they were lost, they said 10 min. Half an hr later we called again, evidently the driver's car broke down. Ok, that stinks but understandable, just inform us. We were told we wld get $10 off. Fine no harm no foul, an hr and 40 min later the girl showed up and told us we wld get $10 off our next order (we don't live in Florida presuming we wld bother to return anyway). Pretty suspect. I am a frequent buyer from here. I love it so much. Their pizza is so fresh and delicious for a good price and their garlic knots are to die for. They always make proportion the sauce and cheese just perfectly. I highly recommend trying it here, I buy from them so much they don't even ask for my name anymore. Decided to try Five Star Pizza because they delivered. We are so glad we did. We got the special (pizza, wings, and garlic rolls) and everything was so flavorful! Everything was delicious. Just wanted to say that I have left Kissimmee with a heart full of gratitude. In a world that is lacking so much love and compassion I found a treasure called Vincent. I was visiting my daughter from Miami and while I was there she ordered a pizza from your Orange Blossom location and she asked me to pick it up. I was lost going in circles for more than an hour following my GPS. BY the time I actually had the idea to just call 5 star pizza I was in tears from the frustration. Vincent got on the phone and with his soothing voice just told me "its going to be alright. Ill stay on the phone with you and guide you to us" Not only did Vincent stay on the phone with me for more than 30min while answering other calls, he made small talk to keep me calm. I was a blubbering mess from the bumper to bumper traffic, feeling lost, frustrated and tired. He was detailed in his guidance, poised and graceful. He didn't hang up the phone until I was parked in front of your store. I wish we could have more people like Vincent who can have compassion, patience and just be an altruistic human being. The world needs more people like him. My hats off to him! read more

I did not want to write a review as I believe in talking to someone. I placed my order at 5:29pm, one 16" pie with one topping and an order of cinnamon rolls. I called at 6:31 and was told there was an accident but the pizza was out for delivery. At 7:20 the pizza arrived. Of course the pizza was barely warm when it arrived and rolls were cold. Then the diver advised me that would be $24. I told him I paid on-line as he seemed confused. So, he went to the car and came back with a receipt and asked me to just put my name somewhere on it. LOL. At this point I'm still ok with everything and was going to share my thoughts with the manager. So, we heated the pizza up and ate, and then I called to voice my concerns. I was on hold for 11 mins and 33 seconds. Finally, a young man came on and I advised him I would like to voice my concerns on the delivery delay to the manager. He stated in a rude voice that there was an accident and all roads were closed and there was nothing they could do. That was enough for me to end the call and not purchase from this company again! read more

Had pizza delivered late on a Saturday. It showed up 45 minutes later, even though I'm probably less than 5 minutes away. I read reviews claiming this pizza was spectacular and New York style. The taste, style and ingredients were more like Dominoes pizza, just not as good. Most frozen pizzas are better than what I received. On top of that it cost me just shy of $30 including the tip. 2/25/2017 ordered our pizza at 6:20, was told it would be delivered by 7:10, by 7:40 still no pizza , we call to see where pizza was , they said driver should be in your neighbourhood now, well we cancelled and then pizza guy shows up at 7:55 !! We tell him pizza was cancelled and driver says "oh, ok" and drives off !! The pizza is good which is the whole point but... Went on a Friday night, it was busy which is good. Placed my order and told it would take 25-30 minutes, I was okay with that since I had other things to do. I go back after the 25 minutes and the place is full of people just waiting, pizza's are going into boxes but none are coming to anyone waiting. Phone is ringing off the wall people asking where their delivery is since they ordered over an hour ago! Finally after another twenty minutes they start asking people what they ordered and hand out the pizza that had been done sitting there the whole time!! Bad management/organization.
