David showed up on time, but knew at a glance that he wouldn't be able to fix the crack cleanly, as someone had already tried to do so, but had botched the job. Instead of trying to fake it, or upsell me on an immediate replacement of the whole windshield, he advised that, since it was small and out of the driver's line of sight, I should just wait to see if it got worse before taking further action. He then left without charging anything and later sent a quote for a full windshield replacement, should it become necessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way with me, so JD Auto Glass will be my first call when and if I do need that new windshield.
