My Motorola phone died. I had turned it off before a show in August, and it wouldn't charge or reboot. (Background: It's 2 years old, and in April I had dropped it in the water. But it recovered.) Anyway, I took it to Fix4Less, and they said it was most likely the battery. They had to order the battery (I had to pay half), and it took two weeks to arrive, although they kept saying it would arrive in two days each time I called. Finally, the phone was ready. And I had to call them to find out that it was ready. When I picked it up, it was not charged, so I couldn't tell if it was repaired or not. They said I would have to charge it up at home. I paid the remainder due on the battery. Total about $75. I took the phone home, plugged it into the charger and .... nothing. It won't charge. It's still dead. So I'll never know if Fix4Less ever got my phone to return from the dead or not. They should have kept it charged so there was evidence that they had done something. They should have been more transparent about how long it would take. And they should have called me when it was ready and left a message or at least emailed/texted me. They said they did, but I never saw that message. read more

My daughter dropped her iPhone and the screen wasn't functional anymore, I was able to bring it in to Fix 4 less and in 30 minutes the phone was functional again as good as new. I will remember this when my son or wife or even I need repairs done in the future- and they are open on Sunday's. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. First off, he said that he would not accept my Groupon purchase to which he said there was "no way I bought a Groupon for a screen repair at that price." News flash, I did. He was extremely rude. Then, he told me that my LCD screen was also damaged which would cost almost double to price. Being a novice in electronics, I said okay and agreed to an inflated price. Later, after doing some research, I realized my LCD screen was in perfect condition. My phone was fully functioning and there were ZERO issues with the coloration or responsiveness. Being that we wanted to get get the repair done ASAP, we decided to go ahead and pay. I think it's kind of sketchy that he asked us to sit on the other side of the store as he repaired the phone. There were chairs by the desk (which was very high so you can't see behind), but he was insistent that we sat on the other side. Very questionable. At this point, I regret not going to Apple to begin with. Are the prices high? Yes, yes they are; however, you know what you're paying for. PLEASE GO TO APPLE! Don't waste your time/money. I had the screen replaced on my phone for $100 bucks. I guess that's the going rate for a replacement screen. When I got the phone back I realized the small area on the phone used for hearing (8 small pin holes) was clogged with the glue used to attach the new screen. I took the phone back and it was taken care of....well mostly. There are still a few plugged holes. For $100 bucks one would think it would be fixed correctly the first time. read more

Fast, reasonable, and friendly place to get your screen repaired. Parking can be a bit of a struggle, but you'll find something. No wait time, I was able to get help right away as a walk in. I was even offered a discount for the my next repair after I told the gentleman I would be bringing in another device to be repaired. The one star I took off is because there was a massive dog that ran to me when I came into the shop to get my other phone fixed. As someone who is very allergic to dogs I ran out and went elsewhere. Having a hyper dog that big in a workplace seemed very unprofessional. Next time, I'l call before I go. ***Chaning my review to five stars instead of the original four based on the owners feedback. This is the worst place to go to to get your phone fixed. I had a broken screen and then the guy broke the back of my phone and super glued it to look like it wasn't broken. They don't know anything about phones at all. $270 for phone to fix and it still has a line in the screen. He stated that it might be a manufacturer defect and didn't honor the repair. It is so hard to find a good place that fixes electronics fast and cheap! During this COVID nightmare, my cell phone charging port wouldn't take my charging cable. luckily my friend was able to research and found this place! I went by on Wednesday around 11am and talked to Chino and he said he would order the part for my S9. and if I paid a little more it would be expedited. By Thursday at 1pm he received the part. i drove there and waited maybe 15 minutes or so and my phone was alive again. So grateful for the fast and trustworthy service. Thanks Chino!
