Absolutely recommend these guys! My husbands Apple Watch band has been stuck for over a month now (the release button was jammed) and we tried everything: rubbing alcohol, pliers, soap and water, and even floss to release it. Needed to repair my iPhone X. Was told over email to take it in the store for diagnostic. The guy opened the door and blocked us from walking into his shop, i dont know maybe because of Covid19... took my phone, asked me what's wrong and told me it will be $150 for a C charger. The problem was, he didn't even bother looking at the phone after he told us that he would check if it was the charging port because that would cost about $100 to fix via email. I drove all the way from east county to be told a different story in person. When I asked how he didn't even look at the phone, he was snappy and just plain rude and wouldn't stop emailing me. Needless to say, I was able to find someone to run a proper diagnostic and repair the phone for less than $100. There's too many better options in SD to settle or fall for this money pit. read more

If I can give zero stars, I most certainly would. Please stay away from this horrible business, they do more harm than good in repairing your phone. To begin with I came in for a screen repair,it was a simple and easy process,days later the screen was not reading my finger at all and I thought to take it in but I lagged on it. After that I set my phone to charge wirelessly and the LCD started to bleed. I went into the store and the dude told me that it was caused by me due to a drop or so, as well warranty wouldn't fix it as offered supposedly, then I decided to take it to another cell phone repair, Ultimate Wireless solutions,they do an amazing job I'd recommend them. I come to find out from ultimate wireless solutions that my security screws in my phone are missing and my camera is scratched. How are so called professionals at fix4less gonna scratch my camera with NO WARNING at all,as well my security screws were missing ,meaning fix4less stole my security screws that were supposed to add a layer of protection. Overall,I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH stay away from these thieves and scammers,they will pretend to fix your phone so that you can go back and give them more of your hard earned money. read more
