He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. What really stood out to me was that he also noticed an issue with the ice maker and took the time to fix it, even though I hadn't originally expected or asked him to take care of it. He really went the extra mile, and I appreciated the effort and attention to detail. The refrigerator has been working great ever since. With a previous repair done by another technician, the fix only lasted a few months to maybe a year before the problem came back. This repair, however, has continued to hold up for several years and is still working great today. That really says a lot about the quality of Jose's work. I had a cordless Dyson animal vacuum and it gradually lost power. I called Carl and told him what I wanted and that it was important for me to purchase local so that I could get it repaired and maintained. My sister has the same vacuum and loves hers. Their communication throughout the entire process was remarkably prompt and efficient. The technician who attended to our issues was very friendly and successfully resolved two out of the three problems we presented. Regarding the remaining issue, he was forthright in explaining that the repair cost would have amounted to approximately two-thirds of the price of a new appliance. This level of service was greatly appreciated, particularly given the inconvenience that malfunctioning appliances can cause. While not every problem was ultimately fixed, their dedication to addressing the issues was commendable. The timely communication was certainly a positive aspect of their service. I would consider engaging their services again for any future appliance requirements.
