I gave it a one because I had to leave a star. This guy Emad came to the house, took out the drawers in my freezer, put them back, and left saying that I might need a compressor. Hours later, I noticed that everything in my freezer was soft. I've looked in the refrigerator and everything had gone bad there too when I called him to tell him, he yelled at me, said he didn't do anything and never touched a thing, and then he hung up on me. I called him back, and he hung up on me again and said, don't call me. Lucky he didn't charge us. So you can now obviously see who not to use. Review someone first. We recently had a fantastic experience with Louie from AA Appliance Repair fixing our LG gas oven that stopped heating up after just 2 years. I originally had an LG Factory tech coming out and was hesitant when LG called and reassigned us to a 3rd party repair vendor since their LG Factory tech called out sick on the day we were scheduled for repair. However, my hesitation went away as soon as Louie came to our house. He was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable about our LG oven and the problem. He had to dismantle a lot of parts on the oven to get to the ignitor part that was needed but he quickly reassembled everything and the oven up and running in no time. He answered all of my questions and was overall a very positive experience. I would definitely reccomend AA Appliances and especially Louie for the excellent repair service we received. Hopefully wont need anymore appliance repairs soon, but if so we will be calling AA Appliance Repair. read more

I cannot write enough about how responsive and professional Emad is! We bought an LG fridge in 2017 and just after Thanksgiving we noticed that it was not cooling (neither the fridge nor the freezer seemed cold enough). Found out from another repair company that this was covered under warranty. Called LG and confirmed that parts and labor were covered. Was bummed because LG said it would take several days to get someone out. They routed the request to their service center and within about 30 minutes I received a text message that AA Appliance Repair had accepted the service request. Within a few hours Emad confirmed that he would be out the VERY NEXT DAY. When I explained the problem he didn't seem surprised. This morning he called just 30 minutes into his arrival window to confirm when he would be arriving. On top of that he had the replacement part with him! YAY! Our fridge is back up and running! The Craft Ice maker in my LG fridge (2 years old) broke again. Last time it was under warranty but this time it was not so LG's website gave a list of closest approved LG service centers. AA Appliance was the closest to me so I gave Emad a call. He happened to have the right part in stock so he came the next morning and replaced the ice maker in about 20 minutes. He was a very nice and professional guy. He also mentioned this new part is supposed to have a better motor than the original ones so it should last longer, according to LG. We bought our LG fridge from Home Depot almost 5 years ago and up until this Thanksgiving week (worst timing ever!) had no problems. Big tip: IF you had been fortunate enough to buy an extended warranty (seemingly a must with today's product quality roulette) then READ your policy terms and conditions BEFORE finding help...to do otherwise might negate your insurance)...so our freezer failed and I called the number required by our extended warranty. My expectations remained low since this was not my first rodeo. I was immediately surprised at every turn. The agent I spoke with advised me a service company would come out in two days and contact me in the interim with detail. Early Monday morning (of course it was a Sunday when I initiated that warranty call) I received a call from Aa Appliance Repair. A day earlier than expected! Louie arrived within the hour and was absolutely laser like in his desire to fix our fridge. He was informative and answered all my questions (I'm a very curious senior and had many) and he was able to replace our failed compressor with a brand new LG compressor part. It has returned our fridge to life once again! I had to write this review as a result of this outstanding customer service experience and especially in how Louie responded to our service call. Our LG fridge and freezer decided to go on the fritz. A quick call to AA and I got to speak with Emad who was patient but also straight to the point, and got me scheduled right away. Our tech was Jose who was absolutely how every tech should be. Very friendly, and informed me of everything that he was checking. They were very polite and tried to repair a horrible LG refrigerator after three visits. They were unable to repair the problem and did not offer any refunds. Do not purchase LG refrigerators. The dishwasher stopped working and signaled a detected leak, so we called this company from a list recommended by the manufacturer. This was the second company we called (the first never answered the phone or replied to online inquiries). Their response was prompt, professional and courteous. For a reasonable price, the technician pulled the dishwasher out and confirmed that there was a real leak. In fact there were two leaks, one of which was not detected (which was reason enough to be glad for the detected leak. Ever been thankful for a leak? Otherwise, the other one would have continued unabated). No, there were three leaks: two on the dishwasher, and the valve on the wall had calcified and become leaky, also. So, we decided to chuck the thing and get a new one, plus call a plumber. Even though we opted against a repair, the diagnosis was well worth the price. I had Samsung washer and dryer set bought at Lowes and it would not fill up the tank! I called Samsung repair and they said AA appliance is their local dealer. A certified tech named Lui came by and diagnosed it thoroughly in an hour and he got the parts and fixed it the next day! That easy and that quick! The price was reasonable! A lot cheaper than buying a new one! We only had the machine for 4 years and turned out the main board's one circuit got fried. I love AA and I love Lui! AA is the one to go! They brought all the materials/parts needed and even did some extra work on our fridge (cleaning some parts, etc). These guys are so shady. My microwave broke down after a year of using it, so I called LG warranty and they assigned these guys as the authorized repair center. The main board was replaced as the magnetron needed to be replaced. However they replaced it with a used part, that has dings on it. It also did not make noise when I press the panel, or when the microwave is finished running. The guy was aware of this and said that he will come back to replace it later when they get the part in. After a month of waiting and waiting I called LG and found out that they just closed the case on me. I've asked them whether they use used parts for warranty and they said nothing that they order is used, and should be a brand new part. LG was nice enough to reorder the parts and assign another service request. read more

I received delivery on my new LG Refrigerator on 03-26-22. Upon removal of the factory saran, there was a couple of small dents to the water side door. I called LG on Monday, 03/28. They sent the repair request to AA Appliance Repair. I immediately received a call to reveiw the problem. The repair required the replacement of the door. The lead time for the door was approximately 7-10 days. I received a call from Louie on Saturday, 04/02 (6 days later) indicating he had the door and could come out today. The replacement required patience and experience which Louie exhibited through out the process. Louie was very personable and did an excellent job in replacing the door. Would recommend and will use AA Appliance Repair as my future needs require! read more
