They completely messed up my alignment! I took my car there for an alignment, after talking to two different guys there and getting 3 different quotes for an alignment which should be pretty straightforward to quote, I left my car in hopes to fix the car pulling to the right. although they did fix that they created a bunch of other alignment related issues. Now it steering wheel is slightly stiffer to turn to one side than the other, it's a bit loose in the center only when turning right, the steering wheel doesn't completely straighten by itself anymore no matter the speed and there's is visibly more camber in front than the rear which I'm pretty sure it should be the opposite. I will never trust with my car again l, they waisted my time, money and now I have to pay someone else to fix they're mistake. read more

Had ruthless experience with Fix Auto Campbell. I made an appointment for estimate at 3:00 pm. When I arrived at 3:00pm the person that I made appointment left home. I waited more than 1 hour for someone to give me an estimate. They promised to send me the estimate when they will have some time to do it. As a customer who has had work done at Fix Auto Campbell several times from major accident repair to minor dent removal. I am happy to refer my friends and family to them regardless of what type of work needs to be done. The workmanship has been on point and the people that I have dealt with have be very professional and easy to communicate with. I appreciate the fact that whatever I need done during the repair is handled by them. I have never had to go do research to find other vendors on my own. The services that I am referring to are detailing, tire work, auto protection film and wheel refinishing. I have been extremely happy with their in-house work as well as the outside vendors that they work with. I have had one minor issue with the quality of a small section of paint that was not perfect and they repainted the section without hesitation and the final work exceeded my expectations. I had the misfortune of some horrible person who thought it would be cool to Key my brand new 2017 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. After finding out that the vandalisim was so bad that Lexus could not do anything to help me I contacted USAA my insurance company who found me Fix Auto Campbell. I am so beyond thankful to Darryl and the entire Fix Auto team for getting my baby back to me. When I picked up my car I had a concern regarding communication while they had my car and I got the opportunity to meet the Owner Darryl. Darryl was very compassionate and took my concern very seriously, he explained that they just went through a personnel change and the front desk manager had just started. He profusely apologized and assured me that communication is something they are huge on. This is something that we have all experienced and I completely understood. The customer service Darryl showed me was top notch and made me glad someone like him was the one taking care of my car. When I got home my Husband and I were looking at the car and noticed a couple of paint chips I immediately called Darryl who said bring it back in tomorrow and we will take a look at it. Today I brought my car back in and with no hesitation Darryl said he was going to personally fix my car and assure I get it back in better condition then when I drop it off. Due to it being Memorial Day weekend and knowing everyone is closed on Monday we agreed that I would drop off my car on Tuesday. I was in a fender bender and was recommended to bring my car to Shiro's. I brought it in, they quoted me a time and a price. They were reasonable, efficient, and had the work done amazingly quickly. The work on the car was not an easy task, including a new bumper, new headlights, new hood, as well as fixing other problems from the impact of the accident (then repainting, etc). Shiro's quoted me a time and a price. They stuck to the price and they had the car ready on the deadline of when they said it would be ready. I found the customer service to exceed my expectations. I took my car to Fix Auto after a truck backed into my car. It was the preferred shop from my insurance so I didn't know what to expect. From the time my husband called them, they were so professional! They came to get the car the same afternoon. As the parts to fix the car took a long time to come since they needed to ship from the East Coast, Keiko kept me updated. As soon as they got the parts, my car was quickly fixed. When I got the car back there was some broken glass rolling around the trunk so I called and they had me come the next day when it was convenient for me and made sure to remove it in less than 30 min. Broken glass is hard to remove and the customer service from Auto Fix was just amazing! A few weeks after the car got repaired I noticed that the indicator of blind spot on my mirror was not working well. I wasn't sure if it was linked to the accident so I called Keiko back and he told me to bring the car back the next day for them to take a look at it. In less than 30 min again, they disconnected it and reconnected it then went for a test drive. It is now fixed! I am really impressed with the follow up and customer service, the team at Fix Auto is super friendly and knowledgeable! I hope I won't have anymore collision but if I do I would not hesitate to bring my car to Fix Auto Campbell. read more

Great Service! I've taken my Toyota Corolla S sedan that was involved in a hit-and-run accident to Shiro's auto shop on April 25, 2016. The rear of my car was wrecked so badly that it was on the verge of being totaled. Shiro's took it in and promised to get it back to me as good as new in about 3-4 weeks. I also had to leave the state a couple of days after I've taken my car in and they were wonderful as far as updates and correspondence goes while I was away. They've sent me all the invoices that I needed in a timely manner. Also, I liked that they were very careful and precise about fixing my car. My mechanic Keiko has called me in a little before my car was due to be given back to let me know that they will have to hold it back a couple of days longer due to newly discovered damage in my car. I really appreciate their honesty and emphasis on quality and safety of their service. I'd always rather be safe than sorry. Yet another great surprise for me was that they've thoroughly cleaned my car before returning it And drove it back to my parents' house, which was super convenient. I was extremely happy with my overall experience with Shiro's auto body shop and I would bring my car back here again and recommend it to family and/or friends. Ok let me start with telling that I am a very forgiving and understanding person. However, there's a way people do professional business and there's a professional way to handle things. This place does not do either. I was referred here by a friend who is good friends with the owner and often brings his car here for work. Here comes several incidents of problems every time I brought my car to them. I gave them one way too many chances. The first time I brought my car here was because I had wrecked my car and did some major damage. They handled it all through insurance, which was fine and gave me an estimated time of 3-4 weeks to get the car back. During the entire time, I had only received one call saying that the pick up date was to be delayed because the parts estimator had fucked up and didn't order other parts that needed to be replaced. That was fine, I was told that I had to wait a couple more days before I could pick up the car. The date that I was told to come pick up the car, I called the place asking if I could come pick up the car. Nope. Not ready, again. The estimator - Ruben- was extremely rude to me when I was just trying to get my car back. I was in tears because of how rude he was to me. Whatever, I sucked it up and picked up my car days later. Second time I brought my car here was because the week after, when I stepped on the brakes, my car was shaking and vibrating. Turns out my motor mount was broken. They claimed they checked it and it was "fine" but I don't believe that because they said the motor mount was completely broken. "How could we have missed that". Whatever, they fixed it. Third time, I had picked up a rear spoiler for my car that I wanted mounted. Of course I will pay for the service, I'm not getting any of this service done for free. So I bring in the spoiler and my friend takes my car to the shop so they can mount it onto the trunk and install the trunk. He had to come back 3-4x in one day because they were constantly "busy". In the end, I had to take another car to come pick up the spoiler mounted on the trunk and go home and install the trunk. Fourth time, I thought they had done a decent paint job on my car. Considering it's a custom pearl white color that's not OEM. So I picked up a different style hood and front spoiler which I brought to them to get it painted. I brought them the hood and my original trunk so they can paint match it without me having to leave my car there. Over a week passes and I don't get a call or any notification to come sign paper work with the price estimate for the work. I have to keep coming and keep calling to ask. Ridiculous. Finally I get the email and approve the job for both items for $900. The owner did not put the proper pricing for each item separate. 2 more weeks pass by and no word from the owner. Doesn't pick up my calls or let me know the status of when to even pick up the parts. I always have to call and ask. Extremely annoying. Finally they say it's ready to pick up. So I drive to the shop and the hood is ready, I ask where's the lip? Owner says he forgot. He forgot. Tells me to come back next week. 1 week and a few days later, I call to see if the lip is ready. Nope. I had already paid the 900 too. Now he says the lip won't be ready til the end of the following week. I'm picking up the lip, taking the loss and never coming back again. Picked up the lip, owner didn't even come out to say anything. Problems after problems, chance after chance I am completely through with this shop. Extremely disappointing since it was a referral from a friend. read more
