Unless you have the time, energy, and patience to keep chasing updates and returning over and over for them to fix their own mistakes, do not bring your car here. I dropped off my car on May 11, 2026 with an estimated completion date of May 18. That date was pushed back because of supposedly "damaged/delayed" parts, and from there the entire experience turned into a complete mess. I had to call almost every day just to get updates, and after finally coming to pick up my car on May 21, I found new issues caused by the shop itself: paint chips from them prying apart areas of my car, a misaligned hood frame, and terrible paintwork with obvious orange peel texture. Raul, my advisor, acknowledged all of it and told me it would be fixed by the next day. When I came back on May 26, not only was my bumper still disassembled, but the "fixed" paint still looked bad. By this point I had already lost confidence in their work and made it clear how frustrated I was with the lack of communication and poor workmanship. I understand Raul is not the one physically doing the repairs, but if you are the middleman between the customer and the technicians, you should not be releasing cars in that condition--especially when the customer is already unhappy. On my third visit on May 27, the paint was finally corrected, but then I noticed that now it's my hood latch that's misaligned and the edge protector on my passenger door had been removed. Again, more problems that were not there before. Raul told me to come back in two weeks after the paint cured and even mentioned possibly replacing the edge protectors on all four doors because of all the inconvenience. Then came my fourth visit on June 18 for what I was told would be a quick 10-15 minute fix. Instead, I sat there for an hour only to get my car back with poorly installed film full of bubbles. To make matters worse, Raul also took back his offer to replace all four door edge protectors and only replaced the one on the passenger door. It may seem minor, but after everything else, it just felt like another empty promise on top of the repeated delays and poor workmanship so I did not mention it. I'd rather have poor work on one door than all four anyway. At that point I told Raul I was done coming back for them to repeatedly "fix" things that should have been done correctly the first time, and he told me to call my insurance. And now, after bringing my car home, I've found yet another issue: the inside cover slip for the passenger door handle is missing, along with the screw that holds it in place. So after four return visits, I may now need a fifth because they still cannot put my car back together properly. This has been one of the most frustrating repair experiences I've had. Delays happen, but repeated sloppy workmanship, damage to parts of the car that were fine before, and forcing a customer to come back over and over again is unacceptable. I gave them multiple chances to make it right, and each time there was another problem. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

I originally rated low due to an issue with my battery smoking however it was due to no fault of their own but mine. I actually have to thank this location if not for the time frame of when they unplugged my battery, I would have not known that the battery needed replacement and would have gone driving clueless and things may have gotten worse. However I avoided a potential battery bursting into flames. I just wish they could have atleast followed up after getting concerned emails/calls or committed to their promise of reaching back out. This was my first time in the U.S. leaving a service shop in tears. It makes me deeply upset. I bought my new car only a few months ago, and it had never had any interior scratches, at least none that I had ever noticed. After being rear-ended while stopped at a red light, my car was repaired here through Geigo. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed a sharp scratch on the center console that I had never seen before. When I asked the staff about it, they showed me a photo they had taken of the same scratch. Even though I saw the photo, this was truly the first time I had noticed it. I simply wanted to understand if this scratch might have happened during the repair or inspection process. Instead of listening, the staff member refused to let me speak. Every time I tried to explain, he cut me off aggressively, told me that "you don't know about your car." He kept interrupting me until I broke down crying. My 7-year-old son is on the autism spectrum, was also frightened and began yelling. I cannot prove how or when the scratch appeared, but I have never in my life experienced such rude and disrespectful treatment from a service shop. read more

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication by this auto shop. My car had new damage I brought to their attention on Sept 8th. At first I got gaslit that these damages were already there but I have photos before my car was towed here that prove otherwise. Cristal (manager) does not follow through when she tells you she'll do something. I had to call multiple times for the photo from the tow company because it's their policy to take pics before and after loading my car. She'll say she'll do something within 10-15 min, but don't expect it unless you follow up nonstop. There's a messaging number they use but they have ignored my texts. What's even more shocking is that the tow company told me they sent their pics last week and Cristal's been telling us she was waiting on them. I have zero trust with this "business." They'll fix one thing and damage another. Avoid this place at all costs! I'll be taking my car elsewhere now since they have not given me any indication when they'll make amends and work on my car. I was rear ended on Friday the 13th and my insurance company recommended them as 1 of their direct vendor. I went in and talked to Bob. He seemed honest. He had an approval a couple days later. I went with them to do the repairs. He told me it would be 5 days and surprisingly he called a couple days later to come pick it up. The repairs looked as good as new. It just gets worse and worse. They called me and told me the car was ready and it wasn't. So while I was waiting for my wife to come pick me up, since I had already turned in my rental, someone came out of the office and assured me that the parts that were missing on my car would be there the next morning, and that he would make sure they were installed first thing. I called them late the next morning to see if the parts had come in at the car was ready and was told they would call me only when it was done. I told him how much they inconvenienced me and that I was told the car would be done in the morning. The lady just kept repeating that they would call me when it was done. I asked if they would call me when the parts come in so I would know approximately when it was done, and she said no. They finally called me at 4:30 in the afternoon. There was no way I could get there before they closed so I had no car for the weekend. I had a break in my teaching and had my wife drive me down there. When I got there, they told me the car was ready, and that all the paperwork was done and I could go. I got a call saying that I had forgotten to pay the deductible, and that I had to come down and pay it right away. On top of all this inconvenience we had construction going on at our house from eight in the morning until after six in the afternoon. There was no way I could get back to pay the deductible. Two days later I get a threatening message that if I don't immediately come down there and pay, they are going to set it out for collections. The day i went to pick up my car the battery was dead, I dont mean low i mean DEAD dash lights wouldnt even come on. The guy said it was normal when you disconnect the battery. This made no sense as if you disconnect the battery it would preserve the power not drain it. Anyways he jumpstarted my car and I left. Ever since then every single morning before i go to work i have to jumpstart my car to get it running. I have complained to Fix Auto multiple times and they completely shine me on they will not respond nor will they do anything to fix this situation. I am filing a lawsuit against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your repairs very unprofessional, terrible customer service. Even during the repairs they never once called me to give me status updates or any type of correspondence. I would avoid this shop at all costs. It was approved through my insurance so I brought my car in to get the bumper replaced. Should be a simple fix but they had my car for 3 entire weeks. They claim to communicate status updates through a texting service but they never update you through there. They do answer the phone when you call to ask for an update but someone different (front desk associates, estimators, technicians, etc.) always answers and gives you different information. The most frustrating part was the workers must be told to exaggerate and lie to give you the answer you want to hear. On a Thursday afternoon after having my car for 2 weeks, I called and they said they were going to reach out and ask permission to order a final part that they didn't know they needed until now. I gave them permission to order it (I do understand they cannot control how long it takes parts to arrive) and they promised to rush it and that everything else on my car was done so I could pick it up Friday afternoon. I call Friday afternoon and they say the part just got there 2 hours ago so they would not be able to install it before the weekend. The following Monday, I get a text saying that they will let me know as soon as the part comes in (clearly lied). No communication until I call on Wednesday and the tech tells me he will put the part on that afternoon and it will be ready by mid-day Thursday. He promises someone will call or text me. Nothing, so I call at the end of the day Thursday I finally speak up for myself and say their communication has been inconsistent for an entire week and I really need my car back today. They claim the tech had an urgent emergency and left early so that's why the part is still not on. So the front desk associate asks another tech to hurry and finish it up so I can get the car before they close. Overall, if you really need them to do something you have to express frustration and push a little. None of the employees were mean but clearly the way they run their shop is unethical. read more

I find them to be not only professional and know their stuff, but highly personable as well. I have great respect for Daryl the owner. He is honorable and a man of integrity. I took my car here to get detailed, and upon picking it up was told that some wax and dust from other jobs had landed on my car- and that it would take a few minutes to clean. After about 40 minutes, I walked over to see if someone could tell me what was going on. The guy that spoke to me earlier, Jay, immediately became aggressive and agitated when I asked about the paint damage all over my hood. After a frustrating exchange, we agreed I'd pick up my car after a few hours so they have time to fix it. No apologies from anyone. I came back, but saw there were a few spots left, and before I could say anything Jay started screaming, SCREAMING at me that I'm trying to defraud the shop and steal their money. Truly unhinged. My 2010 Prius had been getting its front bumper assembly slowly destroyed by rubbing against those parking barriers and curbs. To top it off the last body shop that worked on it several years ago did a terrible job fastening back on the bumper assembly and the panels in the back and they were also coming off. So before it all fell apart I wanted to get it fixed up. Took it here because of a referral from my local mechanic (shoutout to JP Auto on De Anza Blvd). This was the best experience I've ever had at an auto place. The facilities are brand new, custom built for them. You can tell its a multi-generational family business. The owner did the estimate and was super friendly, staying open a little extra late to get us in on a Saturday. I asked him to McGiver things as opposed to just blatantly replacing panels just because a bolt hole was broken. Which they agreed to do. The quote was in the Goldilocks zone, not too high, not too low. Then the work was done in a 1/2 day. They went far beyond doing just the fixing up of things. They made it look new. They cleaned up the fogged up headlight covers and many other things that made the car look and feel great. Hopefully I'll never need their service again, but if I do need body work, I'm coming back here. read more

I found Fix Auto Campbell on Yelp, and they fixed my car after it was vandalized. When I learned that my car had been vandalized in the middle of the night, I was upset and confused as to why, and I was left without answers to my questions. My side mirror had been smashed and there were several dents and scuff marks on the side of the car. The next step was to get it fixed. I made a claim with my insurance and looked for a place that worked with Farmers Insurance. That's how I found Fix Auto Campbell. I called and spoke with a guy named Steve. He was super helpful, he broke down the process for me, and he even gave a solid estimate to provide to my insurance company. When the estimator came out, he was impressed by how detailed and accurate the estimate was. Steve even took the time to work with my insurance, so I didn't have to pay more than my deductable. In the end, they fixed the side mirror, painted the damaged areas, fixed the dents, and even provided a service warranty. Excellent customer service and quick repairs. I will definitely be back if something happens to my car again. read more
