True 5 star service. Took my car in after being hit n run leaving me with major damage on front end bumper, lights and mirror. Took in for estimate on a Thursday. (Could still drive to work so wanted to wait til Monday to rent a car.) mentioned this to woman doing estimate. She found me the last passenger side mirror and parts cheaper rate if I booked soon. It was about the same as my other estimates so I went with Caliper. Am glad I did. She kept her promise and ordered my parts after I booked my appointment so many of them were in the shop when I dropped it off. Caliper contacted me every day text to keep me updated, a major plus. (Hear that Frank from G & C body shop?? Keep your customers updated) To top it all off, my Honda was done EARLY!!! And it looks beautiful. Can't say enough good things. Getting your car repaired is always anxious and costly. At least Caliper does what they can to soften the blow. They kept their promise to me, kept me updated with progress and did outstanding work. Caliber Collision is a large franchise "model like" auto collision repair shop. This location is tucked away, if I didn't look them up online I wouldn't have known about this shop. Customer service here was 10/10 the employees were professional and friendly. They took care of my vehicle, and repaired it very well. Came out with the front end looking brand new. They communicate with their customers very well through text message and email. They have cold water and little amenities in their waiting room for guests. This location also accepts Apple Pay and works with insurance. The process is seamless. The only thing I notice was this little paint chip on the edge of the hood. The online booking system is quick and easy to use. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionists who helped me check in then I met with my sales advisor, Terrie. Terrie is friendly making the whole process of dropping off my car easy. She was attentive and reassured me of the process and timeline from drop off to the day of pick up. I was actually able to pick up my car at an earlier estimated time the day of pick up, which worked out perfectly for me because I had to go back to work after. I'm really disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. I used them after an accident and accidentally left my sunglasses in the car's sunglasses compartment. When I picked up my car, the glasses were gone. I provided my receipt and followed all the steps they asked for, only to be told they wouldn't do anything about it. I would not recommend this place. First time doing a review. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The only reason I tried it was because my insurance told me that was one of their best shops they work with. Stay away from this body shop they over charged insurances and they do poor quality paint job. My car looked like it was painted outside. Has some blemishes on the paint. The queue to have someone come out to assist me with pre consultation was not the best first impression. I waited about 20 minutes with the vehicle until they finally had a lady come out to follow up with me. I had to take my mom's car here to get it repaired for 2 different incidents (both times not her fault). First one was for the bumper. Second time was for the front left corner and side door. I do appreciate how they took great care of my mom's car and actually finished repaired as expected. It didn't take longer than a week! The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Scheduling an appointment with them was easy, yet difficult because Caliber Collision were so busy, it was hard to get an early date appointment! When we picked up the car, it looked like new. What a terrible time to need body work done when parts and tariffs keep increasing! Our car had to have so much work done due to no fault of our own. From the initial estimate from our insurance adjuster in February to the time our vehicle was completed 2 months later, some the parts doubled in price! Really appreciated how Caliber kept us in the loop about the progress of the repairs. Also thankful to Anthony Garcia for helping us out after costs had skyrocketed in the middle of the repairs! We only had 1 issue with a new tire being overinflated but that work was outsourced to Elite Tires, which I will need to address later this week. This company does lazy work even when corporate is involved and will not respond to emails or call requests regarding "lifetime warranty". Paint work is terrible and body work is separating. Screws missing and connectors not fully connected. Wiring spliced instead of getting a $20 part, all hidden nicely. I wish I would have gone someplace else. read more

I had the front bumper, grille, lamps replaced at this shop. After picking up my car, I noticed the fog lamps were not installed properly(It was not aligned at the center) and the fog lamp on the driver side had a different shape, compared to the passenger side and it looked VERY cheap. I took it to the shop. They re-aligned the fog lamps, but blamed the insurance company for not having the matching parts on both sides since they didn't approve OEM parts. However, they replaced both sides. Couldn't they have at least ordered the same aftermarket parts for both? After driving the car for less than two weeks, I realized the fog lamp lens/cover on the driver side fell out. I took it to the shop again, and they said they put in an order to get a replacement part and it would take about a week. They said they would give me a call once the part arrived. It's been more than one month already, and still waiting for the part I guess. They blamed the vendor for not having the part in the inventory which didn't really make sense to me, given that it's just a Toyota. I had to call them 4-5 times for an update, and every time they said they would give me a call back soon, but I got a call from them only once to be told that they were still waiting for the part which should be available soon. I also noticed the light bulb broke since there was no protection/cover while driving, and it was beginning to develop a gap between the front bumper and fender. At this point, I decided to never take my car to this shop again. I paid $50 for a better quality lamp at Walmart, got it in 2 days, and replaced it myself. I also learned that the same lamp they installed on the driver side costs around $10~20 online, but they charged $170, just for the part. read more

Unfortunately I would no longer recommend Caliber for repairs. We have had 2 different cars repaired by them. Our Versa in 2014 and Camry in 2021 and I was under the impression that they really do care about their returning customers as we have not had any issues prior to now. When we fixed our Camry, we were really happy with the repairs and how the car looked as it was a nasty accident. Radni helped us with our claim and repairs and he really made things a lot easier. But a little after we started having problems with our front right wheel and had to take it back in as we were guaranteed lifetime warranty on their work. Radni made us an appointment and we were able to drop off and pick up our car that day. Now (yes 3 years later) we went back again because the SAME side is now making noise again and shaking and Robert Tran automatically made us at fault stating it's been 3 years and the tire was damaged so therefore that damages the wheel bearing and a leaking strut? Well...we found that very strange as they charged our insurance for repairs but now we are being blamed for the poor job that was done. Again, we were and still are very happy with their work, but I think it's unsafe having him let us drive around knowing what the problem is but blaming us. Maybe they shouldn't offer lifetime guarantee on their work if they don't want us to come back. Now I have to waste more time trying to figure out with GEICO what exactly they repaired. I wouldn't mind paying another shop to get my car fixed, but if it was charged on our claim and it's under warranty, I think Caliber should just fix their work as that is what was guaranteed. read more

I got a daily message updates about the process of repairing and Edward (Eddie) did my request on only getting OEM parts, which I really appreciate it. Beyond the great service, I am really impressed and shocked by their HONESTY. I had an envelope with some cash inside under the car mattress when I turned in the car for repairs which I forgot to take it out. The next day I realize that my envelope was there but was too lazy to go back to the shop and thought it would be gone already since I am certainly that someone would find it in the car. So just thinking that I am paying for my stupidity or tips to the shop. Had a terrible experience. I used Caliber Collision through my insurance. The initial process was seamless and they were very responsive. But, the repair had major issues - twice. Both the times they noticed the issue when they had already called me to pick up the car. That wasted so much time. On top, they kept telling me that Geico and Enterprise have been updated, but in the end they had no clue. So, I was charged extra for the rental car for the additional days they took to repair. I had to spend hours on phone talking to Enterprise and Geico to fix that. In the end the car was fixed fine. read more
