Do not trust this auto shop. They attempted to fix my Tesla. In the process, they broke the windshield and then claimed that I signed paperwork that they are not responsible for windshield damage. Due to the extreme heat in the desert, all of their customer's cars sit outside in the summer heat (115 degrees). Prior to picking up my car, they washed it and the windshield cracked when they poured cold water on a searing hot windshield. They refused to fix it. Second, I dropped off the car with a charge of 155 miles. When I picked it up, it had 7 miles. I barely made it home. Clearly, they were driving my car while it was in the shop. Last, they car was filthy when I picked it up. Fast food bags, dirty floor mats, and the smell of cigarettes. You will be very disappointed with the treatment of your car. read more

Brought in my Audi 2009 A4 to repair a scratched bumper. They assured me over and over that they were professionals and that they were especially familiar with European makes. They did the job over the weekend. However, when I went to pick it up, the bumper was not attached to the body correctly, creating an uneven surface. I let them know about this, and they said that it was because I needed to drive the car so that it shakes it back in place. After I questioned that fact, they took it into the shop and had me wait an hour for them to fix it. I was finally satisfied. But, just recently, another part of the bumper seems to have detached from the body. I don't know if this means that they didn't stick it on or attach it correctly. I have never had these problems before. I would definitely NOT recommend this auto body shop read more

The worst experience I've ever had. The first person that I was dealing with was later fired because of questionable business practices. The service was bad, the quality of the work was bad. The workers were careless and did a dirty job. They drained my jeep battery and did not replace it, not even a car wash I had to take it back to finish the repairs from an auto accident. The next person that I worked with was better, but the workmanship was just as bad. Sloppy, dirty work. I had take it back again so they can fix the bad job they did. They still couldn't fix my jeep properly. I would not recommend this auto shop. I only took it there because they work with my insurance. Poor, bad, sloppy and dirty work on the vehicles. Wanted to write an update in all fairness the owner Henry ended up intervening and had me take the vehicle to their Palm Desert location and he had them repaint most of the car at no charge as well as having other smaller issues resolved. Although they left some details undone for the most part they made it right and took care of me. It's my understanding that the service writer that was very rude & disrespect to me at the Cathedral City location no longer works there. read more

Dropped my car off in PS fix auto because the cat city store obviously doesn't know how to fix a car and HENRY DENIED ME GETTING A RENTAL WHILE THEY HAVE MY CAR FROM THEIR MISTAKES WOW !!! My INSURANCE STATES ITS ON FIX AUTO BECAUSE ITS THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THEIR OWN DAMAGES they cause on my car & the Bureau of automotive repair says the same thing SMH NOT HONEST OWNERS OR EMPLOYEES THEY GOT IT 6/17/22 & it won't be ready till the end of this week maybe. so that's over a week without my car once again and they won't even pay for my rental . Doesn't deserve one star I wouldn't ever recommend to anyone not even my enemy! Two years ago I had a fairly major repair done at this shop. Let's be honest, I am fussy about bodywork repairs, and anticipated the worst in trying to get my late model car restored to new condition. When I picked it up, it was incredible - repaired with care and perfection. Move ahead two years... in the last few weeks, I have noticed a rattle noise in the rear right corner panel area (where the repair had been done). I took the car back in to Fix Auto, where I was treated royally. They test drove the car, investigated the problem, and managed to fix it (a mechanical issue) even though it was not related to the repairs they had previously made to the car. I was not charged! In every detail my dealings with this company have been beyond exemplary. I was referred to Fix Auto after the back of my brand new car was swiped in a parking lot. I was hesitant because I thought it was going to cost a ton of money to fix the damage that had been done & that I was going to be out of a car for a long time. But after a couple days I got my car back & it's as if it never even happened. I'm extremely grateful to finally have my car back looking brand new! My car had also been keyed a couple months prior so I asked if that could be fixed too & I was assured I was in good hands. I won't go anywhere else now! One star is way too good for this business. My car was hit by a texting driver. We towed it to Fix for an assessment. The car was totaled. A year later DMV came to me for $238 of registration. I called and asked Fix for help with the paperwork to see if a certificate of non operation was filed with the State. I was never called back by the owner and when I called again for assistance was hung up on by Steve. Extremely unprofessional! Don't bring your car to this shop because if you need to talk to the owner you will not be given any consideration. read more

I wouldn't recommend this auto body shop to my worst enemy. My experience with David the estimator was like dealing with the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with because he lies. I brought my vehicle back within three days because I had moldings that were installed by them that the seals had come loose from and was told that was going to be an additional charge. I've left messages for the owner of the company to contact me over three weeks ago and no one has called me back. read more

The Toyota dealer sent me here to fix my damaged front air dam. A ladder fell off the truck in front of me, and I ran over it. Hector assured me it would be no problem to correct this. Sure enough, a few minutes later it was reattached securely, as though nothing had happened. That's a "5" in my book! read more

Took my car down to remove scratches that other people told me it would cost thousands to fix as they had to repaint the car bumper.
