It looks like there's stuff under the paint. My headlamp leak when it rains. The hardware behind the front bumper to mount my license plate is missing. Time and time again I hear people try to penny pinch and get better deals elsewhere for worse product but Sage and their line of tints speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. First of all I would like to start off with how nice and clean this place looks. The appearance of the shop definitely matched the quality of their work. I got into a car accident because some guy failed to do a stop and hit the whole front part of my car. We spoke to his insurance company and this is the body shop my car was sent to. The guy who hit me then flipped the story around and my car was already all put apart into pieces. Since his insurance company didn't want to pay for my car to be put together , THIS body shop sent me the parts INSIDE of my car !! That is super unprofessional and disrespectful of them to do. After having my car way longer than they said they'd have it they called and said it was ready. When I showed up there were so many things done incorrectly. Even a screw sticking out of the bumper and the color did not match. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they told me they could fix it again to bring it back in a few weeks. So a few weeks passed and I had to call and text multiple times before I was advised to bring it back. I took it back and after another extended stay it still wasn't right. Once again they told me to take it home and they'd arrange a time for me to bring it back. Several months passed and multiple calls and texts later I was finally told they were working on Uhaul trucks because those were the jobs that were paying. Mind you, my insurance paid for the job in full and it wasn't done satisfactory. So almost 9-10 months later I finally took my car back. It still wasn't completed correctly, but no one returned my calls or texts. A couple times I had some serious issues with the car and Toyota told me to take it back to them to be repaired yet again. By this point I was just done with this company and took a loss and traded in the car. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable shop. A shop that will actually answer the phone, not avoid you, and that will get the job done right the first time.
