Friendly service. Excellent Quality work Rob (owner) and team restored my car to better than factory condition. They showed me what factory clear coat looks like vs what they applied to my car and it was night and day difference. Victoria (owner) did all the paperwork and all the notification. They were amazing. They are also the least expensive for the quality that they offer. I got cheaper quotes from other shops but they did not prep the cars well. Google says if I get my car done like that paint would peel after a couple year. Fix Auto Glendale did it right and gave me a fair price. read more

Shotty work done. The seams don't match up on the unibody parts. They didn't call me once to let me know about the progress as requested. I gave Mike my number personally and they chose to make my husband the owner of the vehicle instead recording his phone number from insurance records. My husband hasn't paid one thin red cent on that car's financing and the car has always only been registered to me. That alone is totally offensive to be kept out of the loop on the very vehicle you solely own. He also doesn't understand why you left me out of any communications. We will just assume sexism. There's new damage to the bumper on the left side where you chipped the paint. You didn't use the right tool to pop the bumper off and took the paint with it That will need repainting. You didn't notice the damage on the very bottom of the car to the plastic moulding insert. Lacking in attention to detail even when you had to have had this car up on a hoist. Inexcusable. The car is coming back to you next week. Make it right this time. read more

They replaced my bumper from a fender bender and it did not properly match the rest of the car. I did purchase the manufacturer's bumper and not the after market, cheaper bumper because I wanted the car to look as good as before. Some sections where the new bumper met the car were smooth and others there was a gap and the bumper stuck out more than the rear panel. I had them re do it and it looks acceptable now but I feel like it could have been done much better overall. Also, upon closer inspection I noticed that the bumper was missing a screw that would keep it on the car. This lack of attention to detail, which in my opinion is absolutely essential when repairing and restoring a car to it's original state, left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them. read more

I unfortunately, used this place twice before I discover a place that knows how to treat a lady. The work is as good as others, but they have two big jerks that work there. That treat women like dumb broads. Women beware! I complained that there was grease on my beige interior, bad mistake! Theses thugs let me know I was expecting too much out of their sloppy greasy mechanics. I had to wait in their stinky office, while they got my car 20 minutes later I get in my dirty, dusty, greasy smelling car and they have smeared oil on the seat. I complained, they took back, brought it out, this time it smells like paint thinner. I gave up. The thugs got their money and bitched at me worse than any woman I've encountered. You win Roger! I caved in the tailgate on my 2005 Ford F150 truck. I checked auto shop reviews online and was impressed with Fix Auto / Karl's Collision. Took truck in and was struck by how friendly everyone in the office was. They told me what was involved in the repair. Was surprised to get a job finished call within a few days later. Picked up my truck and the tailgate looked like new and worked perfectly. I want to thank all of the staff for the great work. Ben, Mike and Scott. 5 star all the way. This shop has repaired my RV, truck and now my Hyundai Tucson. Picked up my rental at shop & dropped it off there when picking up my vehicle. Work done is top notch, you can not tell there was ever any damage to any of the vehicles they repaired for us. They said repair would take 4 days, it was done, cleaned up and ready to go on day 4. Took my car there to get fixed up, they gave me a date that I was supposed to pick up they said it would take 5!days to fix, here we are 2 months later and I still haven't been able to pick my car up I wouldn't recommend this shop at all unless you plan on being carless for a while. I would call to check on the update of my vehicle and they kept BS me changing their story every damn time. read more

The staff here is great. I got into a fender bender with a State Farm customer so I went to one of State Farm's preferred auto body shops. I went in on a Monday afternoon to just get an estimate done and they were able to take my car that day with a promise it would be done by the end of the week. I wish I had gotten a call a little earlier than half an hour before they closed on Friday (since they are closed through the weekend) but bright and early on Monday morning, I was able to pick up my car and it looked great. Definitely a breeze working through them. I was in a rear ended accident that caused me to hit another car. They told me it'd take 10 business days to complete and they were able to repair and paint my car within a week! Definitely will recommend. My car looks brand new again! read more

The customer service is lacking. Did not go above and beyond in anyway. They did not call to touch base with us as they stated they would. The finished product is acceptable except the headlights. They replaced one (damaged during accident) but didn't call and ask us if we wanted to replace the other for an additional charge. It would have been nice to have been offered the opportunity and it would have been an upsell for them. They just do not take the time to communicate during the process. read more

The staff was so friendly here.They took pictures, got me an estimate and we got the approval from my insurance company. When I dropped my car off for repair, Mike was the guy who helped me out and explained everything to me. I picked up my car and I cannot tell it was in a fender bender. Plus they went the extra mile by following thru.I was going to get my car back, but something wasn't right. They followed up and found more damage which they took care of. I'm not sure how good their work is, however the customer service is poor. Karl's Collision and Repair was recommended to me by a local Trailer Supply Store that I frequent. I initially called on a Thursday and I was told that they would call me back later Thursday to schedule an appointment. I later received a call that they would call me back on Monday to schedule an appointment. I received a call on Monday from Bob whom I scheduled an appointment with him to come out and provide an estimate on Tuesday. I cancelled with the previous company to go with Karl's. Bob reported that he would call me on Tuesday morning to confirm our 4pm appointment. I called him at noon, since I did not hear from him. He reports that he has a class Tuesday evening and wants to reschedule for Wednesday. I'm highly frustrated with the lack of communication/ professionalism. This place is awesome! I was recommended by a friend/ co-worker and dealt with Mike and had a great experience. I had something small done but felt like no matter how big the issue I would have been treated fairly. Honest, fast and just overall good people. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. It's hard to find a good shop to get repairs done but this was great and I would absolutely come back if it's something they can help me with.
