I had a damaged front fender replaced. I did not go through insurance. Jimmy said that they could match my peril white paint. When I got it back, the paint did not match well. I tried to live with it, but I went to Jimmy to see if he could do something. He made up all kinds of excuses including that because it did not go through insurance, he would not do anything I have painted cars myself, so I know that it was not that big of a job. He is a real "salesman". They did a nice paint job, just a bad color match. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I myself had a fantastic experience with Hello Auto Body Repair although I wouldn't think that since I was in an auto accident recently and was referred by my lawyer. My car was takend straight from the place of accident directly right to Hello Auto. Eddie welcomed me gently and his estimator dished out an estimate right then. And I didn't want it to be too high or too low for Insurance reasons. If you've been in an accident you'll know what I mean. So they did it the right way to help my cause and they didn't fake it either. I simply waited a few days for liability dispute, and luckily they were able to start repairs right away. Hello did all the negotiations with Esurance, while keeping me in the know and appraised me throughout the entire process. Their focus on details were what I describe as clear cut and razor right. Towards the end of it, they coordinated all the rental cars since they have their own rental service which helped a great deal and made life easy for me, so I didn't need a ride to Hello Auto. They had all the paperwork prepared and ready when I got there. They even assisted the transfer my stuff of personal junk to my car! Wasn't sure if I trusted this place until I used them for a test estimate. They knew what they were doing and did it very low price. So I got a little cynical but the pricing was so much better and read the reviews and decided to try these guys. They are true to their reviews. I had a great experience with the Auto Body shop. The staff is very polite and friendly, and their communication was great so there was no miscommunication whatsoever. That is something I value. When I got an estimate they told me that they'd work with the insurance company and they did. I was kept in the loop and everything was very professional. When they told me it would take a few days to order the parts, that's exactly what happened. Whenever I called they didn't mind me calling even though they're very busy. There were no surprises or delays like I've experienced in those big repair shops. I love the way they treated me throughout the process. For me, being nice is great, but I look to the value of communication and actually coming through with a great job which they exceeded in.
