Somehow my review was updated (and not by me) to where it was completely omitted that when I had 4 new tires installed, one tire was the incorrect size which was causing my TPMS issue. This was found not by Eddies, but Costco tires. When I went back to Eddies, they said it wasn't their fault and that they would not correct it. Serves me right and lesson learned, going to a discount tire center rather than a reputable shop is definitely a mistake. read more

Had a flat tire the other week so I got it replaced here. My dash display for my car wasn't working at the time so I got it fixed and found out that one of my tires is deflated so I looked at all my tires to find it was the one they replaced. I called to tell them my tire is deflated and the guy that picked up said with an attitude that the deflated tire was essentially my fault, that it's got to be a nail and it'll cost more money to fix. I'm at another tire shop and the worker here didn't find a nail and that they just didn't inflate my tires properly. read more

Tire pressure sensor was working when I had an alignment then it wasn't after, when I questioned why I was told to drive, I drove for a couple weeks and it still didn't work. I came back to question the issue and I was treated poorly, the person was aggressive and tried to turn things back on me, told me my bad day wasn't his problem, ummm, I had a great day until I crossed paths with him. I've been a long time customer and because of him I will NEVER return. I actually had to ask if I could leave because he was blocking me from my car door. This was not just bad customer service, it was rude and aggressive behavior that nobody should experience. If I could give 0 starts I would. I thought this place was good but my second experience made me reconsider. I took my car in on Thursday for a tire rotation, patch on one tire and to get balanced. They told me it would be two hours because some one was in front of me. They called me in one hour and told me my car was ready. When I get there they told me my car didn't need to be balanced. They also said my tires were all really low on pressure and they filled my tires up. (Which was weird to me because I had just filled all my tires last week) I was also told that no patch was needed for the tire. When I drove on the freeway that same day my car was shaking as if I was on a bumpy road and I wasn't. I had to ask for a ride for my daughter surgery the next day because I knew something was off with my tires and didn't want to risk it. I took my tires to American Tire on Saturday. Thankfully they were able to tell me why my car wasn't driving normal. They said my tires were over inflated. They said my two front wheels were off balance. They also said that they were able to patch the tire I was originally concerned about. The fact that my daughter and my life were at risk because this tire place didn't want to do their jobs properly. I'm livid. This is not okay to be playing with people's lives. I'm glad I followed my first mind and didn't drive my daughter and I to surgery that day because something terrible could have happened if I didn't get them looked at by another tire shop. They did a lift on my truck, changed out wheels and tires and it ultimately worked out great. Just don't be in a hurry for anything. I am working from home, so I had to drop off the vehicle. Apparently I was not a high priority. If you stay there and wait, I'm sure you get your vehicle attended to quicker, which I understand but an entire day or 2 extra seems a bit much. I came here first thing in the morning to have 5 wheels de-mounted from the tires. Upon arrival they weren't busy as they just opened up, but i was told to leave my wheels and come back in an hour. I only live 2 blocks away so that's what I did. An hour later I come back to pick up my wheels and found fresh new scratches on them (see photos). I brought this up to the tech and he responded that they were already there. I then showed the tech photos of the wheels prior to me bringing them in and then the service manager came. We argued back and forth, but I had full proof of the condition of the wheels. Yet he continued to argue and said they came like that and they're curb marks; again I showed proof of the wheels prior to coming here and then the service manager gave in and didnt charge me $30 to de-mount and apologized.
