To start off, they did a quick, but thorough diagnosis of my phone. I was helped by Haitham and he walked me through every step of the process and explained exactly what he was doing. The phone was finished in 20 mins (literally you can take a lap around mall and it's done). Everything was fixed to perfection and he even threw in a free tempered glass! You can't go wrong here. My iPad 2 had a cracked screen and their price was half of what apple wanted to replace. They had it done in 30 minutes and I was very impressed with the work. My Samsung 5S phone is about 3 years old. Unfortunately, I broke the screen and digitizer but because I like my phone I decided to get it repaired. I spent a lot of time looking for someone to do the repairs for me, but they either had a lengthy turnaround times, the part wasn't in stock or they were just too expensive. After looking at so many different repair shops a neighbor recommended "Fix Master Mobile". They originally had a store in Clearwater, FL (but now are located in Tampa). They had the part available and could fix it right away. I was really happy. Both of the servicemen I spoke with there were not only very knowledgeable but knew exactly what was wrong. They have such great customer service and are very nice too. Because of the excellent service they provided to me and my family I have no problem traveling from Clearwater to Tampa to have repairs done on any of my devices. I dropped my iPhone 6 yesterday and shattered the glass - it was heartbreaking. I looked up videos on how to replace the screen myself and that was enough to convince me to have someone else do it. So, based on the reviews for here I went and worked with Brian. He was friendly, and greeted me right away even though he was working on someone else's phone. I left my phone with him, walked around the stores for a bit and when I came back my phone looked like new!! The touch is just as accurate as before which I knew to look for because when I swapped my own Android glass (before I got the iPhone), the touch accuracy was off. I can't say enough good things about my experience here! My iPhone XS was stuck in a boot loop. I brought it to Apple, and they said there was nothing they could do for me and the phone was done for.
