They mobilized an 18 person crew along with a knuckle boom crane to efficiently remove debris and transport materials to the roof, allowing the project to move quickly and safely. Our building has a complex roofing structure with a concrete slab deck, which required a more specialized assembly than a standard roofing system. NY Roofing installed a proper vapor barrier to address condensation issues that the original developer had failed to include, along with high R-value insulation to significantly improve the building's energy efficiency. The roof replacement was completed in 2017, and we are pleased to report that in the nine years since installation we have not experienced a single leak. Louie is very professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to examine the roof. He takes the time to tell you about the problems he sees and explains what needs to be done.
