Bryan helped me fix the water damaged wood inside kitchen sink cabinet. He provided his estimate in Yelp and was also very prompt to provide service even on. Sunday. I thought I had fixed the leak but Bryan helped me identify the main source of leak from the RO system. He offered me suggestions whether to reinstall or replace because the parts for the RO system aren't available. After deciding to remove the RO system he took measurements for the wood board and purchased the same from Home Depot. He also had it sawed accurately and installed it perfectly. As requested he purchased the wood paint and painted it to match the side boards of the cabinet. Finally he caulked the edges to prevent any water seepage and was also willing to replace the rusted hinges of the cabinet. Unfortunately the new hinge didn't help the cabinet door close flush but he still made another trip to Home Depot to buy a closest matching hinge. Finally with all the work done I asked for suggestions on few more projects and he gave his honest opinion. I really appreciate that. In our house we had a kitchen cabinet for the garbage where you had to open the cabinet and then pull the trash out. We wanted to replace this with a cabinet with a knob in the middle so that when you pull it out the trash comes with it. We asked Fixa Ranch to take care of this and he did an amazing job! This was the kind of job where we presented him with "this is kind of what we want," and he took all the measurements and ordered what we needed. I was really happy to be able to present that to him without having to figure out what we needed ourselves! He also mounted a TV in our guest bedroom where it turned out that there were two layers of drywall (which is why I struggled to find studs on my own). I was having company on Saturday and my kitchen sink pipes fell apart causing the sink and dishwasher to be unusable. I was panicked and desperate for help. Needed help patching up walls in a rental upon vacancy.
