Once I had Laura on the phone I knew Tapped Out would take care of everything and have us back safe on paved road. She sent their crew out to my location within the hour but after several hours of them trying to work their way through the mud to find us, their trucks became lodged in the mud as well. The guys did everything they could to try and get their equipment to my car but it was becoming late and we were gonna be stuck in the dark. So a member of their crew was nice enough to take us back up the highway to Flagstaff and we opted to leave the car out in the mud overnight. They were prompt and we'll equipped the next morning and had my car back on the road within an hour. They are some of the most hard working and diligent individuals I have ever come across. I was extremely impressed with their perseverance and willingness to try and get us out. Christian was the main rep that I worked with, and he is one of the nicest and attentive workers! We are very grateful for Adam at Ascot Automotive who accommodated our request to check the check engine light issue on our Ford Edge even though they were already booked for the week. He listened and empathized with our situation to make it back home safely to California by Friday. When we arrived to Ascot Automotive on Thursday morning, Adam took care of us with great professionalism and honesty. After taking our information, he offered to have one of his staff drive us back to the hotel. He kept us updated from the point of the car diagnostics to the details of parts and labor for the repair. By Thursday afternoon, we agreed to have the repairs done. On Friday morning, our car was ready so he sent Darius to pick us up from our hotel to Ascot to pay and pick up our car. Price wise, the cost of the diagnostic, parts, and labor were very reasonable. I am writing this review on our drive back to San Diego. We couldn't be happier with how well our Ford Edge is running. Most of all, we are very happy with our experience and the excellent customer care Adam, Cody, and Darius provided at Ascot. They definitely deserve a 5 plus star rating!
