For those that do not know, Williams is about 35 minutes away from Flagstaff. They contacted me and informed me of the time they could make it out, which was 1.5 hours since the technician was currently out on another job. The gentleman who called me was professional and extremely polite and didn't sugarcoat the arrival window which I appreciated. The technician, Joseph, came out with a trainee. They were both extremely friendly, professional, and polite. He was very knowledgeable and was training the young woman with him very well. They were able to test my car's battery to find it needed to be replaced and were able to replace it quickly and efficiently. Flagstaff Mobile Mechanic had my car for 12 days only to tell me they couldn't fix a problem with my car's exhaust system. Throughout these 12 days, establishing regular communication with the shop was like pulling teeth. The shop phone was seldom answered. In the rare instance someone did pick up, it was "the weekend guy" who only was there to take appointments and had no information on my vehicle. I had to get a friend to physically drive me to the shop so I could talk to someone about my car. Mark the driver let his boss Dallas know about the damage and sent him pictures. We were all confident that this would be resolved and fixed, or that the company would at least pay for a load of gravel to replace the one they destroyed. Two days passed and we did not hear back from the owner of the company, so we followed up with a phone call. I had given up on him doing the upgrades and just wanted to get my parts I had paid a deposit on... he dodged me evertime i was traveling through and could pick up the parts. Once I had Laura on the phone I knew Tapped Out would take care of everything and have us back safe on paved road. She sent their crew out to my location within the hour but after several hours of them trying to work their way through the mud to find us, their trucks became lodged in the mud as well. The guys did everything they could to try and get their equipment to my car but it was becoming late and we were gonna be stuck in the dark. So a member of their crew was nice enough to take us back up the highway to Flagstaff and we opted to leave the car out in the mud overnight. They were prompt and we'll equipped the next morning and had my car back on the road within an hour. They are some of the most hard working and diligent individuals I have ever come across. I was extremely impressed with their perseverance and willingness to try and get us out. Christian was the main rep that I worked with, and he is one of the nicest and attentive workers!
