When I came a year and a half ago, I thought the mashed potatoes were way too buttery and the duck fat Brussels sprouts were way too meaty. This time around the mashed potatoes were perfect and the Brussels sprouts recipe is new as it is a balsamic reduction with Parmesan which were fantastic. Overall this was a great dining experience but definitely a place to come on a nicer occasion or celebration due to price. I understand the need to make a reservation, but why would the restaurant ask what the occasion is if the staff will not consider a special setup for the occasion? Porter House Grill gets a 5 out of 5 because it is a steakhouse, and their steaks are absolutely delicious. Additionally, their cocktails are amazing, and Customer Service was terrific, Porter House does not have a private parking lot; consider bringing quarters for street parking, or you may use a parking garage nearby. They have all these cute, nice looking folks serving the food and they're a little matching aprons, but they seriously lack any sense of urgency or attention. Not only will I never go back to this restaurant, I'm going to make sure that all my friends know not to go there.
