Used the app to order. Food at Flames is always on fire. The chicken shawarma bowl was flavorful. The tender chicken was seasoned perfectly and the rice was seasoned well. Topped with feta cheese, fresh cucumber and tomato salad and greens. The bowl was light but satisfyingly filling.

I walked into this establishment at 7:50. The staff was mopping the floor. Just wanted to get some fries because I haven't ate all day. Soon as I walked in the gentleman who was mopping the floor said we are closed. I said oh I'm sorry and so I started to walk out and then he's like no no what do you want and I said well you said it was closed but your sign says that you close at 8 PM he goes OK we'll come back. What do you want and I'm like no it's fine, sir. It's not 8 o'clock, but you said you're closed. Almost every time I come to this establishment it's always some thing there service is horrible. They need to work on their customer service.

Our kids love the kids bowl with rice and chicken shawarma. But they have to add the garlic sauce. I think it's about $.75 for a 1 ounce container which seems like too much. Their fattoush salad is one of my favorites and I didn't like hummus until I tried it here. I recently had a beef Shawarma plate with a side salad. I used all the ingredients to make a wrap and it was delicious! Service can be hit and miss but for the most part, it's great! The restaurant is always clean though awkward placement of tables. We always end up rearranging them to meet the needs of our party.

Not a huge fan of these ones but honestly it was pretty delicious. The rice pilaf is full of flavor and the chicken was juicy. Although I have to say my favorite part was the baklava! Sooooo tasty!!! Would come back just for that!

Very tasty chicken and delicious salads

Always get their lunch special great food great taste and great desserts must try , need to try this if you're considering lunch order early and pick up things. It gets extremely busy unless you're gonna dine in and have more than an hour.

This time around, I decided to try out the fish sandwich and my daughter wanted the club sandwich. She absolutely loved her sandwich which is great because as I mentioned...super picky kid. Me on the other hand, not impressed at all with the fish sandwich. First impression was it did look super fresh. The lettuce looked crisp and fresh and the fish was poking out of the sandwich which means good portions. But the fish was a bit dark, suggesting either old or dirty grease or cooked too long? Either way it was bland. I ended up having to douse it with a mixture of tarter, malt vinegar, ketchup and Tabasco sauce. I feel as though since this is a fish restaurant that is from the coast, the fish should be their best dish. But this is twice now that it has failed to impress me.

Their hype was definitely due to the 'aesthetic'. Nothing is really outstanding to me. The drinks are such a let down, the coffee is borderline yuck.. do not recommend. Everything is quite unmemorable. Service is whatever, sometimes mid, sometimes bad. Nothing outstanding. Ambiance.... well... this one has been replicated one too many times. The food is heavily missing flavor, the hummus is disgusting. I can't believe they call that thing hummus, it's an insult to actual dish.. it's almost like it was trying to imitate the real dish, but failed terribly in even attempting to. Their pizza tasted like play-doh and looked very pale. Smitten is at least consistent with one thing, which is their staple: no flavor. One of the breaking points for me was being served food that had someone's HAIR. The restaurant is very expensive for the poor experience they have to offer. I stopped recommending them a long time ago.

The only negative we would say about the food is the tri tip was a little on the dry side, and the chicken fried steak was mostly batter. Both still tasted good, though. Just wished the tri tip was juicier and chicken fried steak was proportioned better with meat vs batter. Sides were really good (descriptions in the pics). Food was 4 stars. Atmosphere is very old school feel. They even had the Price Is Right from probably the 70's or 80's playing on the tv. Brought back funny memories. Overall, recommend. Very good local restaurant.

Tell me why I was immediately in love. The moment I opened it, I was greeted with a thick, generously stacked turkey sandwich that looked like it meant business. We're talking layers on layers of tender, juicy turkey, piled high with that crisp, freshly shredded lettuce that gives the perfect crunch in every bite. Even writing about it makes my mouth water all over again! The bread? Soft, fresh, and just the right amount of pillowy to hold it all together without falling apart. As if the sandwich wasn't already the star of the show, the box came fully loaded with a chocolate chip cookie,, a bag of chips for that salty crunch moment, and a little sampler of macaroni salad that was slathered in Italian dressing. So tasty! Honestly? Mouthwatering from start to finish. Whoever put these boxes together understood the assignment! (Haha) This is definitely a must try when hungry!

It's crazy to say that these past few years I have become a fan. I literally used to live around the corner from this one and never came, but looking back I kind of regret passing this place up. Matter fact, sandwich is usually never my thought... but that's because sandwiches are not created equally. I can have a sandwich from somewhere else and they are definitely not Jersey Mike's. I can choose a hot sub or a cold sub and still feel equally happy with my choice. I love the app. Most restaurants/food places now have an app and ordering ahead is always a plus if you're on a time limit. There's never a wait time and your food is always done in time. Plus let's not forget the rewards, the rewards are the best thing about ordering. When you accumulate enough points you can get a free sandwich. I like to hold on to my points til I have enough for a giant so I can share it w my husband. If you haven't been to Jersey Mike's then you're definitely missing out. This particular location is always pretty clean, it stays consecutively busy so you know that the sandwiches have fresh veggies and freshly made meats.

Our visit was at the end of the day, so some of the meats were sold out. I was sad, but adjusted quickly and ordered a double meat plate with brisket and deep pit. The tri-tip was great, not dry and went well with the bread. Wasn't personally a fan of the chicken. It was well cooked but too salty for my tastes. My fiancé didn't seem to mind it. All the sides were great. I really liked the batter they used on the fried green beans. Perfect level of crispy for me. Also loved the seasoning of the potato salad. The mac and cheese is like a better version of Hometown buffet's mac and cheese, I also loved it. Makes me want to try it with the hot links next time. We also tried the BBQ sauces. Each were very good and paired well with the food. But either the food is so good I don't think it needs sauce. Or, for me, their sauces are missing that addictive aspect. They were pretty middling for me. Hands down crowd favorite though, were the ribs. We watched as the fiancé picked up the rib and fall off the bone. THE RIBS ARE SO GOOD YOU CAN EAT THE BONE. I LOVE EATING BONES. They also aren't scared to leave the fat on. These alone were the hit of the day for me. I want to take my elderly mom here just for the ribs because they cook them the way we cook them. Overall. Pretty much my new favorite BBQ place now.
