This is our go-to spot to as they have kid friendly meal options, vegetarian and meat options so everyone gets something at one place. Service is always great! Food is delicious, good amount of searing options and very welcoming atmosphere. Parking can be a little tricky/crowded but great place to grab a bowl, a burrito or chips with guacamole. This new place opened up by my house and decided to try it out. Has same set up like chipotle but offer more items. First time tried the arroz con pollo. Grilled and marinated chicken then covered in a nice tasty sauce with onions and peppers served on a bed of Mexican rice. Served with flour tortilla. Was more than enough to share with my wife. I also tried the asada bowl. Came with Mexican rice, pinto beans, the marinated steak, romaine lettuce, salsa, pico de gallo, onions, grilled veggies, corn salsa, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and cheese. This too was too much and had enough to share and left overs for lunch tomorrow. Place is clean and located next to a Dutch bros and flame broilers. We were so excited to eat at the new Panama location during the grand opening. We live just a few minutes away so it's super convenient. The food is just as good as the other locations minus they ran out of steak and we had to get one of our bowls with chicken instead. The service was good other than the girl at the cash register got confused when I handed her the right amount of money. She gave me a twenty back and said it was too much. I had put the money away and headed to my table by the time she realized I was right and came over and asked for me to give it back because she miscounted. I gave it to her but it was kind of awkward digging it back out. The place is well decorated but it was hot inside. Not sure if they turned off their AC or if it was broke but with it being 100 degrees outside and the grand opening, it would have been nice for it to be cool while we were eating there. Especially with a $105 price tag. Still, I'm a big fan of Victor's Grill and will be back to give this location another try once it's had time to adjust to being open. read more

Victors was great when they first opened. Generous portions and became a regular spot for us. The last few orders, I've noticed they're getting stingy with the meat portions, when asked to add a little more (which would be a "normal" serving, they want to charge you for double) Ordered a bowl (half chicken/half barbacoa) and this was my chicken serving. Beyond unbelievable. This is my first time visiting this restaurant. Customer service was not great. It seems employees neglect customers and talk amongst themselves which lead to errors or miscommunication between the employee and customer. What threw me off the most was the fact that the worker who was placing grilled onions in my bowl was dunked with salsa all over her gloves by her colleague. Instead of removing her gloves and throwing her gloves away her partner decided it would be a bright idea to use her hands and slide the salsa back into my bowl.......... They giggled. Makes me question the sanitation of the place. Also when asking for additional ingredients for my bowl, the worker scrapes the little bit of cilantro that was left and places 3 tiny flakes of cilantro. What she should have done was go into the back and refill the ingredients. Very unacceptable. Last time I will be visiting the location unless management properly trains staff on customer etiquette and proper food handling. read more

I love Chipotle and they are pretty similar to them. The biggest benefit is that they have more choices for protein(fish, shrimp..etc) and they have cactus as vege topping - which is different -if you don't like snotty texture though, stay away. Visited today around 11 AM & was pleasantly surprised to see it open before noon! First time visiting this restaurant and wanted to try to out because location is close to my home. Was honestly expecting a sit down restaurant yet was a pleasant surprise because my family and I were very hungry & needed food quick. Restaurant seemed very clean and I love the modern decor! I ordered the chicken bowl and the options for the bowl seemed endless! My husband ordered the steak bowl. We LOVED that Spanish rice was an option! Also, the grilled veggies and cactus were a great option as well! I loaded up my bowl and got the guacamole. We also ordered tortilla chips for our bowls. We ordered a cheese quesadilla for our toddler a la carte and he enjoyed it very much! Everything was delicious and tasty! I loved the red salsa that my husband got with the chips. The portion size for the bowls were very large and definitely would share a bowl next time with husband! The server who assembled our order was very kind and patient as she had to repeat questions because I was overwhelmed with the amount of toppings LOL! This was my third time here. My buddy works at Golden Valley HS and tells me that him and another fellow worker comes to this locale often. As we got through the front door, immediately someone from the back shouted, " Welcome Back!" That right there reeks of old fashioned business practices! We then got into line and the girl, Ashley, treated my like I was the only one in the room. Very pleasant and professional. As my order was being built, another girl, Esley, took over and finished my bowl. The manager at the time was working the register and she was equally nice and pleasant . Her name was Elizabeth Her smile lit the place up! While sitting down and trying this chicken bowl I was astonished how really delicious it truly was! After reading so many sour grapes reviews, I knew that like most businesses, they had growing pangs and they have knocked it out of the park! Go there, you'll be glad you did! Before this newest location opened, I was going to the one downtown during work lunches. Victor's is like a local version of Chipotle but only much much better. This new location tucked in recently opened shopping center has great parking being one of the few shops here so far. The menu is simple: Pick your entree (bowl, burrito, salad, etc.) and meat. I've had almost all of their meats with the exception of the shredded beef, so I decided to try it the evening I went shortly after the restaurant's grand opening. The meat was excellent but was definitely not suited for the salad. Something like carne asada or chicken would have been a better protein, as the shredded beef and its moisture content didn't pair well without carbs. No doubt it would have been stellar in a burrito! But that shouldn't take away from the fresh ingredients and excellent salsas available. The service is prompt. And they keep the store incredibly clean. I didn't pay attention on that evening, but I recall the downtown location having great aqua frescas - yet another reason to dine at Victor's. read more

By far the worst Victors..... The nachos are always burned ... the food is never ready for pickup even when the order is placed 20-30 minutes prior to arriving. I would understand if I got there and the place was packed but they never have more than a couple people there at once (can only speak to the times I've come in). Really disappointed in the customer service at this location. When trying to order my food the employee wouldn't let me get a word in. Just kept cutting me off asking anything else repeatedly, and then while my sister was ordering the other employee was talking low and fast and not listening. She added guacamole on her food and she didn't ask for it. She removed it and failed to listen to what she asked for next. Then charged her extra for half a scoop of corn. Then Gracie at the register thought she was being funny with her comments. Would rather drive the extra distance to the other locations to have better customer service!!! read more
