My experience here was so terrible, I've made a short list of all the issues we had. I was reffered to this location and drove all the way from chula vista and will sa was worth it. When i walked in i was greeted and they let me sit where ever i felt comfortable. I ordered two hookahs and dinnee and was inpressed with everything. Sherian was amazing with her service as server she brought our food with not much of a wait and got to enjoy my food fresh. After looking for a spot to hangout with friends to smoke some hookah and have some middle eastern food, i was recommended this spot. They had life performance of music which was good. Ordered food and drinks, drinks cane out within 15 mins which was good and ordered appetizers and food which took 2.5 hours to come out. Ordered at 11 pm and appetizers didn't come out till 1 am and food cane out at 1:40 right before they were closing. Kept asking bout food and they kept saying its coming right out. Definitely its a hang out spot for music and drinks but food unless you are willing to wait 3 hours don't bother. read more

I am glad this bar is open and operating during COVID 19 - it's one of my many favourites. The atmosphere is family style and there's Hookah lounge. Worst customer service ever! Arrived 7:50pm. Stood for 10 mins while they gossiped. Manager sat us at a dirty table. Sat for 33 mins no server. Went to the bar to get soneone. Girl followed us, took our order. Came back said we would get another server. Other server showed up after 45 mins. Another server told us she could not take our order because someone took her pen. Ordered food and hookah. Drinks ordered at 8:58pm, 9:18pm still no drinks. 9:05pm 2 more drinks ordered, 9:22pm no drinks. 9:20pm brings 2 of 5, told me no olive juice for a dirty martini. They are bad overpriced food and drinks I order blue Hawaiian which is my favorite all I god it sugar mixed with juice there was absolutely no alcohol in that drink. And I order chicken cream chops which they have a picture of it on there menu I got check burrito, the waitress took it back and brought me the one I ordered as I was eating another plate came out we didn't even order. The music is so loud they you can't hear each other and the food wasn't the best, also if you go there before 11:30 and you stay after 11:30 they charge you a fee because of live music which we never have to pay for it anywhere else it was absolutely waste of money we were party of 6 and all agreed not to go back or recommend this place to anyone read more

We decided to give this place a try. We walked in at 11:30am on a Monday. We were the only ones in the place. Once the waitress finally took our order, she comes back 10 minutes later to inform us that they weren't serving sliders, even though they were on the menu. I had to select something else. The waitress knew nothing about adult beverages, so my husband had to go to the bar to order his beer and my wine which came in a very small glass, 3 ozs. at best. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our food during which time, the waitress was moping the floor around us with a horrible chemical smell - very unappetizing. After we got and finished our food, my husband had to go to the bar to get our check. The food is unremarkable and the service is the worst we've ever experienced. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. To start off, as soon as my friend and I walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation. What's wrong with that you might ask yourself, right? The place was empty at 7pm, so was there a reason to make a reservation. The man at the door automatically assumed we were there to smoke hookah and seemed annoyed that we were there to eat. The menu was misleading and the waitress had later explained that they were in the process of redoing their menu, which is understandable. The dinner salad that was ordered came out much later than the hot food that was ordered , as well as the hot food being prepared incorrectly. The food was very underwhelming. Waked in with a friend on a Friday night looking to have some drinks, food and hookah. We asked for a table and were told that they only seat couples and families at the tables. We asked the manager to talk to the owner but the owner was dumber than a door knob. We immediately told the manager that we were leaving and never returning again and he looked at us with his jaw dropped to the floor in shock that we were leaving. Their loss because we were gonna order multiple bottles for us and the rest of our group that were supposed to meet us there. If I could I would give them a zero star. Terrible! We actually left before the food came out because it was taking so long. The menu was lacking in choices. We were told well after we ordered that the dish was not available. The waitress was worthless and all of our questions were met with a blank stare. She had no knowledge of the menu at all, no knowledge of the bar, worthless! We eventually just paid for the (weak) drinks and walked out. I've never done that before, but we were simply fed up. This place looks nice, but lacks in every aspect you would expect from a decent restaurant. I invite my friends there last night thinking it's a new restaurant to enjoy, but I'm shocked from the bad service and the wrong orders to bring that takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get the order without forks and knives then waiting for another 15 minutes to get the forks. Finally, after waiting seven long months, the place opens. The remodel is very nice, however needs artwork desperately. Very minimalist with no warmth. Easily fixed, though. We tried a little food. We haven't been served our food yet, but I'm really confused by all the positive reviews... We've been here longer than an hour and we haven't been served our appetizers yet. We came for Father's Day, and we're having a pretty bad experience so far. They say they're still in a soft opening, but I see reviews from a month ago.. How long do soft openings take?? Also, how long does it take to train servers that water and menus need to happen within 5 minutes? The restaurant is beautiful. The bathroom is amazing, but the service is awful. There are only 4 tables with people at them..... Where is our food? Our apps? I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but now, I don't think we'll be back. Edit to add: I spoke to the manager or the owner.. It's hard to tell who is who because there are so many people coming in and out, walking to the back, etc. Anyway, we spoke about the service and how long it took to get menus and drinks. I informed him that it took over an hour to get our food, which seemed so long for there only being 4 four full tables at the restaurant. Our appetizer came out with our actual meal, which usually, most appetizers come out first. The man I spoke very kind and gave us two slices of cheesecake to take home and enjoy. I thought this was nice considering it is Father's Day, and we didn't have a positive dining experience. Will we be back?
