I've been coming to this location for quite a long time, and I have to say things have gone downhill. It starts by simply trying to open the door, which could easily be fixed by the property manager if the owner of the store would take action. The menu is easy to understand and the food has been consistent. One interesting thing is that their fountain drink machine has been "out of service" for months. They have set up a makeshift drink refrigerator in the front if you want, canned or bottled sodas. Drink was also purchased. Total came to $17.23 which seems high for the tiny bowl, but this is an inflationary year. Food was quite adequate, but not filling. I have been there and they have zero ice and didn't offer any solution after I ordered a drink and no ice on a hot day. The carbonation was zero and she said that they were changing it. I was there over 10 minutes waiting and nothing was resolved. Today I asked for a chicken bowl with rice and veggies and mention that I would like broccoli and carrots for the veggie portion otherwise they will load it up with cabbage. They gave me all broccoli stems! I didn't get one actual piece of broccoli that I can eat. They were all thick and undercooked. Easy, fast and healthier than your usual fast-food joint. I've tried the beef bowl, but I think the meat in the chicken bowl is superior. The meats here are not fried, there's no MSG, and you get a choice of white or brown rice for the bowl. They don't charge extra for brown rice. I add the Magic Sauce they have (a sweet sauce) and they do keep Sriracha and Hot Sauce on hand if you want to turn up the heat on your bowl. Without one of the sauces, I think the bowl would taste bland. The only ingredients in it are the meat, the rice, and green onions (you can request that they leave them off if so desired). I was surprised to scan other reviews for this location and read comments that the staff were rude. So far, I haven't had that experience. Staff members have been nice when I went. read more

If you know what to expect this place isn't bad. It's basically fast food that isn't as bad as other fast food. I ordered a regular tofu bowl with rice and veggies. The veggies are cooked fine, and the portions were generous. The tofu was undercooked though, at least in comparison to the other location I go to. The tofu also needed to be drained more.
