Absolutely disgusting inside, was contemplating just walking out as I was looking around and giving them my order, but went through with it anyways. Went to use the bathroom and I've always heard that you could judge the cleanliness of a restaurant on how they keep their bathroom. It was wildly gross. Tried to ask for my money back, but they said there was nothing they can do so I just threw my food away on the way out. I wish I would've noticed how incredibly dirty this place was before ordering. I wanted sauces and the containers for the sauces looked like they haven't been washed in a really long time and then I looked at the buckets the forks and other various items were in an they too were dirty. This review is for my lunch order today. I came here today and ordered a mini chicken and a mini beef bowl. When I got home I realized that they gave me two chicken bowls. This is an absolute pet peeve of mine. I'm not the person who's going to holds up the line to check if everything is there because I depend on the restaurant to get the order right. My kiddos, and I like this place, is usually crowded for lunch or dinner. Do not go by yelp hours, they haven't been updated, for example it says that today it is closed for business, but it was open! I know the owner is always hiring, and I've seen him inaction with his employees. ( he can be rude, to them) but I've called him out on it. That did make me stop coming here for awhile, but my kiddos like their chicken with veggies, and how does mom say no to that! Overall place is clean, and delicious. read more

Fast speedy service! Very clean and pleasant, Food is piping hot off the flame broiler and veggies are cooked just right!. All condimemts were fully stocked along with to-go cups to take extra magic sauce home, and that's a plus because the servings are so big I had some to take back home with me. Workers are friendly , greeted me and thanked me when I left. Most important, they are very honest. I misplaced my cell phone, I was looking in my car for it like crazy. I've been coming to this location pretty regularly since 2009 and it's high time I posted a review, especially after going to a different location this week instead and realizing how good I have it here at the San Dimas one. While the customer service here has varied in levels of friendliness over the years, the food is consistently great, cooked perfectly, very generous portions, and always prepared quickly. I have always felt like I get my money's worth here, especially when they accept coupons I bring in. Above anything, I appreciate how much food you get here. They pack so much into the bowl that they have to squish it down to fit the lid on! Every time. Awesome. And even now with the self-serve sauce bar removed during the COVID-19 pandemic, if I remember correctly they give you up to 3 Magic Sauce containers per bowl, which is plenty. Thank you, San Dimas Flame Broiler, for making me a fan. P.S. Go here and avoid the stingy La Verne location. read more

RUNNN! Local Tip: There's two other (BETTER) Flame Broilers nearby in La Verne and Glendora. This place has so much potential to be a great lunch spot for so many of the local business (including my own) but lacks the basics of any decent restaurant: cleanliness, friendliness, customer service, engaged employees and proper management. I kept coming back to this place because I truly enjoy a quick, fresh, healthy meal at a decent place; most of all it's close to work. But the customer service continues to be awful. The cashiers are rude, abrasive and often times more interested in whatever's on their phone. The place is a mess, floors unswept, tables dirty and condiment stations messy. It's sad because I've been coming to this place for over two years and have observed so much. The turnover rate among employees is extremely high and its evident the restaurant owner doesn't care. He chooses to park his white Mercedes in the very best spot front and center rather than leave it open for potential customers. This'll be my last time dining at this location. The food at best is average. Rice is overcooked and vegetables are watery. Save your money and find another spot to frequent. read more

I work at the Dentist office in the shopping center directly at the end of the Flame Broiler.(SAN DIMAS ARROW &LONEHILL LOCATION) I visited Flame Broiler approximately 3-4 months ago the reason why I'm just now writing this review is because I normally don't write them. Also everyone needs there job with the closing of restaurants and hours cut which is why employees should be very appreciative for there jobs!! But to make a long story short I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves. I was told that he was the manager, and that made it worse. I asked him do they not wear gloves the cashier said no!!! I said this is the time when customers are really going to want you to wear gloves for everything especially during the pandemic ! I asked him to please put on gloves on he was insulted pulled a box of gloves out that he had in his reach and argued sarcastically with me and said are you happy now?? WOW!!!! I was really taken back by his actions and response. I will no longer go into this location since the customer service as gone out the window! read more

I got gristley parts, thigh parts, little tiny little stringy-stretchy parts, skin pieces. No bueno and not white meat. Also, I got not one, but TWO hard, giant cores of cabbage in my veg mixture. Third Strike: The teensy weensy little cups you gotta fill with your poison sauce. Oh I mean, Magic Sauce. For crying out loud, just leave a bottle on each table, ok? Are you really saving money that way? I love coming to this flame broiler! They are always consistent with their flavor and all the employees are very nice and considerate. Good portion sizes for everyone and really healthy. They even have tofu. I love how they have 5 stars rewards. Every 5 points gets you a free mini bowl and 10 pints gets you a regular bowl. And they have happy hour 7 days a week all day on the weekends and 3-5 monday through friday. For a mini bowl with chicken i believe is $5.50 or $5.85. read more

There was no line and it was slow, however she rushed me through my order and gave so much attitude. I was trying to order a rice and veggie bowl only, but she cut me off to ask "what kind of protein do you want?!" She persuaded me into tofu because I didn't want to have to exchange any more words with this person than needed. For some reason they give me my order to go when they never asked me if I was dining in or not.
