I came here to try their Bento box because there they have a good price and it is close to my house. When you order the food you can do it with a cashier or with a tablet. I met Mickey the associate there and he was super nice. However, I wish the food tasted good but it didn't. The rice was super watery, the egg roll tasted like it was heated in the microwave and the sushi was not my favorite. I really thought the food was going to be good and it wasn't. The shrimp was ok as well. There were people seated across from me that complained about their food as well. I would not return after trying this food.

First time eating at this restaurant. We ordered for Take out. This restaurant has a variety of Boba Tea, options. For food, they have hibachi rice, sushi, chicken tender. If you order take out it can take a bit before you get your food. They have techno music playing at the restaurant and plenty of seating. We ordered a beef and shrimp hibachi fried rice which was very good. The price is pretty good. For a order of Hibachi shrimp fried rice is $10.85. The food does take a while to get it. We waited approximately 30 mins for a take out order, they need to hire more staff. Overall the experience was great

I found this place using a Google Search. We had the sushi rolls. All of the rolls are made with cooked ingredients. If you're looking for raw seafood this is not the place. We knew that going in and wanted to try it. We ordered the Hibachi Chicken Roll, Spicy Crab and Shrimp Roll, the Green Dragon Roll, and the 5 piece Vegetable Dumplings. All of the rolls were pretty average. The shining star of the three was the chicken Hibachi Roll. Next time we'll get a Hibachi meal. The vegetable dumplings were yummy. The place was busy so it was about 10-15 minute wait which was okay. The place is set-up up to buy your meal and seat yourself. Pretty basic. No one was there eating. I'll be back to try the hibachi.

Nice place overall, however, if you are not willing to wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to make your food, then this is not the place for you. Heard great things about this place. Glad I decided to give them a try. Great options, large portions and the yum yum sauce is finger licking good! Budget friendly for sure.

My husband kept seeing posts about Flame on Instagram, and since they're building one in our city, we decided to give it a try. It's a popular halal Japanese hibachi spot. The staff were very friendly. I ordered the chicken and salmon with rice and noodles, while my husband got the steak and shrimp. One positive is the generous portion sizes definitely enough for two people. We also ordered the teriyaki chicken loaded fries and a 5-piece wing with fries for our daughter. Overall, the food was just okay. While there was some flavor, a few items lacked seasoning, while others were slightly on the salty side, leaving us wanting a bit more balance and depth. We were also disappointed that each dish only came with one small cup of yum yum sauce, with extra sauce costing additional money. Were we impressed? Not really, but with such a large menu, it's still worth going back to try other options.

This is Hibachi style shrimp, fried rice & noodles. Was not impressed at all!

I get it the wait for the food that is prepared to order. A customer was upset her ordered a longtime ago & management was gng back & forth w/ him! Kept saying they're staying open late as a convenience to the customer. That rubbed me the wrong way cuz why are u gng back & forth w/customer in front other customers . I

I am so sad the original owners have moved on…read more. Ordered my usual to-go tonight and quickly realized it was under new management. My massaman curry that I specified with no cashews came with cashews. (i have a nut allergy), the curry itself was tasty but it was watery. the crab rangoons were definitely made differently, with a thicker wrapper and less filling. Not sure if I will be back, mistakes do happen but I fear the quality of food is also down. On the hunt for a new thai spot near me!

Thai Curry Restaurant is such a hidden gem in Tamarac!…read more I treated my FIL and husband to Thai food during our Thanksgiving weekend visit. There was plenty of parking. We were greeted immediately and sat down at a clean table. We all ordered a Thai tea which was incredibly reasonably priced at only $3.50 a glass. My FIL and I also ordered a Tom Kha soup (his had shrimp, mine was chicken). He ordered cashew nut sauce with pork, my husband ordered tofu basil noodles, and I ordered tofu Massaman curry. Everything tasted great and my Massaman curry was one of the best I've ever had! It was different with sweet potato in it but the sauce was so flavorful. We all enjoyed our meals and had enough to take home. I spent (with tip), less than $80 for all of us to have 2 meals each. The portions are big enough to have a second meal! The staff here are all very nice and quick, too. We didn't have any issues with our orders and they were very attentive. Thai Curry Restaurant...5 stars!

When I saw the yelp reviews, I was super excited to try this place out. My mom and I came around 6:30ish tonight (Friday night) and the place was completely empty. We were immediately greeted and told to pick any table we wanted. There were 5 4-top tables inside the restaurant as well as counter seating, however, it doesn't seem they use the counters for serving as they were full of to-go orders and other things. I'm sure if they were full they would make room. The place is nice and homey and decorated super cute. It's a small restaurant but comfortable. By the time we were finishing up all the tables were full and it was still a reasonable volume. Our server was the nicest woman ever! She was super attentive even while taking care of every single table in the restaurant. She was extremely nice and super helpful. There's not one bad thing to say about her. We decided to order the sashimi appetizer, the miso soup, the paradise roll, and 6 pieces of sushi from the a la carte menu as well as a small side of fried rice. We also got one of the cold sake bottles and a glass of the house white wine (Chardonnay). First, the sake bottle was so cute it was pink and our server placed it in a wine cooler type thing to keep it cold. My wine glass was huge and filled to the top! It was more like 2-3 glasses of wine rather than 1 which I loved! As for the food, my favorite dishes were the fried rice, the paradise roll, and the miso soup. The sashimi appetizer was good, however, the fish was slightly fishy tasting which in my mind means it's not as fresh as it could be. It was still good just tasted slightly off than what I'm used to. As for my a la carte sushi pieces I got the salmon, tuna, ika, ebi, octopus, and tamago. I have a few things to mention regarding these pieces. First of all, I know some people may say this is a weird thing to complain about but the fish pieces were far too large. Compared to the amount of rice, the fish pieces were overtaking the rice. Second, some of the pieces of fish again tasted not as fresh as they could be, with some of the fish being so tough I couldn't even chew it (specifically the squid and the octopus). These fish are supposed to be like butter from experience. All in all, I had a great experience and the food was overall really good, just not sure if I would order sushi again next time. I feel like I'll try out the Thai food menu next.

Once we arrived I realized we have been here before... It's been about 10 years and my memory from back then was good food and nice atmosphere. And now we're back.... a Friday night and they have some outside tables available (if you wanted some quieter atmosphere) because inside was dinner drinking and karaoke... we had a table good for hubby and I to watch. There was a large group (a party of some sorts) and a lot of great singers; and so many people jumped up to dance along with many of the songs. We tried a couple of varieties of the peruvian classic drink, Pisco Sour... once traditional and one with a mango twist. They were very good (not my thing but very good for what they are). We shared one of their ceviches (amazing) I ordered Tacu Taco with chicken and my husband got some seafood dish; I can't remember what it was called but I know we could've shared one dish since the servings are huge. We can't wait to return !
