This review is dedicated to the incredible dessert I was introduced to here - falloudeh. I learned that this is a dessert of thin vermicelli-like starch mixed with semi-frozen rose water syrup, and eaten with lime juice squeezed over top. It's really such an incredibly refreshing yet sweet flavor combination and now I will be looking all the time for this dessert! Of course the main was also good, I ordered the chicken kabob which was very tender. Less 1 star for the service, it was difficult to get servers' attention and they forgot to bring out one of our dishes that we ordered.

Excelente service, the food is really good and fresh, the ambiance are extraordinary and super relax, the employees are really nice the deserts soooo good I really recommended this place.

I came here to celebrate with my friend what is the Persian New Year or Nowruz as it's called. It falls on the Spring Equinox and it's customary to eat fish and green rice called Sabzi polo. We ordered the fried white fish which is the most tasty and popular! Great service and friendly staff. The food is fresh and incredible! Ambiance is casual and I love the tanoor they have to bake the bread with, the freshly baked bread they give you with butter is so special and delicious.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at Flame Persian Cuisine. The food is bland and tasteless. We were not waited on at all and had to ask the staff to please bring us water 5 different times. The manager did not seem to care that we were waiting for a very long time trying to grab someone's attention. They seemed to not have enough waiters or something. This is all while they were not as busy. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Overall the experience here was not good. If you are looking for a place that is clean, welcoming with good customer service, food and adequate employees, flame is NOT the place to be. I'd suggest saving your time and money and going elsewhere. The management here is terrible and so is their food! Not to mention the insane price up charge to have meat that doesn't smell fresh or tastes bland!

Food is good. Prices are very reasonable. Service is great and it is also great ambiance.Shahram did great. I recommend this place for some authentic kabob. Fresh made bread was key.

They were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. There's street parking available, which made it convenient as well. The chicken was OK, but I would've preferred it with a little bit more seasoning/flavor and a little hotter as well. It was not bad, but it didn't pop like it was outstanding. As far as the lentil soup goes, they're very light lentils so they're not the normal lentil soup that you may be used to. That could've viewed a little bit more seasoning as well. As far as the Greek salad goes, it was just an average and ordinary small Greek salad, but it was tasty and the vegetables did taste fresh. They gave me two little slices of pita bread so I had to ask for more, but when I came out. Those were not heated like they should've been. Therefore, the bottom line is the food is good not outstanding and memorable and there's definitely room for improvement. We will definitely give them another chance and hope for the best. I wish Crimson the best!

Some of the servers have been there awhile and they know everything and if you are looking for other Kosher places or even a Temple if you are a visitor, they have you covered. The servers are always smiling and are great with kids. It is super family friendly. We love all their food, but a must have is their Matza Ball soup. It is perfection from the soup to the Matza Ball. You can get it in a cup or bowl. We have been here a few times over the years, sometimes for breakfast and other times for lunch. Their Shakshukah is a great way to start your morning. It is a wonderful breakfast item. It comes with eggs and salad with a great home made tomato sauce. They also have just eggs if you want. For lunch we love the Israeli Vegetables Salad, which has Finely cut assorted vegetables with lemon dressing, tomatoes and cucumber. It is the bomb. If you want to be daring, get their combination salad, which is a combination of all their salads. It is so good. Their Humus is great and has a wonderful lemon juice and olive oil. All of their Pita sandwiches are tasty as well. Another favorite is their grilled salmon. It is cooked perfectly and you will love the fresh flavor. There is not one thing not to like here, so go and have fun and relax.

There were several groups of people eating inside, talking, and having a great time. It was a good vibe. It wasn't too loud, but it was definitely not quiet. - In terms of the food, we ordered the avocado jalapeno hummus, which was very good. We both liked that a lot. - My husband ordered the spicy creamy chicken, and he did not like that. He felt that the creaminess was too milky for him and that it just tasted like he was eating too much dairy, which really sounds like kind of a personal preference rather than something being wrong with the meal. He was not a fan of the cream sauce. He felt like he was just dipping his chicken in spicy milk, and he was not a fan. - He also was not a fan of the baba ganoush, but I think he just doesn't like baba ganoush because when I tasted it, it was actually very good. - As far as my food, I got the cauliflower for an appetizer, which was delicious. It came with three sauces: tahini, garlic sauce, and some sort of green, spicy-ish sauce. The cauliflower was flash-fried with no batter, and it was really good with the garlic sauce and the lemon juice. - I also had the salmon kebab wrap with fries, and I felt that it was a delicious wrap. Seriously. Places should send their people to watch her work. She is the best I have encountered. My buddy was taking me out for my birthday and our reservation (which was somewhere else TBH got cancelled due to a kitchen issue). He suggested Orla, and being a big Michael Mina fan I was in. The restaurant is big but typical for a hotel spot, but it has a warmth to it. A lot of that is due to being greeted by Pia, escorted to your table, and getting a wonderful history of the restaurant, chef, menu and drinks. As the day turns into night, we were treated to a gong and some dancers. Nice touch. And then the food and drinks! Forgot to take a pic of the cocktail menu, so I cannot recall what we had exactly, but both were exceptional, especially the one made tableside (Porus I think, with ocho plata tequila, aperol strawberry, grapefruit and butterfly tea in a tableside infusion) I think I had the Son of Amun with yola mezcal, apricot, ginger, lemon and miracle foamer. Expensive? Yes, but delicious. I looked online for the menu, but it seemed different when we were there. Pia suggested a half and half on spreads since we were indecisive, and that was a great call. Half Whipped Chickpea Hummus with tahini, paprika, za'atar, extra virgin olive oil and half Muhammara with toasted walnuts, roasted peppers, pomegranate molasses. Both were phenomenal but know extra pita comes with a charge. There is homemade chili crisp on the table that you might be tempted to drink. It's that good. We started with Grilled Octopus with gigante beans, red onions, capers, sea beans. Perfection in flavor and texture. The Saganaki finished tableside came with roasted wild mushrooms, black truffle honey, greek brandy and was some of the best I've add. Wish that recipe was in the book, but I will figure it out. For the mains I went with the Mediterranean Sea Bass and my buddy had the Swordfish... both the Greek Way with lemon, caper, oregano, vinaigrette. The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection and one of the best I have had. After all that food we were way too stuffed for dessert, but Pia made sure to end the meal with a birthday gift for me. Wow. Did I mention how good she is? Now I need to come back and have Michael sign my cookbook... and tell me how to make that Saganaki. Thank you to Pia and the whole staff. What a great B-day dinner!

Good creative drinks, but very small and very expensive. Food: all dishes were tasty/good but not amazing for the cost. Our expectations were quite high (which may skew this review) but for a party of five, with one drink each, some appetizers and mains and family style food, for a bill with tip around $500 - it was just far too expensive for the quality of food, etc. Good but would not return.
