First time here ribeye was good ribs were good and fall off the bone ... The carrot cake was good and big enough for at least 2 people . Service was also very good. I'll be back to try other menu items.

4 stars for overall experience. 3 stars for food taste and overall price and quality. Service deserves to be recognized as 5 stars so between 3 & 5 I choose 4. I came on a Friday night with a table of 6 adults & 1 child. Would I come back ? For the service yes but because food taste was basic- I may or may not come again. All in good company I had a very enjoyable time. If u do come here on a Friday or Saturday night - I highly recommend making prior reservation because wait times can be 1 hour plus fyi . Didn't eat dessert- pork chops good . Pasta good. Green beans not good ! Steak is good - carrots are good. The table side guacamole was my favorite of the night !

    Calamari $11.50

We had a great meal at FlameStone American Grill! My group of 3 came in for an early dinner on a Saturday night. We didn't have reservations, but were seated right away. The dining room is big, but dark. Guests were seated at least 6 feet away from each other, and most people wore masks into the restaurant and when using the restroom. The staff also wore masks. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the following: Calamari $11.50 Homemade sangria (white) $7.90 Chilean Sea Bass $35.90 Flamestone salad (side portion) $4.50 Kids grilled chicken + green beans Kids Kraft mac & cheese + fries Fried oreos $8 The calamari was good, but a little heavy on the breading. It came with a nice sweet Thai chili sauce. The white sangria was strong yet refreshing. My husband and I chose to split the Chilean sea bass and each ordered a side salad. The flamestone salad was very delish! Came with mixed greens tossed with bleu cheese, sun-dried cranberries, candied pecans, and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The Chilean sea bass came with seared with roasted tomato fondue, parmesan risotto, basil infused olive oil drizzle. It was cooked perfectly! Our little one enjoyed her two kids meals. She wasn't able to finish both, so we took the mac & cheese to go. We ended the meal with fried oreos, which were were fantastic - hard to get those wrong. It was served with scoops of vanilla ice cream. We devoured in under 5 minutes! Would return next time we're in town!

Came to the Stone of Flames for.... Hmm not sure. I got a word of mouth recommendation, take that Yelp!! Tucked into the Duck Slough plaza is Flamestone, formerly Grill 54(I miss their brunch.) Fancy upscale is what it screams, we came in flip flops, shorts, and other white trash attire. Not me my family, I had some nice duds, as I had Yelped it before agreeing to go. The service was great, server was on us like white on rice. My family can be taxing on ohr best days and she handled it with decorum. I got the double pork chops and was delighted to find their were not over cooked. ( You can eat med rare pork chops, I do) The sweet mashed was sweet, lil brown sugar i think. The real star of my meal was the mushroom skillet. Schrooms cast iron cooked on top of a creamy Polenta. It was amazing. The rest of the fam liked their stuff and for the price they delivered. Great presentation on muh sis's scallops and polenta. My bro's burger was crazy tall, I think he had to Scooby Doo that bad boy! Will I come back? Yes, I owe my pops a good meal and Flamestone delivers.

The overall vibe is what keeps us coming back. That said, we've had multiple unpleasant experiences with the same male bartender. The first time I visited, I had never been there before and asked which beer was the most popular or what people ordered the most. Instead of answering my question, he simply pointed at the menu on the wall and said, "That's our menu." I wasn't asking what beers you had, I was asking for a recommendation. It came across as dismissive. On another visit, I had a wonderful experience with a female bartender. She was friendly, accommodating, and made my drink exactly how I requested. Unfortunately, on a later visit I ended up with the same male bartender again. I ordered a cocktail and politely asked if he could make it a little sweeter. His response was, "We make it how we make it." I told him that was completely fine and just asked if he could make it slightly sweeter. He replied, "I'll try." The drink came out with no sweetness at all, and it honestly didn't seem like any effort was made to accommodate a simple request. I don't expect every request to be possible, but I do expect friendly customer service and a willingness to help when it's something so minor. Thankfully, the atmosphere, events, and the rest of the staff have been great enough that we continue coming back. I just hope the customer service is more consistent because Starkey Market is otherwise such a wonderful place.

We were greeted at the door and taken right away to our table. It was Wednesday night, so it wasn't very busy. Our waitress was super attentive and offered a lot of advice on the menu. We each had something different to try, and each of us enjoyed our meal immensely. Their cute shell shaped butter was delicious, I guess it was a brown sugar butter, which offered just the right sweet on top of their warm bread. Our table enjoyed Caesar salad and the beet salad, both of which did not disappoint. The salads were offered in a small or large portion. The French onion soup was a relatively small portion, but when paired with the salad, it was a perfect meal. I was told the burger was one of the best they'd ever had, and the Parmesan potatoes were delicious. Both the scallop risotto and filet tips were hits too. We all cleaned our plates. It is listed as fine dining, and their prices definitely cater to that. I would recommend maybe a little brighter lights, but overall it was very cozy inside.

Pimento cheese is a fond childhood memory, so I had to try it. Very good! My husband ate all the tuna before I could try it! The complimentary bread with herbed butter was phenomenal! There were five of us at dinner. Each of us ordered either the scallops or the filet. The filet was truly the most tender steak I've ever eaten. Service was efficient. Not overly personable, not rude. My only negative feedback for this restaurant is that it is definitely somewhere you go for an experience or date night, not if you're hungry. I'm fine with paying a premium for good food but I shouldn't leave hungry. Plates that cost $60 per plate should fill me up and come with a salad, in my opinion. It was a nice experience.
