Nice selection of dishes the carve bar is great and the fresh sushi bar also a very versatile option

I usually come here on a Friday night for the unlimited seafood, and listen... I definitely get my money's worth! My go-to choices are shrimp cocktail, fried shrimp, oysters, fried soft-shell crab, stuffed crab shells, sushi, and sometimes hibachi. I wash it all down with sparkling water with lemon (it's listed as soda water on the menu). And YES, I get EVERYTHING I just listed--don't judge me! LOL. They also have plenty of other options besides seafood, so there's something for everyone. The ambiance is casual, laid-back, and clean. This spot is always busy, especially on a Friday night, but the food keeps coming out. There's plenty of room to dine, and it's also a good place for groups. My only complaint is the waitstaff. Unfortunately, they haven't been very friendly during my visits. I've given this spot several tries, and so far, even asking for your choice of beverage sometimes feels like you're bothering them. I'm not sure if they're tired, overwhelmed, or what the deal is--but I'm really trying to hang in there for my seafood! On the positive side, the host at the door always greets you with a smile and pleasantly takes you to your table. I'll definitely be back because the seafood keeps calling my name. A group of us made the trip all the way to Flatbush just to try out this buffet. This place has an interesting design, with some areas that are perfect for IG pictures. They also have random items that you would find at a discount store for sale. I was pleasantly surprised at the extremely reasonable prices. We paid $25 pp, for the all you can eat dinner and unlimited soft drinks. This price alone was worth the trip. The food area has a wide selection of meats, seafood, sides, desserts and they can even cook your selection on the hibachi style grill. This place is great if you're a seafood lover. I really wanted to try a bit of everything but there was so much food that it was a bit overwhelming. I would say that the majority of the seafood I tried was pretty good. The various styles of shrimp were my favorite. The salmon was also very good. I was not really impressed with the sushi roll options as it was pretty much California rolls and I don't eat imitation crab. My only minor complaints are that I wish some of the dishes had labels listing the ingredients since I was confused about some of the food. Passed by this place many times while roaming the area there. Finally found time to go over and give them a try. Took my little one with me. The buffets are nicely stocked. I enjoyed the pepper steak, spicy honey chicken and fried shrimp. Little one enjoyed the nuggets, fries and pizza. Love all the food options available. Staff keep the place clean and food stocked. One thing I will say, whenever you go with kids, go with then and help them at the buffet serving themselves. Some parents I witnessed tended to be oblivious when watching their kids. Otherwise, the place was all good. When paying, I told them one adult one child and they charged my kid the adult rate. Tables were clean but small. I live two blocks away and kept seeing good reviews on Tiktok so I took the family. The food was just ok. My 82 year old mother loved the shrimp and went back several times for more. My nephew and I were not as impressed as my mom. The food satisfied our hunger and that's it. There's seafood boil(crawfish, shrimps, mussels, corn,potatoes) on one tray for grabs, along w fried shrimp, baked scallops, mussels, and im pretty sure fish too. One of the signs says sunday there's snow crabs! Exciting. My friend and I were so hype to try this Chinese buffet! Mostly because it was reminiscent for us since we haven't been to a Chinese buffet since we were kids lol! However, Flaming Grill was pretty good in our opinion. The restaurant is huge with lots of seating and is very clean! I've posted pictures of the multiple stations filled with the various food options. There's the fruits/desert section right up front, as well as fried foods like crab rangoon (could've been better, plenty of filling but not warm so it the filling was very smooth/creamy) egg rolls, and chicken or even savory dishes like chicken/beef and broccoli, lo mein and fried rice and lastly a seafood station with crab boil and salmon or shrimp dishes. My favorite station hands down was the hibachi + sushi area which is included in the buffet price! I ordered the chicken and shrimp lo mein hibachi with mushrooms, onions and broccoli drizzled in soy + teriyaki sauce & chili sauce for an extra kick of spice. This was my favorite dish because it was made to order, hot and super tasty! Each of the sushi options were really good too and had wasabi paste, soy and spicy mayo sides too. Lastly they also have a deep freezer filled with popsicles and ice cream cups. I will say I love when buffets have the soft serve machine instead but I definitely grabbed a popsicle to complete the experience lol. At such a low price point, I have to give this buffet at least 4 stars, though the food quality and variety might be a solid 3 stars. For less than $20pp on a Saturday night for AYCE food you really get what you pay for: mediocre Chinese-American food, some American food, some seafood, a handful of sushi options and a hibachi grill. The food quality was okay, matching the low price tag. I enjoyed the fried chicken wings and sushi was decent. However I think there was only one sushi chef rolling out sushi, so at prime dinner time they seemed to be struggling to keep up with the demand. We were a bit disappointed that there weren't crab legs and that the huge pieces of crab that they did offer were difficult to eat without any tools. I remember the old Flaming Grill located on Nostrand had a much larger variety of food so I may be just comparing this new spot to the old one. Went to a concert at the Kings Theatre. For a Chinese buffet it isn't bad and the price was quite reasonable. I was getting over a stomach bug so I didn't indulge quite as much as I wanted, but what I had was very good. This was a pleasant surprise! It was my first buffet since the pandemic. The hibachi ingredients were fresh and the hibachi chef cooked my food perfectly. The food was great but it was mostly cold, it didn't feel like I just took it out from a "fresh" pot. Most of the food tasted good especially the roasted chicken and their seafood options. I absolutely hated their Tso Chicken, the flavor was not appealing at all. I liked the vibe in there though, it was very dimmed light setting and the booths were good for dates. Not worth the hype!!! Crab Legs is only on Sundays! Food is low quality, some were okay, but some smelled and tasted stale. Some food was cold, some were okay. For the "hibachi", you choose a couple of slices of meat (not fresh, oxidized) and give it to someone at a grill to do it for u. First thing i want to say i paid $50 for 2 adults 2 kids and 1 toddler. EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! There selection of food is mainly fried. But overall the food is mainly fresh. A couple of items i tried were cold. And sushi was good. Turnoff. I seen someone sitting by the entrance of the door eating and when we made eye contact she quickly threw out whatever she was sneak eating and turned her back. Definitely a food safety violation.
