Google where crabs are served, it was Aloha Crab, but the sign changed to Flaming grille buffet. I asked the lady if I can check the food. She agree and let me in. I was surprised how many varieties they have, plus the mountain of blue crabs, crawfish, sushi, tons of desserts hard to remember the selection. Children's favorite is the choices of ice cream products. I love the steamed crabs. I was not able to eat the other foods, I having fun of crabs and crawfish . Omg where to start. Great selection. Fresh raw oysters and sushi. Great seaweed salad. My kids love it and I do. Hershey ice cream. This is where i bring my friends and family from out of town. We came here on a weekday lunch and the place was packed. The price for lunch is actually rather reasonable, as long as your expectation is a notch below average. I've been here before and for the extremely low price you get a fairly standard Chinese buffet. We got here at 7 tonight, and at 7:45 we have not been seated yet, even after other people have come in ands been seated. I'm not sure if it's because we are minorities or overweight but apparently they have no interest in serving us. Also the crane games in the waiting room are both turned on but neither of them work after you put money in. Point is don't bother trying this place if you have more than four people, especially if any of them are , i guess, black or over 300lbs. Finally got sested. Everything is covered in a combination of either a slimy msg sauce or a sticky msg sauce. This place is LITTT. if you've ever been to a Chinese buffet, you know the standard food from sushi to hibachi to the clams drizzled in that black bean sauce. I took my grandchild for lunch, the youngest took two bites of the crawfish and crab legs, she spit them both out. The other one went up to get sushi and saw our waitress use bare hands preparing it. If you're looking for a quantity over quality type of buffet this place is for you. I've been here twice and it's definitely for the discriminating eater. There are many choices to eat here, most Asian food but also pizza, fried chicken, and fruit and other things. But only roughly 75% of the food is edible, and less so is quality food. I suggest sampling some of the food before loading up your first plate, because some choices are really inconspicuous home runs (pizza), and others are deceiving by looking good but are garbage. Now, full disclosure, I did have explosive diarrhea during my first visit so I can't give it 5 stars but it did clean out my system and allowed me to fill up with better choices so I see it as a win-win. The staff is phenomenal. It's Asian run and have great food in that section and will clean your table so quickly they're like...I don't want to say ninjas at the risk of sounding culturally insensitive but like people who are very quick, quiet, and efficient. If you're gone for just a minute your used plates will be gone and spills cleaned. They also know when to give you the check without you asking. Phenomenal...really. I recommend you come here. For 13 bucks a head it's hard to beat. Just avoid the duds and you'll get your monies worth. read more

It's a much larger place than it looks from the outside. It had 8 buffet stations with a wide variety of Chinese and American cuisine. It's pretty average but at less than $12 for all you can eat dinner is a very good deal. I was there on a Saturday at dinner and the place was pretty crowded and that pretty much says it all. They have a large sushi bar or you can assemble your own bowl of raw ingredients and have them cook it on a large hibachi grill. read more

I had very low expectations coming into this place but I will say the food tasted excellent, especially the marinated pork and chicken dishes. As a pseudo-tester of chinese buffets, I will say this place is above average. Clean with polite staff are always a plus. The food always seemed fresh and what i probably like the most are the small entree pans which ensure that food is regularly running and replenished with freshly prepared or at least hot food. One of the better examples of this kind of buffet. No major complaints, and really good prices. Lunch is 8 and change, weekend dinner 12 and change. Doesn't include drinks. There is a little bit more seafood for dinner, like crawfish and oysters. The sushi is fine, and the hibachi is of acceptable quality. Soups are good. Oysters.. I didn't eat them. Okay, so it may seem odd to review a Chinese-American buffet, but they are not ALL the same. My mom lives in the area, and we decided to try it on a Saturday night. Which we found out is actually the best time to go! The night we went, they had a snow crab leg special that they bring out to your table for an additional cost, I think it was $4.99 or so. While this was tempting because their buffet is already inexpensive ($12), the buffet had so much seafood and whole blue crabs to choose from - that we were good. While the seafood quality is not top quality and amazing, the steamed fish, blue crabs, steamed clams, and some other random seafood dishes were pretty good. And it's definitely worth the money. They do have sushi (I haven't tried it, and don't plan on it). They also have a pretty large dessert bar that looked pretty decent. I was so filled up on food, I couldn't even handle dessert. Service is never really good at these places. So don't expect much. Prices are super reasonable and fair. The restaurant is HUGE. You will never really have to wait unless you have a super large group or something! read more

I've been to this buffet a couple of times. The service is good and the price is very cheap in my opinion for an all you can eat buffet compared to other Chinese places. The reason I took two stars off is because I feel the food is just "okay". There was a time when I came when the seafood did not seem fresh at all and the crabs were cold and seemed like they would go bad any hour. The other times it was alright. It can be a hit or miss. You shouldn't expect very quality food here. It's just made quickly and in big batches. I would drop by if I was in the area because I don't think there's many decent places to eat nearby otherwise, but if I could choose to eat anywhere, I do not think this buffet would be my first choice. My first impression of the place was that it was very modern and clean. They have a pretty cool water feature in the main lobby area. They also have plenty of seating and a conference room that can be reserved. They have a Hibachi bar, a Sushi bar, a salad bar, a dessert bar, a fruit bar and many, many entree bars, so you can be sure to find something you like. Their lunch buffet is only $7.99 (plus a drink and tax) so it's a pretty good deal. I went with a party of 9 during lunch and we were able to get separate checks all around without any trouble. On a more negative note, the cucumbers on the salad bar were about an inch thick and didn't look too fresh. Much of the meat on the entree bars was dry and they seemed to use a lot of sauce as a way to keep things moist. I was disappointed to see the baked salmon smothered in what looked like duck sauce, which I did not try. The food wasn't great but it wasn't bad. read more

I went here for an early dinner on July 4th. WOW. What a huge selection! The variety of choices available on the buffet was astounding. Flaming Grill had something for everyone -- fried chicken, pizza, chicken nuggets and your usual Chinese dishes. Food was fresh and hot. The sushi section was also impressive. I did not try the hibachi section but it looked clean and other people seemed happy with it. I also did not sample the dessert section, but the offerings were beautifully presented. The interior and decor is pretty and modern. There is a beautiful vertical water fall right up front. The staff is very nice and attentive. My soda was never empty. The worst place I have eaten in along time. I got very sick after my meal. First their rice is put on top of tin foil and it left a metal taste in the rice. Then I found piece of shrimp in my chicken.. That goodness I'm not allergic to fish. The worst was the beef with broccoli it was a rancist taste. I started spitting it out and choking and the waitress came over grabbed my plate and took it away before I was finished spitting up. She acted like she was scared that people would see. I got no apology and the management said when I was checking out "well we never get complaints." They did nothing. DON'T EAT HERE!!! Great place. The buffet is rich, the quality is good. They have appetizers, entrees, and multiple desserts. Of course it could be better, but for $15 including taxes and tips, it's the best buffet I've been to in Maryland. Also, the place is very clean, from the dining room to the restrooms. Have been here before. They standardly have oysters and coffee ice cream. Drove 45 minutes to go here. They had no oysters. Unfortunately decided to eat as was too hungry. They didn't have the oysters or coffee ice cream. Also I always make a hibachi dish with standard things including soy sauce. WIthout the oysters, I made 2 plates of the hibachi dish I love and told the guy I wanted soy sauce. Both dishes were the most bland of anytime I have had this dish made. Drove over to Chef Lin afterward and they had oysters, calamari, and coffee ice cream. I greatly regret eating at Flaming Grill. A bland, expensive experience. I could have eaten at home and would have been more happy, and not waisted the gas, time, and aggravation. To boot, I left something behind by mistake and when I went back, the waitress claimed she never saw it. I was only gone a few minutes.
