Modern Asia's didn't even tickle, making it a let down). I ordered Seafood Combination Chinese Yellow Curry, a new dish for me. It was yummy. Described as one-pepper spicy on the menu, it had less heat than the Kung Pao, but the curry sauce had layers of flavor. It featured shrimp, scallops, and calmari plus a wonderful mix of peppers, onions, and other veg. All were nicely (crisply) cooked, even taking into account the Door Dash delivery time.
