Ok let's talk Chinese! Well American-Chinese. Not really true Chinese food. But it is what most of us know. 1. Dumplings were amazing. We had the fried and steamed, Both were cooked to perfection. 2. Egg Rolls were spot on! 3. Moo Shoo was prounced delightful 4. Beef skewers were perfect Moo Shoo is hard in the sense that the pancakes have to be thin, but strong enough to hold the Moo Shoo, they were! With Dumplings you have to have the right dipping sauce. Ordered delivery from here 4 times. Chicken sticks and BBQ ribs. First 2 times the food was tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The next time it was terrible...extremely dry and stringy. We thought it must have been just a bad night so we tried again (same items) only to have throw the food out. It was so overcooked and dry that it was inedible! Absolutely terrible!! Got Hunan chicken and sauce was so sour I think it was ketchup mixed with Tabasco sauce. Place on the inside looks like a total dive and it was very cold in there on a blustery day! Service was very mediocre! Listen. I moved to frederick 8 months ago. We tried 6-7 different places. All meh. Nothing to review. We are From Columbia by way of Rockville. So we have experienced some great food. I have a love for very good chinese. Not all the way authentic but the egg rolls, the lo mein fried rice and general tso's. This place is it. The wonton soup, broth could use some love but the wontons are great! The general tsos chicken is crispy, fresh and doesn't have the huge pieces. Normal sized well breaded chunks of real chicken. I'm so happy I've ordered twice. Guys. I'm sold. Beijing is our family fave. They also have meal deals, delivery and the person who answers the phone is sweet and the driver is so kind. We were in our way back from a wrestling meet and were craving Chinese food. This restaurant seems newly opened so wanted to give it a try. I was greeted by the nicest owner you will ever meet. He welcomed my family to his restaurant as if he was inviting us to his house for a meal. We ordered house special soup, spicy shrimp and Mongolian beef. The food was not good AT ALL! I ordered shrimp egg foo young, general tso chicken, crab wontons, shrimp egg rolls and chicken wings. $33 down the drain. Nothing, and I mean nothing, about this food was appetizing! The general tso chicken was soggy and overly sweet with barely any spice. Even the broccoli was mushy! The shrimp egg foo yung's gravy was darn near black in color and tasted like nothing but soy sauce. The wings had not flavor but was fried nicely. The crab wontons had not a shred of crab in them, just cream cheese and onions. Overall all the food went in the trash and the next time I am craving American style Chinese food, I'll make the hour and half drive back to NE DC. read more

Was looking for some place new for lunch today and decided to give them a try. Took a glance at their lunch specials and decided to go with the General Tso's Chicken. Was presently surprised I was able to choose between a shrimp egg roll or a pork. Most places give you a spring roll. I much prefer the egg rolls. I chose the fried rice over the white. The portion size was unbelievable. It was one of the best Chinese meals I've had in a long time. Everything was good and fresh and served hot. I most definitely will be returning. read more

After trying the closest place to my house (Eastern 89) I got disappointed bc it had pretty good reviews and thought maybe this is THIS areas best which is sad... decided to keep searching and glad I did. This place had a nice young man providing great customer service, piping hot fresh and fasts food and YUM! My mom was joining us for dinner from Rockville area and she has tried awesome places and couldn't stop eating! She was raving about the sauces. I wasn't adventurous with my order just beef/broccoli, lo mein, general tsos and fried rice. I enjoyed everything especially that you could taste the ginger in the lo Mein + it was saucey and could taste sesame oil in the beef/broccoli...it didn't all taste of oyster sauce like other places. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either.The rice didn't have much flavor and pork was kind of rubbery.

This is a inexpensive option for some yummy Chinese. If you plan to take out and not eat in, I recommend calling your order in. They make the food fresh for each order so that does take a bit of time.m, but it makes for yummy hot food! I really like their hot and sour soup, egg drop soup and fried rice. I was not the biggest fan of their sweet and sour chicken or garlic egg plant. The sauces were a bit too sweet for my liking, though that's a personal preference. The folks who work here are super nice. The food here is your basic, Americanized Chinese, and I think is a great option if your just looking for something quick and nearby. I hear their spicy dishes and chicken are the way to go, though I haven't had the chance to check those options out yet read more

Had lunch there Sept 3rd 2014. Or I should say, I had 1/5th of my Kung Pow chicken and then my better judgment took over. The chicken smelled weird and tasted weirder. My friend agreed. Inedible. I shoulda known better upon entering. This place looks just plane worn down and nasty. Rusty tables, circa 1980s decor and piles of supplies piled inside of restaurant. Never again. This place rates no stars. My wife &I work close by and decided to stop in and take some food home. Wish I had looked at it before we got home. Ordered Scallops with garlic sauce shrimp with broccoli and shrimp fried rice. The scallops were obviously past there prime, for 7.50 I counted 6 which were about the size of a dime in a watery sauce. The shrimp in the fried rice were very mushy which indicates recooked and old. The shrimp with broc was more of the same. I am in the restaurant business and quite frankly would be ashamed to serve this quality of food. Don't waste your money read more

A few coworkers and myself placed a delivery order online... and it was a pretty big order almost 80.00 worth of food, well when the delivery driver gets here he doesn't have enough change so we have to give him a bigger tip than expected. and several people lost out on some money. I love their food, on-line ordering and quick delivery! Whether at work or at home, I have never had an issue with my coworkers or my order. I have only beef and chicken meals, but it has always been delightful. I have never eaten at the location but can state as a person that orders 2 or 3 times a week for myself and my large office staff (over 2000 people in my building) that the service is prompt, food is well done and always with a smile.
