The last time I was here the food wasn't so great but now under new management (I guess new chef too) it's great. It's authentic. I'm glad they have snow crab legs now. Their water is clean. I'm glad it's filter water not just tap water. They have crab legs every day at 3:30 for dinner. Wish they have lobster on holidays. Staffs are friendly. Went here on a Saturday evening the prices are a little bit higher on the weekend then if you go for their for lunch I believe that's before 3:30 during the week but it's still not bad for the price they're charging that some other Chinese buffets are charging especially on the weekend. Going in I was wecome by the person at the front that ask how many people in our party then they walk you to your table. After that we had a waitress that came over get our drinks . By the way the drinks are a extra charge but refills are included free . The service was good but personality-wise was just not there they weren't very sociable. They had many different selections of food and a Hibachi Grill some of the food on the Hibachi Grill especially the chicken did not look very good looks like it was sitting out too long. The shrimp that I had was delicious there are many other things to choose around the restaurant the classic things that usually you find in other Chinese buffets. They have a dessert freezer that you can pick from ice creams cones and regular cups of ice cream as well as ice cream sandwiches that was also delicious. The whole place needs a facelift, it looks very run down, from the parking lot, to the landscaping, inside all the tables and chairs need replacing. The salad bar was almost non existent . Flies landing all over the food, dust particles found just sitting on top of the desserts, and everything i tried made me feel nauseous. If you want a drink, they charge extra which took me from 21$ to 28$, as well as the tip they added without telling me. I've heard of many accounts of food poisoning from here, and by looking at/tasting the food, I can tell why. We came here last Christmas Eve and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection, which is why we decided to return this year. Unfortunately, this visit could not have been more different. The moment we walked in, the restaurant was unbearably hot. It felt suffocating and extremely uncomfortable. When we got to the buffet, the food was clearly overcooked and dried out. The chicken I had was unevenly heated, with cold spots throughout, and nothing we tried tasted good. The seafood was the one thing my son was looking forward to, but even that was a huge disappointment. The crab legs were rubbery, barely had any meat, and were clearly not fresh. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We are now honestly worried about getting sick on Christmas Eve. Our total bill was over $180, and for that price, we could have gone to a nice sit-down restaurant with appetizers and drinks. When I calmly mentioned our disappointment to the cashier, she became visibly upset--rolling her eyes and slamming our ticket down. That response alone made an already bad experience even worse. We are a family of six and don't go out often, so this was meant to be a special Christmas Eve treat. Instead, it was a complete letdown. The dirty dishes and unsanitary bathrooms were extremely concerning--my hands felt dirtier after washing them. It honestly made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. I went to Flaming Grill today because I checked their prices online and it stated that it was $17.99 for All Day Dinner Saturday and Sunday. When I received my bill it was over $47 and with tax it was $52.30 I am not sure what the disparaging was in the price posted and the price charged. The food was okay. It was hot but some of the dishes were lacking flavor. They cook the crab legs too long in their version of crab boil. They have crab legs on the cold bar, but I prefer hot and seasoned crab legs. They have their version of hot wings which are very tasty and the Chinese donuts were hot and delicious. With the exception of the price I would try it again just during the week though. read more

And to start off, it's a Chinese buffet, so my expectations aren't exceptionally high for this category of restaurant. This visit was by far the worst selection and quality of food. Based on visit the place has dropped below average for a buffet. Sushi selection/quality wasn't as good as previous visits. Buffet item selection and taste weren't as good as previously experienced. Habachi wasn't as good either. Guess there aren't many people who actually know how to make Chinese food cooking or overseeing the operation. The wait staff doesn't seem too motivated, but again, probably a little below average for a buffet. For the price, no longer worth it. I'd pass unless desperate for a quick meal. read more

About the 10th time I've been here with my beautiful mom. It's always good,but the weekends are the best. All day dinner buffet on weekends includes multiple varieties of shrimp,juicy roast beef,great sesame chicken and tasty egg rolls. Hibachi grill is included with freshly prepared sushi. Never had either. Well stocked and recently remodeled. Brand new tables and chairs. Pleasant music playing in the background. This has been a nice surprise of a find. Only place to eat when we are in the area. Get here early. Their open 7 days a week. Daisy was our server the last few times.....always with a smile. Got a great laugh from the website suggesting anyone would need to make reservations. I've pulled food from a trashcan during my homeless days more palatable than anything I tried here. There was one highlight of the meal. Which actually, for a split second curbed some of my disappointment regarding the entire dining experience. That was the coconut ice cream bar stuck to the bottom of a dirty deep freezer that I had to fight to remove in a battle that can only be compared to trying to remove Excalibur from the stone it was encased in. It was only after realizing it was prepackaged and probably from the nearest Wal-Mart that my disappointment returned to hit me harder than the food posioning that kept me bed ridden for two days did. The bathroom had no toilet paper on the roller; but there was plenty all over the floor which continued to get stuck on my shoes. Gross! One toilet needed attention and then there was no soap! If I knew all this before I ate, I would have skipped lunch. I guess their attention is on cleaning plates off the table and restocking the food in the line. If you're not familiar with the area, you may not even know this place is here. Nice selection and variety on the buffet. They also have a hibachi and sushi station. Each are included in the buffet price but you can get made to order sushi for an extra fee if you don't like what's on the bar. Some of the food could've been warmer but that's to be expected with a buffet. They sell sake--which I haven't seen at many buffets. Our waitress was nice enough and somewhat attentive.
