Great food and quick service always! Ambiance is nice too. I highly recommend to all.

Some items are very good. Other meals are terrible. The quiche is usually big and tasty. It comes with fruit. The taco salad is good. The flamingo chicken sandwich is good. The monte cristo was soggy and had minimal ingredients. The chef salad was skimpy on meat and cheese. Service is usually good. Seating is in or out. The owner is always locking up the outside furniture an hour or more prior to closing. Not the friendliest place. read more

Let me start with the greeting...absolutely amazing customer service and SO friendly. My husband and I were visiting from out of town and we were treated as well as the many local people. LOVED LOVED this place! Attentive customer service throughout. For the food, it was perfection. It sounds overdone for a diner with great comfort food, but if you have traveled as much as we have, you would be amazed how someplace can butcher eggs or an omelette. I had the corned beef hash and scrambled eggs and my husband had the meat lovers omelette. It came out hot and tasty despite being busy. Please don't forget a mimosa! The portions of everything were generous. This diner is a must in Stuart. We'll be back! read more

Just average. Nothing great about this place. I actually found it kind of a pain. The tables are so close and the folks that run it are loud. Food was not good. You can get dry eggs, burnt toast and raw bacon just about anywhere cheaper. I will not go back. read more

Stopped in this morning @ 7:30 am for Breakfast! Food was absolutely fantastic, definitely will return when in the area.

My go to for club sandwich once a week in general. Fresh turkey, not deli cut, fast, clean, incredible prices what more could you want. The menu is extensive but I can only speak for fries and club. Gets pretty crowded at peak times in season. They have a few outside tables, no view, a counter and tables inside. The staff is great. read more

We drove from Hutchinson Island to here for breakfast while on a mini-vacation from Coral Springs. Not a very long drive, but people generally stay closer to their hotel. We went there based on Yelp reviews and it was sure worth the drive. The food was ALL OUTSTANDING, and service lightning fast and attentive. We had the dark haired lady, but the other gal working seemed just as great. Real New York diner waitressing skills. They get it right the first time. And this great breakfast for 4 adults? 35 bucks! I left the waitress $15. How the hell can you beat that? Wish we here longer to return for lunch, since they close so early. read more

I remember going to the old flamingo and was so sad it closed. Visiting from out of town, we are frequent breakfast goers with varying tastes. The flamingo left nothing to be desired. I patronized this restaurant on March 6th 2021 with a friend for lunch, this was our first time there. I was very happy with the selection of the menu. I ordered a patty melt with onion rings and coleslaw and an appetizer of loaded fries. My friend had country fried steak with side salad green beans and mashed potatoes. The meals were served before the appetizer, this is a huge No-No. The appetizer was sent back and I continued on with my lunch of onion rings, coleslaw and patty melt. The onion rings were wonderful, not overcooked and hard and crunchy like most restaurants. The coleslaw is the best around. I ordered the rice pudding for dessert and it was too dry. I will return to the restaurant in the future it was very good except for a few mishaps. read more

Hands down one of the best diner's we have been to. We were super hungry this morning and shared the strawberry stuffed French toast, then I got the chicken gyro, that came with a Greek salad. My friend got the gyro omelet. Both were amazing! Whenever we travel we try to hit up local places and diners. DO NOT miss out on trying this diner. There are very few times that I go to a diner and find that I've loved everything I've ordered. Since my fiancé and I are new to the area we are always venturing out to try new places to find our "go to" restaurants. This will certainly be one of our top 5 choices! I'm always skeptical about ordering Biscuits & Gravy, as when I was in the Navy I was attached to the flavors of our recipe. This recipe reminded me of the wonderful breakfast memories of my Navy days! Everything we ordered was delicious. My eggs were perfectly cooked and my fiancé's pancakes were absolutely delicious. I was even impressed by the fruit salad stuffed with fresh strawberries, blueberries, grapes and not just full of honeydew. The only complaint I would have would be that my sausage patties were overdone and my Gyro breakfast didn't come with a side of Tzatziki or at least a small tomato salad on top to truly round out the flavors of my breakfast. Also, I saw all the bread options but there wasn't an option for pita, which is available since Gyro's are available and there is a Gyro breakfast option. I don't think I've ever been so excited to return and try some lunch and dinner items to truly round out our experience. I'll be back and I'll be bringing the entire family with me! read more

Just passing through Stuart and stopped for breakfast here. The scrambled eggs and pancakes were good as well as the coffee. The waitresses spend more time chatting then checking on there tables. It is a small place so it's easy to get someone's attention though. I'm not one to have to look for somebody early in the morning. read more

Cute place, super friendly staff and prompt service. Everyone one working was masked, if that's important to you. Unfortunately I came here for food and it was not good. I ordered biscuits and gravy with side of corned beef. The side was half the amount of what I typically get and they charged $5.00 for roughly a quarter can of store bought stuff. It was smeared 1/8 inch thick across the plate to make it look like a decent portion. Pretty low rent move imo. The "gravy" was the consistency of stiff mashed potatoes yet pretty flavorless ( I put salt and pepper on it twice) and the biscuits were super sweet, almost cake-like. I guess the waffle& syrup crowd might think more of that than I did, but I'm not looking for more sugar in my life (or I would order waffles). I left half of it uneaten and I never do that. So $18.20 including tip later I'm dissatisfied enough to write this in the parking lot. read more

The last time I was in this building was when it was Charleys Flashback Diner. For days after, I kept having "flashbacks" of how dingy, dirty, & decrepit the place was with a bad food bonus. When I saw it had become the Flamingo, I waited a while for them to work out the kinks before I braved the entrance way again. Wow! What a fabulous change! It appears they gutted the place and scrubbed it thoroughly. It is clean, bright and cheery inside. There are a lot of tables which makes for a bit of "forced intimacy", but the service is quick & friendly and the food is excellent. Finally a breakfast spot in Florida that knows how to make good ole Jersey Diner home fries! Delicious :) I will be spreading the word and going back often! read more
