I had hiked 9 miles that day and the salad was one of the first things to come out, even starving I barely touched it. Go eat the fish, don't spend a dime on anything else. This menu needs some help they can't decide if they are the local pub or an upscale eatery. Prices show upscale but quality of food outside of the halibut and oysters scream pub food. No cohesion in the menu to a theme as well.

I am on a 100 day tour around Alaska and Canada and have travelled through the south eastern islands / marine highway and Haines Junction / Tok by this point with no issue. 5 nights booking. Stated in booking I had mobility issues. Did not check until I arrived then they downgraded me to a room on the second floor via elevator. Would they come get me in an emergency? Would not have chosen this hotel if I couldn't get the advertised room. The given room only had a single handrail in the bathroom a distance from the toilet or sink. The shower was not step-free but mostly step-free. There was no rubber mat. The breakfast was very difficult to use with a walker and there was no assistance. On 3 occasions non disabled guests parked or blocked the disabled spots, raised with front desk, did nothing. On two of those occasions the lots were also full and I had to walk with my walker a significant distance in the rain. They had company vehicles blocking spots preventing me entering and others leaving and when asked if they could move temporarily I was told no. On third occurrence of disabled use/blocking informed them if I see it again I will be contacting police. Supervisor told me he was unaware of these issues which means they must have never raised or discussed them among themselves. He got sarcastic with me and told me I should call the police right now. I said it's your hotel I'm doing you a courtesy by telling you and not calling the police but I will the next time I see it. I left the hotel at this point as I simply don't know if I can park there or trust they would rescue me. DO NOT STAY HERE Attached are some photos showing these issues

Flamingo Lounge is one of the best spots in Alaska, Canada, and the Lower 48. Hands down amazing. Ambience, decor, staff, food , drinks. It is truly a unique experience. The only things it's missing are a lounge singer, fur boas, and fedoras. A class act straight out of a movie. Field of Dreams drink is on my top 5 all time list. Tanner crab is more tender and sweeter than king, and is half the price. Shells are thinner/lighter so you get more meat for our dollar. Bucket of Butt's is tender and lightly fried. Not too oily and not overcooked. Hummus and bread plates are also ridiculously tasty. If 60's Vegas and 60's Miami had a love child it would be Flamingo Lounge.
