Update to my previous review. Incredibly, my POS Goodman HVAC system broke down for the third time…read morethis summer. We were away on vacation for a week, and the controller in the compressor failed while we were away. Apparently, the unit ran continously 24/7 for a number of days, running up my electric bill by hundreds of dollars. Good Tidings came out and replaced the bad part and got it running again as soon as I called them. Miraculously, the entire compressor was not destroyed. These folks are no-nonsense pros, very responsive and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found them, and have now signed up for a very reasonably-priced service contract going forward. The only weird thing is that they insist on taking a photo of you, as a "satisfied customer" for their website, which felt like a mug shot, but whatever.
