They can fumigate that Flanigan's location. My friends and I saw a cockroach while we were sitting at a booth just having conversation. We had to leave because we felt that if one cockroach was there, more were coming if not there already. We had just ordered our drinks and we had to tell the server that we were leaving because we saw a cockroach. He offered to kill it, but that's not the point. the ribs were amazing and the fries were nice and hot, the food was genuinely great. The service wasn't necessarily terribly the only downside to the service that we got was that our waitress didn't refill our drinks at all. Over the restaurant itself seemed cleaned and there were A LOT of people in the restaurant. CONGRATULATIONS !! you lost a loyal customer for the managers and server being so rude. My aunt and I were ordering the special tonight but they started to ID my cousin who wasn't even drinking. First of all the server was rude walked away when we were trying to order. I literally work in the food industry, the managers were very unprofessional and ugly attitude. I hope this feedback gets back at somebody and fixes something. As a manager and having such an ugly attitude towards someone that's explaining something instead de escalating the problem he fed into it. Went there for the Thanksgiving turkey dinner. This year it was horrendous. Nothing compared to prior years. It tasted and looked like Sysco food. The portions were nothing compared to the picture they have on their website. The stuffing looking like it came out of a blender. The mashed potatoes looked like a small ball of ice cream and I mean small. The gravy was definitely put of a can. The rolls were fresh and tiny. Thanks for giving two. The Ceasar salad had no dressing. The soda was completely filled with ice to the top. I had to take ice out and it filled an entire plastic bread dish of ice. I have come to Flannigan's in the past to have turkey dinners but it was never like this. Please go back to what you were doing before. I ordered the rib special - full rack with caesar salad starter, three garlic rolls and a side baked potatoe and a glass of white wine.. My review went down a star as the food was good, but not as good as per my previous review. The garlic rolls were not as good, I think this time they just poured the garlic sauce over after the rolls were cooked, rather than baking for a bit with the sauce on? My jacket potatoe was also a little dry. BUT OMG the ribs - they ALWAYS deliver. This is one of my neighborhood favorites. I usually go with the nachos, they're shareable and filling. Their house salad is the best and you can never go wrong with a Joe's meal deal on weekdays. Prices are low and you get a nice juicy bite for your bucks. FYI the one in Hialeah is the only one open till 5AM. read more

To tell you Monday night sharing with some friends we suddenly got very hungry, but it was 11:00 pm of course in FL there are not many options for places open at that time of night so we decided to go to this place that is open until 4:00 a.m. We found parking quickly, then we entered while they directed us to our table, because I observed the style of the restaurant, it's like a sports bar environment. Ribs are top rated. Hialeah location has the best cook. We have tried several dishes, and they are all top rated.

Although some of their menu items are/can be delicious, Flanigan's wouldn't be my first choice when dining out. The wait time is always over an hour long, sometimes more than two depending on the day of the week that you visit. I will say that their wings and their firecracker shrimp are great, they're my go to items when I visit. The piña colada is very creamy, it doesn't taste much like alcohol but it is well made. I would say that the menu items are moderately priced, same as a regular chain restaurant. The restaurant is always LOUD and super PACKED. I think this is more of a Miami staple but I personally think it is okay! read more

This place is a mess! Don't try calling at night because they won't even pick up the phone then, online ordering is confusing as it has ASAP and then "next day" in parentheses. Then, the place itself is loud and crazy. Not a family environment. Other locations are way better than this one! read more
