This is a bar. I wouldn't classify this as a restaurant at all, and I wouldn't say it's family friendly, either. We attempted to eat last night. We walked in and stood at the door for a few minutes. There's a hostess stand, but no one standing there... so eventually we figured if we sat ourselves, someone would approach us. So, we sat. There were 4 long rows of tables so our family of 4 sat at the end of one of the rows. No menus on the table, so we sat and waited. No one came over or even acknowledged us. There were plenty of people at the bar, and a few other patrons at other tables. But no one looked at us. Our kids felt awkward after waiting and looking around at all of the adults enjoying their Friday evening with some cocktails, so after being ignored for about 5 minutes, we just decided to leave. read more

Went here for the first time today - will not be the last. The people were very nice - I didn't get the bartender/waitress name but she was so great. The food - wow best burger I've had in a long time! Son had chicken wings and daughter had fish n chips - all was excellent. Just moving to the area and we are already planning on making this a regular spot. So glad we stopped in. Highly recommend! It was at lunch so no live music at the time but I'll bet this is a really cool place to hang out. read more

Excellent live music on the weekends! Gotta check out comedy night the 2nd Weds of (most) every month! Really enjoy the pub food, especially the " Zeppelin Burger "...it is massive! Always enjoy visiting flashbacks! Wings are super meaty and they offer several flavors. I love the Italian beef sandwich. Spicy, full of meat, drippy with juice and seasoned fries finishes it off. They offer poker night, live music and are biker friendly. Jimmy the owner is always around to shake hands. We usually bring our kids during low time to play some pool. Cold beer and great service. Wether you're with a crowd or just hitting up happy hour this place is great! I love the spinach dip, it goes great with beer. This is a rock in roll bar with an extensive menu from Grangers Hotdog next-door. Flashbacks have the screens playing the game and 80s hair band music playing in the background along with billiards a live music stage and a lot of tables if you don't want to sit at the bar. If you don't want to sit in a bar and wait for your food at the table just walking next-door and order your food directly. I chose to stay at the bar because the music was awesome. I ordered the chili dog for about $11 , However I got halfway through snapping into the delicious hotdog, the spice the smokiness and the chili was a great combo, it was big enough cuz I couldn't even finish my fries ! The chili cheese and onion landed on my fries making them better, they were perfectly crispy and the hotdog was snappy and every bite, I highly recommend this place to sit down and eat, Knock back a few beers and enjoy the environment read more

Well I'm a fan of any place that promotes live music. They are downsizing their stage and now booking acoustic bands and solo acts to go better with the dining experience than loud bands. However they book some awesome singer songwriters. They sell classic pub food, including the grilled cheese sandwich burger. The sweet potato fries were great. However the coke was flat, but nothing Coca Cola cant fix with an adjustment. The decor is definitely a "flashback" like going into the rock n roll hall of fame. It's also a sports bar with many games on the TVs. The only thing I would recommend is actually playing the music on the house stereo of all the legendary rock icons that are hanging on the walls, rather than top 40 radio. The staff was really great and friendly. The patio looked pretty cool if you like to sit outside. There was also a full bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable. read more

This is a great place to go. My real only issue with this place is it is too small a venue for how many people go. It makes it hard to enjoy a show because there is often no seats since there is a group of people who are ALWAYS THERE and I mean every night. But other than that its okay. read more

I moved to Savannah GA from Illinois fours ago and there are several things I cannot get here food wise that I truly miss. One of them is tea that does not taste diluted brown sugar, but that is a whole other blog. What I found at Flashback was a BREADED PORK TENDERLOIN!!! Can I tell you I cried a little. When I asked about tenderloins at other restaurants or grocery stores they would present me a pork roast...no, I would say, a pork tenderloin is a tenderized pork chop or steak that is breaded and deep fried. In other words...heaven. But Flashback not only has one...it is as big as the plate. It is seasoned perfectly and juicy and crispy at the same time. You could have dropped a cobra on the table and I would not have noticed, that is how content I was. The menu is loaded with good things. They have lots of appetizers, wings and burgers that I may try...someday. But I will return again and again for the pork tenderloin. I will say that the beer was ice cold and stayed cold and the waiter was so friendly. The place isn't exactly intimate, it is actually more like a banquet hall than a dinning room. It was just that. A-OK. Stopped in to eat for lunch/early dinner. The menu looked great, we were the only ones in there, so assumed service would be great as well. Um, not so much. First it took FOREVER to get our drinks. Waitress was friendly but very busy watching tv or rolling silverware, something. She was in the room with us, just took her a long time to make it to our table. Between her first approach and bringing the drinks it was about twenty minutes. Then we ordered a Reuben, a Chicago dog, and chicken fingers. That was almost another thirty minutes. She said it was because of the hot dog? Food turned out to be good, no complaints there, so that ups the points. However when we got the bill, it was one of those "it was that much for that?!?" moments. NOT a good value. We will not be eating any meals here , however, it looks like they might have good bands on weekends, so will try to check that out. read more

What an awesome place. The atmosphere is incredible. Rock and roll at it's finest: album covers, concert flyers, posters of rock and roll legends, guitars, etc. Like a hard rock cafe in Richmond Hill. The food was awesome. Rock n Roll themed burgers named after rock legends and you cant beat the Happy Hour. I especially liked the wing/pitcher combo I had. Service was amazing. Very, very friendly staff made me feel right at home. Live music every weekend with an awesome stage set up with lights and all. I went in for Saturday football, which was nice because they have enough tv's for all the college games. While I was there I learned that they had some cool events with tons of specials during the week like Rock N Roll trivia and ladies night. They do Darts on Tuesdays. I am definitely making this place my Happy Hour destination. I love this place. read more
