The only reason they have 1 star is because I had to. Purchased a vintage Kaw on eBay from them…read more Listed as a 1975 in excellent running condition. Shows up as a 1974, two of the 4 carbs are frozen and the gas cap wont close (needs replaced). Looking at a few more thousand dollars to get it right. Buyers beware; don't buy a thing from these people they are dishonest. I can send pics or take a call if you want more details, happy to share. Bill at (415) 314-8884.

This place sucks, plain and simple. I had Santiago do a…read morelot of work on my bike, rebuild the carb and re jet it, I came to Florida from Colorado. I was told it didn't need to be re jetted. If you know anything about going from high altitude ( mile high ) down to sea level, the carb needs re jetting. Then after the carb rebuild, the bolts holding the carb onto the intake came loose. I guess Santiago doesn't know about lock tight or believe in it. I had a primary gear come loose, after Santiago pulled it off to work behind it, same reason, no lock tight. Santiago replaced the head light, then the headlight stopped working. Santiago took light assembly apart while I was there, headlight plug fell off the back of the headlight. Santiago put rear breaks on, instead of opening the break reservoir to allow break fluid back in, they blew the seal on the reservoir pushing the caliper piston back into the caliper, hey that fluid is going somewhere. I could go on, I think you get the jest of it. This place should be shut down. The owners and mechanics know nothing about motorcycles or how to repair them. Oh, When the carb came loose, burned a head gasket, Time for a rebuild. THANKS SANTIAGO.

Rockstar powersports almost killed my wife and I!!!!! About…read morea year ago I had a tie rod end snap on my 22 Honda Talon and I brought it here to have it fixed. It was covered under warranty and repaired. The tech (Walter) ended up using the wrong nut on the bottom of the tie rod end and it backed out while I was driving causing us to flip and roll. I brought it back to them and explained to them what happened. The GM (JJ) said they would take care of it and give me whatever I need to make this right. All I wanted was to be made whole and fix what was broken as a result of their poor workmanship and to assess for any further damage. It took them 3 weeks with no updates to change the oil and order and install 1 nut. The service manager (John) doesn't call with updates and none of the service advisors have any idea what is going on with any of the machines. When I went to pick the machine up it wasn't washed, oil all over the skid plate, no other parts were ordered and they did not assess for further damage. 2 more weeks of calling and stopping by and I was finally able to get the wheel that was damaged in the accident. When I purchased the machine (from another dealer) I bought Rockstar's VIP maintenance package which included 2 years of free oil changes, pickup and delivery of the machine, 4 scheduled service appointments and service within 48hrs. The pickup and delivery of the machine takes months to schedule, it's never done within 48hrs. It always takes them weeks for simple maintenance. As well as when I went to talk to the managers (Paul and JJ) about the service contract they showed zero remorse for my situation with their shop almost killing my wife and I. They tried to say it expires after 2 years from the purchase date, which it doesn't say that in the contract and I had only used 2 of the 4 scheduled services. All I wanted was a partial refund because I DO NOT trust their techs working on my machine anymore. They said they would "extend the time" for the services which doesn't make any sense. I will be following up with taking them to court. In conclusion NO ONE should bring their machines here if you value your life. I've been in this community for a long time and have been to many shops and dealers and this is by far the WORST experience of my life. If I could rate with 0 stars I would.
