There was a problem with the communication surrounding the tow transfer so I started my experience with Hands on Auto Tech with some trepidation. Tom handled the situation and we moved onto the real problem with my truck. The diagnosis was the clutch so I approved the repair and waited a few days for the parts to arrive and the repair to proceed. After the clutch was replaced another problem with the operation of the clutch was discovered so I agreed to the additional repair and another day for repair. After a week I was reunited with my truck. The repair was costly, lengthy and unexpected but coming out the other side of this experience I learned a couple of lessons. 1. If you have your vehicle towed to a shop follow the tow truck to the shop and verify the transfer. 2. Communication and follow up throughout the repair are key Tom was great to deal with and I feel that he was honest with me about the repairs needed and the cost of those repairs. Having recently moved to the area I feel my vehicle maintenance and repair needs can be checked off the list. I can recommend Hands on Auto Tech to anyone needing an honest repair facility and Tom as a good guy to deal with.

Be careful. Took my car in for a problem with the right front wheel. Told me it was the wheel…read morebearing. Thay wanted$450 to replace it. Spent $200 for a wheel bearing replacement at a different place. Found out later the wheel bearing was not the problem, it was a lose wire that goes from the wheel bearing to the ABS pump. Cote's also changed my water pump and did not replace the serpiten belt back on properly and it came lose driving back from Loveland. Runied my belt and ripped the hood liner. That did not replace either one. Go to BTAuto if you want great service.

Changed it. went back to Cote's for a bad sound in the left front wheel, Dave said it was the right front wheel bearing and wanted $434. To fix it. Mechanic in Loveland only wanted $145. Fixed the noise in the left wheel. The break pad was cutting into the rotor. Cote's replace the radiator and water pump a year ago and didn't get the serpentine belt on all the was and it shredded on me. I took the car back, had to replace it with a used belt I had myself. When the belt shredded it ripped my hood lined. The didn't replace it either. Don't go there
