I empathize with the fact they had an issue getting the two front ones off. The reason for being irritated is the fact that normally having them check the air is free. I had a tip ready for them and the guy who checked the tires tells me his boss is mad because it was taking too long to get the two stem covers off, then proceeded to tell me it was going to now cost me $20 plus tax was added. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. Had I known I wouldn't have had them do it. I previously gave 5 stars but today I feel like they did me dirty. So I won't be returning.

I stayed in my car while these guys put two jacks under my jeep popped off my tires and I was in and out in probably 20 minutes if that. My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait for the team to finish serving a walk-in just before my appointment. I'd absolutely return to Westown Tire Bros, but I'd plan to be there as soon as they open instead of scheduling a midday appointment.

I paid 4500 cash for a truck with a snow plow that overheated less than 30 minutes after driving it off the lot. The owner Mike said he couldn't do anything about it, and also refused to give us the title to the truck saying that he no longer owned the business. As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. Can't thank him enough for being such a professional.
