The install guy was clueless and needed coaching. They broke several clips off my dashboard and left it loose. I went back to get it handled and waited about 20 mins. I was told they would have the clips ready to repair my dashboard and when I showed up I was told they would have to "make something" to repair my dashboard. Then I got the run around and eventually got tired of waiting and told them not to worry about it and I would handle it myself. They seemed relieved to not have to talk to me about their "work". I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

I also wanted them to look at something underneath the car. They fixed the flat tire and helped me with something underneath the truck that needed inspection, but as I left the station, a low tire pressure light did not go off for about eight blocks. It usually goes off pretty quickly and when I stopped to check the tire the tire was down to 20 pounds. It should've been 36 pounds so I stopped and filled it and it hasn't leaked since. When I called on Monday to tell them what I had happened they told me there was no way that they did not fill the tire to 36 pounds I said exactly what happened and they said that's impossible and they would talk to the technician that didn't repair. I have not heard from him since last week when I spoke to them on the phone. They were very professional and polite up until the end and I really felt that this would be the kind of place. I wanna do in the future but after that experience no I will not be going back there.

The manager Will (who by the way told me "this won't end well for me") said the brake reservoir was missing the cap and had fluid in it "from the last place I had the oil changed". I took the vehicle to the last place I went to for an oil change and will LIAD because that coolant was fresh!!! I have a statement from the shop!! I then took it the next day to a local shop and that shop ALSO said it is fresh. I called their corporate number. They told me to take it to my dealership which I did and I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET to get it towed there! The dealership ALSO stated (I have all the paperwork) that it was fresh! Mr tires manager Dan then called me and had it towed to them so they can flush it which was NOT done. We picked the vehicle back up from them late on a Friday and I called Dan first thing that Monday morning because the vehicle was running extremely rough which my 2020 did NOT have any of those issues. He had the vehicle supposedly looked over by his mechanic and said my key battery was dying. BULL!! They clearly screwed up AGAIN but yet AGAIN can't own up to it. Well the vehicle is at my local mechanic STILL because I got it back missing the same caps I have MULTIPLE shops stating where missing. Also STILL has the coolant clear as day in the brake reservoir. So needless to say my vehicle is still sitting at the shop because THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THEIR SCREWUPS! They put a claim into their insurance company and they offered a REPLACEMENT CAP! THATS ALL!!! A CAP isn't the damages of what they caused! Stay away because I'm without my vehicle STILL over two months and they will NOT do anything. ALSO they falsify their documents which I also have proof off too and changes dates etc. I really hope this "family owned" business closes down! It's disgusting to be completely ok screwing up someone's vehicle and now we don't have a vehicle and now paying Lyft and paying people to drive us where we NEED to go as i pay over 600$ only a month for my vehicle to sit at the shop praying I can figure out how to even begin to get it fix because of them!!!
