Clean and good size mall. All the shops you could imagine in here. All the fancy and everyday shops. The Forever 21 is the size of a Dillard's or Macy's. If you have been to NorCal, it's like the Valley Fair. If you have been to SoCal, it's like the South Coast. The mall is in a wide U design so their is not much of a shortcut. Actually not a bad place to be, I was visiting my mom who is also a consultant for Memorial Day weekend and little did I know they had the Mall over here. The stores are average and the area is nice it beats my expectations of Cows and Prairie Dogs running about good job. read more

I'm not much of a 'mall guy' (at least since I was 16), but this one is definitely better than most. Quite a good selection of stores and shops, including a popcorn kiosk that I love, an Apple store, several restaurants, and a movie theater. read more

One of my favorite malls. I like the layout, the selection of food is pretty good and customer service (front desk thingy) are very helpful.

If all you care about is looks, this place is pretty I guess. *SHRUG* It's sizeable and kind of a PITA to get around. You basically have to drive around to the places you want unless you wanna hike a couple of miles to your car while the icy wind blows. There wasn't much in the way of stores which appealed to me here, try as I might to spend my moneys. read more

Avoid the La Sabon Mer lotion kiosk on the first floor near Santa. They are the absolute worst sales men on the face of the planet. Will offer you a free sample packet and when you won't let them touch you they'll try and charge you $5 for the sample. No means no guys. This place needs to be removed from the mall ASAP. read more

We've been visiting this mall a few times a year for quite a while. It's a bit of a drive from where we live, so it's just for people watching and general browsing. We only come here when we want something a little different from usual haunts. It's large, clean, and well organized with a nice selection of stores. The food court is very good and there are four or five full service sit down restaurants. The outdoor shopping section (the Village) is almost totally vacant, and a mere shadow of it's former self. The inside shops seem to be doing alright, with very few vacancies. All in all, a pleasant way to kill a few hours. read more

There are very few exciting stores to shop here, but it saves me the trip to Denver if I know that I'll find items in the few choice stores I enjoy. This review is specific to two kiosks. The first is Vine Vera. By all means stay away from this kiosk because the product produced a horrible itching outbreak on my face with some of the welts oozing. When I went back to the kiosk to try and exchange for a skin sensitive product, I was told to come back the next day to talk to the person who sold me the product. This is a horrible business practice. The second kiosk to avoid at all costs is the Cellairis (not sure if that is the correct name) that sells cell phone cases. I bought one and then found the plug in to charge wouldn't fit in the opening. I went to exchange for another case but that one quickly broke. Not a good place to buy a cell phone case! read more

This mall is one of rare malls in Denver area that gets you feel relaxed while you are surrounded with best brands.

Nice mall huge open space. Like the animal carts you can rent for kids. Went to macys spent some money and ate at the philly cheese steak place. Good eats. I'll be back there to spend some more money soon. read more

Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because they changed management meaning the security guards and stuff. And they're stingy and rude. They don't like to leave anyone alone and always have something to complain about with someone. Whether they be sleeping or with a dog. They're especially rude to mall employees. I miss the old security guards and wish they hadn't hired these new ones. read more

Don't think you are safe at this mall. Be aware that this mall doesn't have reliable (if at all) security cameras in the parking lots. I always had a false sense of security here, then someone smashed in my window, during the day, and stole my daughter's prom dress and school backpack. The security staff wouldn't tell me if they had security cameras, and they didn't seem to give a crap about what happened despite my daughter crying, having had her prom dress just stolen 2 days before prom. The police (they have a station at this mall) took a report but didn't return my call when I called to ask if they ever saw any security camera footage of the break in. When they took a report they said, if a camera caught anything, they rotate pretty quickly. Now we keep hearing other people tell the same story, that they took were a victim of a "smash and grab" and there was nothing that could be done. In this day and age of cameras everywhere, it's strange that a mall wouldn't provide this. read more

This mall is really appealing and cozy. There's a lot of really nice shops and it's a great atmosphere. I just wish there was a little bit more spots to sit instead of the food court. read more

This mall is beautiful with a nice offering of typical mall shops, convenient services, and events however: THE KIOSKS! They are so aggressive, walking through is so awkward, and they seem to be multiplying by the day making it hard to avoid them (sorry, adjacent stores!). The stuff they are hawking is garbage (mineral oil-laden, highly perfumed face cream anyone?! Or the "only for today" or " I'm leaving in 30 minutes for another store," lies) - I even had someone harassing me while I was walking by on the phone! Please Flatirons, make me want to come back to mall shopping once again. I used to enjoy it. read more

You can't Walk through this all without being accosted by all the middle kiosk people. None of which can take social queues or the word no! All of them are from some other country and can't catch a drift! Most irritating mall experience. Never coming back. read more

This is an excellent mall. Lots of great shopping, yet not too crowded even at Christmas. Safe, clean and kid friendly.

I'm disappointed with this mall. Ever since they got rid of the Guess store. That was a great store as well as BeBe. Like what the hell are some of these trashy stores doing there? And the people at the stands in the middle make me not want to visit, they're so freaking annoying. This mall is going downhill. They need to bring in better stores. I wish they would listen to people's feedback and improve this place. It's too bad park meadows is so far away because that is a great mall. read more

The mall sells Shoes, Shirts, Pants, and cell phones. A few useless knick knack stores. For its size there is no variety unless you are buying shoes. Shoe store after shoe store...there must be at least 20 of them all selling the same branded crap you can get cheeper online. read more

If I could I would give less than a one star for the mall management. I had a problem with the cleanliness of the mall's "mall buggy." It was dirty. It looked like someone puked in it. I tried to contact the mall buggy company but you have absolutely no way to make contact with them. So I contacted the mall management hoping they could give me a phone number. But, not to my surprise, they did not have a number and could not help in any way. They even said there was a phone number on the station. There is a website but not a phone number. The manager didn't even know about what was in their own mall. Guess they really are hands on. So now I question the Mall's cleanliness. If the mall management has no say in who or what businesses operate, then who makes sure that the businesses and especially the restaurants are clean and safe? Apparently no one!! The mall management could care less about the business and the customers; they made that very clear over the phone. All I wanted was a way to contact the company but apparently the management doesn't keep any of that information ever! Weird!! read more

A very good mall with lots of various shops in one place. Very good crowd and eventful. I am reducing 1 star because there is only 1 restroom in the mall. If you are other side of the mall. Getting to restroom takes a lot time. Enjoyed shopping in this mall. read more

I took my 12 year old daughter for her first "cool store" school shopping here. She was very overwhelmed and only 1 associate bothered to approach her whom was a male, the girls were too busy socializing. It took an agonizing 3 hours to figure out exactly what she needed, trying on clothes etc. We went to the registar. Somehow our order was seperated due to 2 chatty girls dividing and folding. The following day I realized she didn't have 1 pair of the 6 pairs of denim. When I called the store yet another very young lady answered seemimgly very unconcerned and advised I just come back and , 'pick new stuff." I should've realized the bag was small but in attempting to give my child some independance I stood aside for her to complete the transaction. My fault for asuming the staff was capable. read more

We used to go to this mall a lot when we lived in Colorado, now that we live in West Virginia, I miss it! The overall feeling was I would say "new, outdoor, fancy but practical" the floor is stone bricks I loved it! and the bathrooms have the latest technology, if you are near you'll like it a lot, I did! and about the stores as someone else said here you have lots of variety, just check the directory before you go, you'll enjoy it! :) read more

Everyone in zumiez are the coolest most nicest people I've ever met. I had a great experience here! Mike and cooper are the nicest workers here and helped me with a lot and sold me the best snowboard equipment ever! We usually like coming to this mall and enjoy the experience but recently we had a bad experience. We had got some food from the food court and sat down at one of the tables there. My wife had set her arms on the table and it tipped over dumping all the drinks on her. She was soaked from this. We asked to speak to a manager to let them know about the table that they just re put back after we moved to a sturdy table so that no future person would do the same. Su came over to help us along with security and they were very nice, but they said that they had no power to do anything and nothing could be resolved. So Su said she would let management know in the morning to call us and talk about the incident. No phone call was put our way and no customer service was a priority after all. It's a shame writing this as we really would have rather given a good review. read more

Two stars because, well, you can shop here. And that's always fun. However, when it comes to guest services, they now hide behind text messaging and they are very unhelpful. We lost quarters, again, probably for the third or fourth time at their little coin operated car area. It's happened enough, so I decided to contact the concierge desk who told me, via text, to call the 800 number and get in touch with the vendor to mail me my dollar back. I spoke with the vendor and they said the mall had the option to offer a service where they give refunds to customers when they lose their money... Which let's face it, that's pretty common with coin operated machines. Flatirons opted out of that. Guest Services was very unhelpful and curt. Also, they have a gift card kiosk, and anytime I've used it it takes a good 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to help after I have texted them. Also, they always have a huge chip on their shoulder. I am assuming it must be bad management. Lastly, free internet connection at this mall is terrible. It disconnects every 5 minutes or so and you have to reconnect and sign in again. Not fun when you are almost over your data and you don't realize that you are disconnected, once again. read more
